Name: Dawn Hawkins
Age: Nineteen
Gender: Female
Personality: Dawn can be a very shy person when it comes to meeting new people, she tends to stay away from crowds and the town. Due to her shy nature, she has no friends and has a hard time trusting anyone. Before she discovered her 'gift', "More like curse.", she was a very happy and outgoing girl who loved to go out and pay at the park with her friends. Even though she is shy she is also very loyal and brave, she would protect her friends with her life if need be.
History: Dawn had a great childhood, well that was before she found out about her ability. She and her brother were born and raised in Nome by their mother Cheyanne. She and Derrick are twins who are strikingly similar in appearance, they both share hazel eyes, well toned skin and dark hair. The only thing they didn't share was Dawn's love for the forest, Derrick absolutely hated the forest and always refused to go with Dawn on her walks. This didn't bother Dawn, but it did make her wonder about their future.
She discovered her 'gift' while she was in the forest with a few of her friends. As she was running she began to feel ill. Assuming it was from not eating her breakfast she ignored it and kept running around. The pain in her stomach grew until she couldn't bear it anymore, she told her friends to keep going while she rested. She soon passed out, when she awoke she was covered in dark fur and had a long muzzle. She had become an animal. Out of fear she ran deeper into the woods, never looking back, never saying goodbye.

Living: She lives in the forest a little ways from town.
Family: Her mother's name is Cheyanne, she didn't know her father, they are both human. She has one brother, Derrick who is a shifter, who she still sees time to time. As far as she knows her mother is still alive.
Disabilities: Her left leg is damaged that gives her a slight limp.

Personality:She is a bold girl,stubborn at times and loves to have fun with both her animal friends and human friends.She loves the peacefulness of the forest and whenever she is sad she retreats deep in the woods.Alina is brave and will stand for her friends no matter what.Her sadness and boredness are hard to tell apart.
History: Alina used to live with her parents and twin sister up till 10 years old.That untill her parents dissapeared without a trace.Perhaps because of disperation and worried of her parents,she discovered her abbility to turn into animals,this caused her life to drastically change.Even so,Alina tried to get used to her powers and continue her life the way it is.After four years,her sister fleed to Romania yet she never told her the reason and Alina never saw her since.She realised that being a shapeshifter is not bad since you can live two lives easily and hardly get into any complications even if she had to keep secret from the other humans.

Dawn
The sun peeked in through the leaves overhead, Dawn's eyelids fluttered open, revealing a pair of bright hazel eyes. Dawn slowly sat up, her dark hair a mess on top of her head, birds chirped as they began they morning duties "Good morning everyone." she yawned. Nearby creatures responded cheerfully before moving on. Dawn stood up and stretched her arms over her head then dropping them down to her sides. She quickly shifted to her Stoat form, a dark furred weasel like creature, and took off to find some food.
The snow began to harden as the sun's rays laid over it, some spots were softer than others, causing her to sink in every once and awhile. Finally, the smell of a hare entered her nostrils, she instinctively crouched down and stalked forward until the hare came into view. The hare had a snow white pelt and red eyes, it hopped with a apparent limp, "Perfect." she said to herself. She took in a deep breath and launched her long body forward, she sunk her teeth into the back of the hare's neck. Though the hare was larger than her the struggle was short and weak, most likely due to it's age. Dawn held a firm grip onto her kill and carried it into the undergrowth and quickly ate, knowing that there were others who would take it from her. She crouched down next to the carcass and began ripping large chunks of flesh off it's body and quickly burying them near her den before eating. Once full she dragged the scraps away from her home and into an open clearing for anyone to have "There." she smiled, she left her animal form and returned to her human self. She rubbed her full stomach before going to the nearby hot springs, not many people knew about this place since not many people ever came this far out into the wilderness.
As she walked through the forest the sounds of the animals conversing made her relax, if they were speaking in such a calm manner there was no danger. Soon the smell of warm water hit her nose and soon steam surrounded her body. She knelt down and removed her black boots then rolled up her dark blue jeans before slipping her bare feet into the warm water. She laid onto the damp ground with her hands behind her head, until she felt something wet hit her face. She opened her eyes and saw that snow had begun to fall, she sat up and quickly put on her boots and tucked her jeans into them before standing up. The snow had already made the area in front of her hard to see "Dammit." she growled. She loved the snow but not when it was like this. She trudged through the quickly deepening snow towards her home. She was almost there when a heavy force slammed into her side and knocking her down. The scent was familiar, and she didn't like it. She jumped up and saw Cory, a fellow shifter who wasn't so friendly.
"What are ya doing out here?" he growled, he was in his wolf form, who was much larger than her canine form, he had black fur and menacing honey brown eyes. She shifted into her wolf form and lowered her ears defensively "I'm not getting into another fight with you Cory." She growled. He smirked "Why? Afraid I might bust your other leg too?" he chuckled. Dawn perked her ears, she remembered that day, the day he permanently damaged her left leg by throwing her over a steep hill side. She bared her teeth "Get out of here." she snapped. Cory snapped his jaws and launched at her, she jumped to the side and grabbed his tail, he yelped and grabbed onto her bad leg. She yelped and jumped away, the snow began to fall even heavier than before, making sight almost impossible. She swung her head around as she was slammed into the snow "Gotcha!" Cory snarled. Dawn flipped onto her back and grabbed his shoulder then throwing him off "It seems you have grown stronger. We will see each other again." Dawn could only hear his voice, she couldn't see him. She stood there for a moment, waiting for another attack. Convinced he was gone she made her way back to her cave and trotted in. Once in her human form she began to bandage her wounds "Stupid mutt." she growled as she finished. She wrapped her arms around her legs and kept her gaze on the mouth of the cave, watching the snow fly by.

