Guess what? Installing Feralheart on Linux Mint was easier than I thought. All I had to due was download a bunch of important sounding dependencies on Bottles, install the game like normal, and it worked!! No special scripts needed.

Miscellaneous Tutorials / Temporary Solution for the Broken 1.17a EXE Patch

1. Go to Feralheart's download page.



2. Copy the full url at the top.



3. Go to archive.org.



4. Paste the link into the Wayback Machine and hit return/enter.



5. There will be snapshots on some of the months. Click on any date between 4/9/2020 to ~2024 [I'm not sure exactly when the link broke, but I think it was ~2025?]



6. Download like normal.



7. Replace the current .EXE in your Feralheart folder with this one


8. ?


9. Profit play Feralheart like normal!!

To keep things a bit organized... If you have many favorites or just a couple in each category, sort your favorites by head, body, and tail like this:

Head: Cheetah, scales, tongue, and inner ear
Body: Scales again, anything with stripes or spots, and half-dragon
Tail: You're probably getting tired of seeing scales, aren't you? Anyway, husky, spotted hyena, and the snake ones
