Hullo, babs.
I've just created an account today, but for some odd reason, it won't let me log in on the website, so obviously I can't log in to the game either.
When I type in my username and password, I press Enter and then POOF, my username and password just disappear.
I've activated my account and it worked fine, so I don't really understand.
Could someone help, please?
My friend has the same problem, so I can't be me, right?

The website is currently being worked on, so it could just be a temporary hiccup. Wait a bit and see if it starts working on its own

I'm having this problem, too.

If you are still having this problem, even though it could very well be a site glitch with the work being done, try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

And at first I thought I did something wrong, but apparently quite some people are having the same issue.

Yes they are unfortunately. If you think it might help you, try logging in using a different browser

Okay, here's some new info for you: According to Raz, you should receive an email with a password reset option. Your account was probably created when the site work was being done and therefore the account creation malfunctioned. I would try changing your password now and then seeing if you are able to login to the site! :)

I would try changing your password now and then seeing if you are able to login to the site! :)

There was indeed an email with a request to change the password, but when I click it, it says "Bad reset code"
Thank you for helping me through this though. I really do appreciate it.

Hmm. At this moment, it would be in your best interest to message a staff member. They'll be able to look into the problem better.
My only other suggestion as of now is to wait for a bit and try again later.

I've been having the same problem, not even the login from the "user panel" works!
As I told the others, it would be best for you to message a staff member. There have been a lot of account related issues lately and they are better suited at dealing with those problems. The only other advice I can give you is to check your emails for any kind of reset email (as I instructed the others).