Ray
In his agile red fox form, Ray darted down a long hall only further into darkness. His heart thundered. His whole body shook with unsure fear. All he could focus his mind on is what he saw. The dark labyrinth he raced down seemed endless, with no glimmer of light besides the flames scorching the ground behind him. He skidded to a abrupt halt in front of the wall blocking his path. A dead end... He thought fearfully, hearing the fire ablaze behind him. His ears rung, springing straight up hearing a fierce roar,"I have you now!". The fox whipped around only to met face to face with a large fiery creature emerging from the flames, charging at him. He clutched his claws in the ground and twisted around under the beast and leaped back a distance equal to his own length. The creature let loose a deep snarl from the back of it's throat and glared directly at Ray, his beady eyes locked on his ones with malice. His heart raced even faster. He held his breath when the monster ran closer and slashed its knife length claws at him in a lightning frenzy. Most of the strikes, he weaseled out of by the skin of his teeth. Enraged, it only swiped at him faster, landing a hard blow to the left side of his temple. The sheer force made him yelp desperately and skid back into the wall, caressed by the haunting flames yet again. I can't move, he gritted his teeth, trying to stagger back to a stance but the silhouette towering above him landed its massive clawed paw between his shoulder and neck. The fox, quivering in pain gazed up to see its emotionless stare. The air around him chilled his spine to fragile rubble. "This is what you deserve for what you've done to me!" the beast snapped one last time before raising it's paw to strike him. Ray closed his eyes, whimpering and fluttered his eye lids open once more, slower.
His surrounding were lit and he could feel the soothing feeling from his leaf bedding as he remained laying down. "It was..." Ray paused, blinking in disbelief, "Just a dream?" It was obvious that he was still shaken from the imagery he has seen as he arose to stretch. "But, it was all so vivid. My nightmares are never that clear." He shook out his scarlet pelt and traverse quietly, climbing out of his rubble and moss sharpened doorway to his resting place in the den. A breeze whistled through his long mangled fur, calming a bit of his uneasiness. Head held high, Ray breathed in a sigh, watching the sky above that was smothered in dawn's essence. His pale eyes observed jealously as a flock of birds soared overhead. He had a deep desire to join them, but a clouded though always prevented him from doing so. Instead, the fox padded solemnly along the forest's ridge solemnly, staying as he was. His stomach suddenly began to storm, imploring that he should search for food. Ray nodded in agreement and tiredly loomed around in search of something to eat. Luckily, at that moment he spotted a small rodent scurrying across the leaf ridden floor. His instincts took over and his feet flew into a pursuit. He inched closer and closer until finally, he grasped it between his jaws with his head up triumphantly. But as he peered around, he heard voices echo in the distance and the thick scent of smoke. His eyes widen a bit in disbelief as he wandered quickly to the scent out of curiosity and fear.

Dawn
The snow swirled by the mouth of the cave, caking everything in an icy blanket. Dawn placed her hands on the cold stone ground and pushed herself up "I can't just sit in here all day." She slowly walked over to the mouth of the cave and walked into the freezing storm. The snow whirled by her face as she made her way through the snow covered forest. By now the sun was already covered by a thick collection of clouds, but it was hard to tell due to the heavy falling of snow. "What to do.." she asked herself, at this time she would be meeting her brother at the edge of the forest, but she didn't think that was going to happen today. Luckily, she didn't get cold as easy as other humans did due to her inner animal. The temperature would have frozen a normal person, but she is able to stay out much longer in just a hoodie.
Dawn kept a watchful eye out for Cory. She let out a sigh, remembering how they weren't always like this. She stopped "Who's there!" she spun around and saw a man with a mustache. He had a large dark blue coat on and snow pants, he also wore a warm looking hat. "What are you doing out here?" he looked over her "Especially dressed like that! It's below ten out here!" He reached into his pocket and pulled out a radio then began talking into it "Are you a cop?" Dawn backed up. The man returned his radio to his side pocket and placed his hand on his side arm "Yes I am. Now answer my question; What are you doing out here?" he took a large step forward. Dawn was silent for a moment "..I lost..my dog.." the man looked at her, obviously not believing her "Come with me. We have been having suspicious activity out here lately." He placed a gloved hand on her shoulder "Get off of me!" she pushed his hand away and tried to run. She was slammed to the ground "You are under arrest for the murder of Frank Torez! You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you by the state." Dawn froze, Murder!? "No! You are making a mistake! I didn't kill anyone!" The man lifted her off the ground, she tried to pull her hands away but they were locked together by handcuffs. She stopped struggling and just let him take her, this would be the first time she ever stepped foot into the town since she was ten years old.
The snow didn't let up, it was still flying down and shortening their eyesight. The sound of cars honking and sirens wailing, even screams of sadness. "Looks like there has been an accident." Finally, they came to the tree's edge. The sounds of sirens grew louder and so did the shouting, it saddened Dawn, the thought of death always made her sad. "Over here." he pulled her to a squad car and opened the door and gestured her in. "Is there anything you want to tell me?" Dawn glared at him "I didn't do it." He sighed and slammed the door. Dawn growled and slammed her shoulder into the door, she knew it was no use but she had to try. After a few good hits she stopped and sighed, she looked towards the forest and closed her eyes. "What's happening.." she whined, "Who is Frank Torez?" She turned her attention back to the cop who had jogged over to the scene of the accident, he soon faded behind the whirling snow.

Ray
He shuddered from the cold wind racing past him and his fur bristled from the cold weather as he continued. He paused, hearing the voices louder now and his ears perked straight up, dipping his head through the bush. His eyes stared locked on a large group of young hunters. Ray gulped slightly and withdrew from the bush, backing up slowly. His back bumped into something behind him and he jumped three in the air, letting out a startled yelp. He winced and glanced up slowly to stare up at the hunter standing above him. The man gave him a cold stare before yanking him up by his upper neck scruff. The fox struggled, flailing in the air but then soon stopped, staring eyes wide observing the other hunters he had seen.
"Look what I found scurrying around the campsite", the man grasping him smirked triumphantly, "It's been a while since I've got to skin anything to sell." Ray's heart leaped and growled low hatefully. Your not skinning anything you fat bastard. Especially not me, he thought, wanting to say it aloud. He closed his eyes, ready to shift, but the laughter of the others stopped him. "That thing?" One of them laughed mockingly, "Do you see how dirty and mangled it's pelt is? It looks like its been wallowing in it's own feces!" At this point, both him and the hunter holding him were seething with rage. "You don't look great yourself!" he barked in annoyance, but in his kind's tongue so the huntsmen couldn't understand him.
"You always could sell him as a pet in the city ya' know", Another suggested. "All sorts have recently started going missing. You could probably sell it so some willing family eager to pay for a replacement." Ray's ears flicked as he gazed at the ground, As a house pet? I'm not even good at understanding other of my own kind, how will this be any better? His eyes glared back up at the hunter that had laughed at him earlier, hearing his scruff voice again, "Tch, right. You'll be lucky if you get twenty for this puny maggot." "It's something though, isn't it?" the man shrugged as he reached for a cage and placed the fox in it, picking it up. A few of the others nodded. "Fine..." the first hunter grunted, "I guess its about time to head back into town anyways. I'm starving." The group soon packed up there few possessions they had caught and began heading for the city. Ray glanced over at the one that laughed at him and whispered angrily to himself, "When I get out of here, Your the first one on my list. "

Alina
Alina was slowily walking around the town.The morning breeze was blowing gently in her short,blonde hair.Everywhere she was going,she heard people talking about the strange activities that were happening in this area.The hunters were oftenely leaving the city into the forest in order to find out what was going on,but none found a clue.It was clear that the forest was no longer a safe shelter for the ones of her kind and this is why she had to be more cautious whenever she was going in the woods.She had to meet her animal friends,to warn them to be careful because the vast amount of hunters that were exploring daily their homes could mark them as their prey and escaping will be alot harder.
She sneaked out of the city and approached the edge of the white forest.She reached the first tree and stopped,her blue eyes were scanning the surroundings.So,no one noticed me going here,and no one is following me.she said to herself.She shifted to her polar fox form and ventured deeper into the woods.Her small paws were sinking into the large,white sea,making harder her advance.Her stomach was rubbing and remembereed she hasn't eaten this morning.I should go hunt first.
Her white pelt was a good camouflage,hiding her from unseen eyes and a good help in stalking her prey.She glanced to the small group of bushes and noticed a rabbit going out of it.It didn't noticed her and stopped,sharpening its ears.Alina crouched and began crawling throught the snow.Her blue gaze was fixed onto her prey.She tried to get as near as possible since the rabbit was fast and could easily lose sight of it.She launched herself towards the animal and after a small pursuit scene,she managed to corner the rabbit and caught it.She grasped it between her jaws and carried it in her mouth near the trunk of a tree.There she feasted on it,small patterns of blood were dirtying the snow.Now she was full and continued her way to her friends.

Jessica Beck.
The buffeting, cold wind froze Jessica's pale face, as she snuggled up in her coat. The edge of the snowy forest stood before her, and there was no one to be seen. Shyly, she stepped in, and leaped up. When she touched the ground, a white paw touched it, not a foot. Jessica had shifted into a white lioness. She shook her pelt, feeling as cold as ever with hardly no fur. Shivering, she padded on.
Soon she was about in the middle of the forest. Her empty belly rumbled, and she sniffed around, wanting to find some prey. Her nose twitched at the sound of tiny feet batting on the ground.Rabbit... She thought, ducking low into the snow. Her pelt seemed invisible, as it was white. She slowly stalked it, her feet barely making a ground. Suddenly, she got ready to pounce, when a Arctic ((Polar)) Fox leaped in her way. The fox snatched the prey, and Jessica snarled in annoyance. She ducked away and turned into her German Shepherd form. She knew the fox got her prey, but she desperately wanted a friend. Hungrily, she watched the fox eat, and mumbled, "Hi..."

Alina
The rabbit meat gave Alina the enegry she needed untill lunch,however she couldn't have eaten all the prey and wanted to spare a part for the time she'll need it again.Just when Alina decided to hide it,she heard a mumble that got her attention:"Hi...".She raised her head and looked in the direction of where it came from and so,her gaze met the one of a German Shepherd who approached her shyly.
Alina calmed down when she understood that the Shepherd had no intention in harming her and by scent,she recognised that it was also a shape-shifter just like her."Hello!she said to her,giving a friendly bark.It didn't took her long to realise that the shifter was very hungry,seeing the way she looked at the rest of the prey.I should give this to her,it's hard to hunt with all this snow around.she said to herself.Alina pushed the prey with her muzzle towards the German Shepherd."Here you go!By the way,what's your name?Mine is Alina!"she said to her.Every person she would met she would always make a friend,especially since she didn't had a friend fo her own kind.

Jessica Beck.
Jessica watched the Polar fox eat the rabbit eagerly. She was almost drooling, but she controlled herself just about. She suddenly wondered if this creature would be harmful to her... Just then, she realized that this fox was a shifter! Her thick tail started to wag happily, as she knew she was with one of her kind. "Hello!" The fox yipped. Jessica shook herself back to reality, and done her dog smile.
After a sudden pause, she saw the white muzzle push some of the rabbit meat closer to her. She was about to object having her meal, but she started to talk again, "Here you go! By the way,what's your name? Mine is Alina!" Jessica was surprised by the Fox's hyper voice. The cold wind made her look down, facing the meat. She breathed in silently, and the stormy snow buffeted her face. Then she realized, she needed to answer the fox, "Sorry I was day dreaming. That's a beautiful name! Also, my name is Jessica, or Jess."
A couple of seconds later, she ducked down. She started to eagerly started to gnom on the fresh meat. Sudden foot steps could be heard, and a click of a gun. "Some ones here, he's trying to shoot us..." She whispered, her heart skipping a couple of beats. She looked at the shadow figure, and bared her shiny teeth. Her sudden fear disappeared, and she started to snap angrily at the thin air.

Alina
The shifter didn't answered her question directly.It lowered its head and looked to the rabbit meat she just gave her.A deep silence occured and Alina decided to break it."Anything wrong?"she asked the Shepherd.Right then,the shifter looked up,like she suddenly woke up from a dream and answered:"Sorry,I was daydreaming.That's a beautiful name!Also,my name is Jessica or Jess."
Alina giggled and took a sit in the soft snow.Her fur was "decorated" with small white patterns from snowflakes."Daydreaming with all these hunters around isn't good at all.And your name is nice too!She watched as the shifter was feasting on the fresh meat,wagging her tail in the meantime,as a sign of happiness."So,Jess,would you like going with me and introduce you to my other forest friends?I'm sure they'll be pleased to meet you!"she asked Jessica,who almost finished the prey.Wow,she really was hungry,I'm glad I could have helped her! she said to herself.
But before Jessica could have replied,a loud sound of footsteps made their presence felt.She perked her ears and jumped on her four legs as a gun sound occured somewhere near them.This threat made her shudder,knowing that many animals fell to this danger.Her heart was beating hard and she tried to remain calm,her legs trembling.However,she didn't ran away and kept her position.Alina heard Jessica's whisper:"Someone's here,he's trying to shoot us..".She crouched and looked at her friend."What do we do now?I can't see how many are there,let's hope it's only one."she whispered back.

Dawn
Dawn's attention was brought to her right side window by a rapid tapping "Huh?" she turned to look, expecting to see the officer, but it wasn't. "I'm here to get you out of here." Dawn glared at Cory, her eyes burning with rage, Why would he want to help her? Dawn didn't ask. Cory opened the door "Hurry!" Dawn was wary, was this a trap? Dawn pushed her thoughts away and left the squad car. With her hands held behind her back she and Cory ran into the cover of the forest once again. "Why did you help me?" Their pace slowed and he looked at her "If I let him take you away who would I have to bully?" He chuckled. Dawn didn't find it amusing at all, his bullying damaged her leg, she could never forgive him. He must have read her mind "I'm so sorry about your leg..I didn't mean for it to happen.." he looked at the ground then back at her "Let's get these cuffs off."
It only took him a seconds for Cory to remove them, "Done this before?", he laughed "You could say that." She rubbed her wrists "That didn't feel that good." She stood up and looked at the clearing sky "It stopped." she grinned, the heavy snow fall from before was now a few flakes gently floating down to earth. She looked at Cory, he had ashy blonde hair and blue eyes, every teenage girl's dream. He was tall and slender with the right amount of muscle in the right places "Let's get out of here, they will be looking for you soon." He was right, Dawn had to move deeper in to forest now. "Uhm..Thanks." she shifted into her wolf form, a light tan and white wolf with blue eyes, "Wait." Dawn turned around to see a dark wolf staring back at her "Where will you go?". Dawn thought for a moment, the hot springs were a perfect place, hardly anyone ever showed up there "The hot springs." She looked away and began trotting towards her new place of residence, she heard paw steps behind her and the breathing coming from a run out wolf.
"What are you doing?" She came to an abrupt stop and spun around, staring at Cory. "I..I was just making sure you got there safe.." he dragged one of his paws over the snow "..And I have nowhere to go." Dawn tilted her head, he lived in a great spot, right next to the river, there was enough prey to feed him for two lifetimes "You have your own home, it's great there." His face darkened, his eyes dulled "They took it..everything." Dawn stared at him "What are you talking about?" Cory stared at the ground, unmoving "Cory! Tell me what happened." she walked closer and sat in front of him. He looked up at her "Humans..Hunters. They came while I was sleeping and killed everything..The deer, the rabbits, anything they could shoot. They even ruined the water." Dawn dropped her ears "I'm sorry.." She nosed his shoulder "Come on then." He perked his ears and followed her "Thank you, Dawn." Dawn nodded "Don't mention it." she smirked then trotted through the trees.
She heard voices close by and perked her ears "Hunters?" she asked Cory "Maybe, they do smell familiar." Dawn crouched down and stalked forward until four men wearing orange vests came into view. "Here they are." she whispered, Cory glared at them, hatred burning in his eyes. She watched as a larger man held a fox by the scruff(Ray.) "Poor guy." she watched as they argued about the fox's fate then threw him into a cage "Should we help him?" She looked at Cory "I don't know, is it worth it?" Dawn looked at the ground. She couldn't let them harm any creature "We have to help him." She stood up and peered over the snow covered hedge, she watched as they began to walk away "Now's our chance." She ran forward and leaped onto the smaller man "Ahh! Help me!" he wailed as her teeth sunk into his shoulder, the other three dropped the cage and pulled out their rifles "Grab the cage!" she ordered as she released her grip.
Cory obeyed and grabbed the cage and ran into the trees, Dawn glared at the men as they aimed down their sights "Remember how you wanted to skin something?" one of them said with a smirk "Yeah, and I think I found what I wanted." Dawn growled and ran after Cory as they fired shots at her, luckily she wasn't hit. She followed Cory's scent and was glad that he had chosen to go deeper into the forest, away from town. Finally, Cory came into view along with the cage holding the fox. She nodded to Cory before shifting into her human self, she kneeled in front of the cage and opened the cage door. "Come on out." She coaxed, she has dealt with frightened creatures before, some were good and some were bad. (She doesn't know that Ray is like them yet.) She backed up, giving the fox some space "We won't hurt you." she looked at her friend who had also changed into his human form. "Thanks for grabbing the cage, you're a good friend." he nodded then looked back to the caged fox. She looked at the fox as well, waiting for him to leave his small cell.

Jessica's fear was slowly coming back. What if there are... More... She thought. "Daydreaming with all these hunters around isn't good at all.And your name is nice too!" She couldn't even bare to say thanks, she didn't want to speak a word... Only few soft, white snowflakes drifted from the sky, ruining the foxes cover. I need to turn into my bear form... She thought, backing away. "So, Jess ,would you like going with me and introduce you to my other forest friends? I'm sure they'll be pleased to meet you!" Alina said. "Maybe after..." Jess whispered, in a shaky voice.
Finally, Alina noticed the danger lurking in the shadows... "What do we do now? I can't see how many are there, let's hope it's only one." She whined. There cover was easily visible now, and they had bright, sleeveless orange jackets... "I'm going to turn into my bear form..." She whispered, her heart in her mouth. She hid into the trees, and turned into a large, brown Grizzly Bear. With a huge roar, she leaped forwards. Surely, the hunters were taken by surprise, and some of them were aiming at her. "There's more than one..." She sighed, seeing at a great view while she was on her hind legs.
After a couple of long seconds, Jessica returned to her four paws; her hind paws aching. She ran up to one, dodging a bullet by a center meter, and she knocked one down. Her roaring made the skinny mans hair breeze back. Her brown eyes gazed over to his gun, and she snatched it of him. She let 1 paw of the man, and he scrambled away. She heard a shot, and darted forward, and it missed. She roared loudly, her sharp teeth showing.

Alina
Alina didn't wanted Jessica to fight alone.She leaped into the air and instead of polar fox landed a puma.Soon,she joined the fight.A hunter grabbed a rifle and was ready to shoot Jessica but Alina launched herself to the man.The hunter instinctively used the gun as a shield between him and her.Alina grabbed the middle of the rifle with her mouth and pulled harder and harder.Finally,the man let go of the gun and filled with fear,he ran desperately towards the town.Alina didn't ran after him and she threw away the rifle in the snow.

One of the hunters pointed his loaded gun towards Jessica's fuzzy, brown fur. She didn't notice while she was attacking another hunter off, she spun around. Seeing the gun, it made her freeze in her place, but then a puma leaped in front. She watched as the shifter tugged on the gun; she was about to help when Alina finally got the gun off the nasty hunter. Only 1 hunter remained, and Jess only had to give a scary glare, before he ran off. She turned to the puma, turning into her human form. "Good job!" The brunette congratulated, leaning against a snowy tree. Her hands tugged her coat near her face, as the cold wind buffeted her face. She thought, We might as well go, they may come back with more people... She decided to share her idea with Alina, "We might as well get out of here, they may come back... With more people. What about the springs?"
She searched in her bag, trying to find her scarf. "Rather chilly isn't it!" She giggled, still looking in her large bag. Finally, she found a beautiful white scarf, polka dotted with red spots. She flicked it out of her bag, and swung her back over her shoulder again. She wrapped the scarf around her neck, and waited patiently for Alina's answer.
Hurm, will we be safe in the Spring? She asked herself in her mind, starting to day dream again. She was day dreaming again, about the hunters surrounding them, and shooting both Alina and her. Luckily, she shook herself out of the dream, and looked at the puma.

Ray
During the journey into the city, Ray had curled up tightly, dozing off inattentively to his captor's conversation with the others. He glance back at the forest with a worried expression deep in though. I hope we get there soon. The sooner we arrive, the sooner I can escape. He sighed in thought glaring at his stomach, And it feels like I haven't eaten for weeks. The fox sighed then abruptly jumped when the cage was dropped on the floor. All around him, there were people of all ages gathered around him, staring him down uncomfortably. His ears flicked as he heard one girl squeak, "It's so cute! Can I pet her??" My fur bristles at the comment as i think, Her?! How the heck do I look like a girl to you? I may have my.... feminine tendencies one in a while, but I am not a girl!!! And no one is petting me! Ray barked at the crowd outraged but it didn't seem to faze there opinion. One of the hunters smirked and relunctantly opened the cage, lifting him out to give to the girl. The fox's ears flattened annoyed as the girl stroked his back.
"If you want him, it will be two hundred." the hunter smirks slightly, seeing her adoring expression. The girl blinked, grimacing and held the fox back out to him with a sigh, "That's way too much. I don't have that sort of money. All I have is a twenty." Ray perked his ears and gazed around, seeing the crowd become uninterested in him because of his price. The man bit his bottom lip, watching them leave and sighed, "Fine. I'll take that i suppose. I have nothing else to do with the little sucker." The fox grumbled under his breath then yelped as he girl squeal yet again with excitement and dropped him to reach in her purse. His ears flattened as he heard the other hunter's mocking laugh like before. The two quickly exchanged a transaction as she picked the fox up yet again and raced off towards her home. "You'll be my first pet! I will feed you, and groom you, and play with you, and..." Ray sighed shaking his head thinking, A little longer. I just have to keep calm and put up with it. I don't want people freaking out and knowing what I am. That would cause even more trouble. I'll just sneak away when she isn't looking. He kept quiet while going through the plan in his head and stared at the girl, seeing she was still rambling on, "Ooh! And we can play dress up!" His eye twitched repeating to himself out loud in a whisper, "Just a little longer..."

Alina watched as the hunter was running away untill only a small dot could be seen and vanished.She turned her gaze towards her friend who managed to scare off the last one.Jessica shifted into her human form,revealing a beautiful young woman with long,brunette hair.She leaned against a tree and congratulated her."Good job!"."Thanks,but it wasn't much,you did the hard part!"she meowed to her friend.Alina shifted into her human self and shuddered,she tried to warm her cold hands with her breath.She heard Jess talking as she took out from her bag a white,polka dotted scarf:"We might as well get out of here,they may come back....with more people.What about the springs?".Alina ignored the fierce,cold wind that was filling her veins with coldness and replied:"The springs?Oh,great idea!No hunter would go so far in the woods,I'm definetely sure we'll be safe there!".I hope... she finished her sentence in her mind,fearing that she could be wrong.

Jess calmly watched her new found friend shift into her normal, human self. She had blonde hair, and light blue eyes, quite pretty! "The springs? Oh,great idea! No hunter would go so far in the woods,I'm definitely sure we'll be safe there!" Alina said, sounding very enthusiastic. It made her feel more relaxed, thinking she knew the forest more than Jess did. Quickly, she shifted into her pure white Lioness form. Her heart pounded, and her paws molded into the thick snow.
"It's even colder than in this morning. So, are we decided?" Alina asked, facing the brunette. She thought about it for a second, then nodded her head, "Yes, lets go!" She smiled, and thought that the Lioness was her fastest form. She jumped up, and pushed herself to go faster. She weaved through the thin, and thick trees, her tail flipping from side to side. Even though the soft snow had gone, the forceful wind froze her face. Despite her whiskers freezing off ((Not literally)), she carried on. The birds watched her in surprise, wondering if there was more than one lion in the forest.
She reached the Springs, and saw it had no people in it. Maybe a rabbit or two hopped by, other than that it was completely empty. Jess wasn't that bothered to hunt, so she just watched them hop by. Maybe after I will go to the city, get some food. But I haven't got much money.... I need a job... She thought, with a long sigh. Her rump touched the ground, as she turned her head waiting for Alina to come as well. Curling her tail over her front paws, her brown eyes drifted from side to side, and her ears twitched not wanting to hear hunters... The white clouds floated above, forming a couple of huge, thick clouds. She watched them float by, watching over the hunted forest. Next time I see a hunter, he is not going to get away... Alive. She thought, baring her teeth. When she realized she was actually doing that, she chomped her jaw shut, and giggled a bit. She never really done that, she was probably going bonkers over the fact that hunters were destroying this place of peace. Finally, she stopped, and looked blankly into the distance.

He circled around in the cage sighing quietly and curled up tightly. As soon as he was about to fall asleep, his ears perked hearing something race closer. "Grab the cage!" he blinked hearing a voice snap out of no where. Ray looked up startled and yelped feeling his cage be lifted up suddenly by a large dark wolf.(Cory) What the hell? He tilted his head questionably and flew into the side of the cage because of gravity. His gaze moved ahead, seeing they were travelling deeper into the forest. I'm so confused... What is going on? And... The fox peered up at the wolf carrying him, Why did an ugly fur ball like that grab me? He shook his head and was again banged against the other side of the cage as the wolf stopped. (Karma XP) His head pounded, dizzy from both trips and laid down with his paws over his ears.
Ray glazed back up, hearing footsteps trailing behind coming closer. Did they follow us? A growl came from the back of his throat as he glares at the bush anticipating the hunters again. To his surprise, a tan wolf leaped out of the bush to join the other wolf. He was about to breathe relieved but stood, stunned at what he saw. The approaching wolf shifted into in a human before his eyes. That explains it, he thought. Wonderful. I have a feeling this won't end well... "Come on out." She coaxed, backing up a bit, "We won't hurt you." His ears flattened as he glanced over at the other wolf, which had also changed to a human male. "Thanks for grabbing the cage, you're a good friend." the girl said as he nodded then looked back to the caged fox. She looked at the fox as well, both waiting for him to leave his small cell. He stood in the cage still dumbstruck for a bit, lost on what to do.
Maybe I can trick them into believing I'm just a normal animal. Even if they are shifters s well, the less that know me, the better. Hesitantly, Ray stepped outside of the cage, staring at the girl with a false innocent look before barking, "Why did you help me out of there? I... could have gotten out on my own, eventually..." He waited for an answer, staring up at the sky, observing the birds in the sky. The sight made him frown a bit as he shook his head, "Well, it doesn't matter anyways i suppose. I should be going." He lifted his head and started to walk away but he felt a sudden cringe of pain. No, please... Not now! Ray yelped and scurried for the nearest bush. He let out a low whine, laying on the ground and shifted uncontrollably into his ferret form.
(Fixed X3 I swear, every time I use him in rps, there's like a curse that comes with it. I've had so much bad luck today it isn't even funny O.o)

Dawn
Dawn waited for the small creature to leave his man made confinement, she grinned when he slowly walked out. He had the traditional orange fur with black and white markings, but he did look a little scraggly "Why did you help me out of there? I... could have gotten out on my own, eventually..." the fox barked. Dawn raised a brow "I doubt it. They would have killed you faster than you could run." She yawned then turned to Cory who was looking at the white terrain. She looked at him for a moment then turned to the fox who was turning away "Well, it doesn't matter anyways i suppose. I should be going." Dawn shrugged "Be more careful." she mumbled. She put a gentle hand on Cory's shoulder as she stood up "Let's go." Cory looked up and nodded then stood up, they were just about to leave when a yelp echoed into the air. Dawn spun around in time to see the fox scurry into a nearby bush "Hey!" she called. She jumped over to the bush and put her hand in to get him out "What happened?" she felt short fur under her palm then gently gripped him. She slowly pulled him out but didn't see a fox, it was a ferret "You're a shifter?" the ferret lay on the ground "Are you alright? Are you hurt?"
She heard a moan behind her "Leave him be, let's just get outta here." Dawn looked at him "We can't just leave him here if he's hurt." Cory shrugged "His problem." Dawn stood up and glared at him "Is that what you thought when you left me to die?" Cory's face went pale as he looked at the ground, he looked at her "Don't say that.." he growled. Dawn took in a deep breath "Why? Because it's true? Let me ask you something. What did you think when I didn't come back up? Did you think I was dead? You probably wished I was." Cory leaped at her, soon large paws were on her chest as large jaws snapped just inches away from her throat. Dawn used her forearm to hold the massive wolf away from her neck, she kneed him in the gut, trying to push him away so she could shift. He yelped and rolled back, he jerked his head up and glared at her with piercing brown eyes, Dawn snapped her jaws at him then leaped forward.
She tackled him to the ground and grabbed his shoulder as he latched his jaws onto hers. She pinched down as hard as she could, his blood seeping into her mouth and onto the white ground. She could feel his teeth sinking into her shoulder as he kicked her with his hind legs, finally she released her grip and jumped away. She bared her blood stained teeth as Cory began to circle her "Just like old times." he growled, Dawn held her ground "Maybe this is they way it's supposed to be." she snapped. At the same instant the both leaped at each other, Dawn felt a sharp pain as they collided. Blood splattered onto the snow, they both stood in their place. Dawn stumbled to the side, she slowly turned around to see Cory who looked shocked. Dawn shook her head, trying to shake away the pain. Cory slowly walked forward, his ears back and his tail down, was he sorry? Dawn growled at him before shifting back to her human form "Stay away from me." she spat, blood covered her torso and her right arm. She looked over at the ferret "Sorry, I can't help you." she began to walk away until she felt a hand on her shoulder "Dawn, wa-" Dawn didn't let him finish. She spun around and punched him with her bad arm right against his cheek. She dropped her arm in pain and yelled in agonizing pain, she leaned against a tree as tears of pain filled her eyes. She took in a deep breath, ignoring the burning pain, and pushed herself off the tree.
She stared at Cory "Stay away from me." she ordered as he walked away. She held her injured arm as she went to the springs "I need to wash up." She made her way through the trees until the familiar fog came into view, but there were figures there. "What are they doing here?" she looked at them for a moment longer then saw a lion "A lion? Oh, it's a shifter." Dawn shrugged, she didn't want to be noticed, and went to the lone hot spring a little ways away. Dawn carefully removed her clothing and folded them, she would wash them later. She slowly walked into the warm depths "Much better." she yawned as she leaned against a large rock.

"What happened?" he blinked feeling her seemingly massive hand on his side as she picked him up,"You're a shifter?" Ray stayed silent for a bit before sighing,"Fine... Yes, I am. Not very proud of it though,"He hung there, sighing slightly feeling helpless. The side affects of his rash transformation started hitting him as dizziness and poor sight started getting the better of him. "Are you alright? Are you hurt?", she asked. His eye lids opened and shut multiple times before nodding, stuttering with his speech, "Y-y-yes. I'm ok. Just a bit, erm, dizzy." He then heard a moan behind the girl "Leave him be, let's just get outta here.""We can't just leave him here if he's hurt," the girl replied. The other shrugged uncaring, "His problem." She stood up, releasing her grip reluctantly and glared at him "Is that what you thought when you left me to die?" He blinked and sulked back a bit towards the bush again thinking, I really do not want to get involved in this... His ears flattened as he whined, soon enough watching the two clash into battle. He took that as a signal to flee while he could.
Those two, he thought while travelling into the distance, Remind me a bit of... The ferret winced and tumbled over, tripping over his own feet. He glared down at his feet muttering, "I hate this feeling... I can't even walk straight!" Ray arose back to his stance but his body swayed back and forth slightly,"Maybe I do need to relax." He searched around for some sort of shelter and caught the faint noise of wading water. Instinctively, he followed it, thinking it may be a stream. It was there, he spotted the girl again. He began to approach her, but stop his jaw hanging loosely. Oh god! He covered his eyes with his paws, " Why does this always happen to me?! I'm not a pervert!" He looked up with one eye, seeing her clothes outside of the hot spring and all he could see was the top of her head in the pool of water. He sighed in relief, but felt awful knowing what he had seen unintentionally.

Alina
Jessica smiled to her and shifted into a pure,white lioness."Yes let's go!",she said.Alina wanted to turn into her puma form but she missed flying alot althought she didn't fully mastered it.She took in a deep breath and shifted into an eagle.She shook the snow of her brown and white feathers and took of,fluttering her wings hard untill she was above all trees.What a sensation!Having all the trees that earlier seemed giant to you now at your feet,the cold air surrounding you,and the beautiful mountains who were hard to see in the beginning are threatening raising in front of you.Alina oftenely needed to flutter her wings in order to keep herself in the air but in the rest,her wings were completely streched,partially resting.
She looked down ,her eyes now facing the springs.Uh oh,now I remember,I always fail at landing.She was circling the springs,planning in the meantime how to make a safe landing.Ok,here goes nothing!.Alina oriented her body towards the ground,her wings fluttering even harder as she approached the land.She streched her short legs in frontt of her beak.She touched the ground but couldn't keep stability anymore and landed with her beak in the soft snow. "Well,that was a happy landing!"she yipped as she shook the snow of her beak and feathers.She raised her head and saw that Jess have reached a few seconds before her.Alina shifted back intoher human form and let herself fall on her back in the snow."I still have to practice landing.Last time I tried,it didn't turned out well."she giggled towards her friend.
Alina watched the clear sky and noticed it turned noon.Why does time passes so fast?she thought as she yawned and began listening to the birds' daily songs.

Jessica saw a eagle floating in the sky, and it soon safely landed on the snow. But when she thought everything was okay, Alina fell over face beak into the snow. "Owch!" She yelped, "Are you okay?" She asked, flicking her white tail. "Well,that was a happy landing!" Alina giggled, Jessica smiled, and wrapped her tail around her legs. "Phew! I thought you were hurt!" Jessica laughed, almost falling over herself!
Watching the Eagle shift into a human looked weird, so she done a bright smile. She didn't want to turn into a human, she would be to cold. "I still have to practice landing. Last time I tried, it didn't turned out well." Alina giggled again, making Jess giggle to. The sun was trying to shine through the clouds, but its attempts wasn't very good.
(Sorry! So short, I have to go pick up my Sisters Bday present. She's getting a RABBIT!)

The wound to her shoulder no longer throbbed and the warm waters relaxed her aching muscles. Dawn would have fell asleep if the sharp sound of a twig snapping hadn't alerted her. She ducked down the peered over the rock, she saw the policeman from before quickly approaching. "Oh no!'' she whispered, she glanced around then shifted into her Stout form. She began to swim around making high pitched squeaks "Please go away." she growled to herself as her small paws thrust forward to keep her afloat. Soon enough the man stood at the water;s edge to look at her "What are you doing in there little guy?" Dawn huffed "I'm a girl." she squeaked, the man obviously couldn't understand. He slowly stepped closer then scooped her up "Let's get ya out of there." He set her on the ground then began to investigate the area "You haven't seen a young woman around her have you?" he chuckled "Of course you haven't." Dawn began to wonder if this man truly was insane. Dawn didn't want to stay in her animal form too long, so she tried to snatch up her clothes but the officer already grabbed them "Here are her clothes, but where is she?" He sighed then glanced at his watch "I should be going." He tucked the clothes under his arm then hurried off "Dammit." she hissed.
She scurried over the snowy ground until she smelled a familiar scent "That shifter is around here." she sniffed the air to pinpoint his location, the smell was coming a couple of feet to her left. She decided to see what he was doing so she scurried under bushes until she saw him "What are you doing over here?" She shook her head. She needed to try to get her clothes back "Never mind, I have to get..some things." she spun around then ran to find the officer once again.

Alina stood up and streched.Just now she realised how dry was her mouth.How thirsty I am!But,we're at the springs,there's got to be water around!she thought.Hey,Jess,I'll go a little deep into the springs to search for water,I'll be back in a sec!"she said to her friend who was still in her white lioness form before going.Her walk throught the snow was alot easier now that she was in her human form.After sometime,she found one of the springs,the water smooth as glass made her mouth even drier than before.She took four sips and satisfied her thirst.But a flutter of wings got her attention and looked up.On the branch of a tree near her landed a bird,a beautiful one.Alina reckoned her animal friend.
"Oh hi Nerissa!Wha are you doing here?"she asked her friend in a hyper voice.But the bird seemed very worried and scared."There's no time to chat!Run now!Quick!."said the bird and immediately took of.Alina was confused by Nerissa's words.First,she didn't knew which way she would run and why she would run.But soon,she found out.She turned around as she heard loud footsteps approaching her fast and her eyes met the one of a man.He was tall and by his appearance,he was an officer.He was looking at her with an unfriendly face,making Alina shiver of disgust.He was carrying under his arm some clothes."Well,well,well....what do we have here?A young girl,poorly dressed on such weather,so deep into the forest,all by herself?Wait,forget about "all by herself".I swear I heard you talking with someone before."Alina's heart was beating hard in her chest,because the man had a gun with him."What were you doing here anyway?You're not the only oddity I've seen for today..".Shedidn't knew what to answer with all the lies going on in her head,none would convince the policeman."What is it?Did the cold wind froze your tongue?Answer me!" said the man,now impatently and quite suspicious."It's none of your business!she finally answered to the officer.This was the only thing Alina could think of saying,but it only angered him more.He burst in a laugh about her answer."Do I look like a fool to you?I am a police officer and everything that is going on here is my business.But anyway,I think you'll be of some use to me in finding someone....she couldn't have gotten too far and I believe you were with her earlier."Just then,Alina wanted to run away,without looking back,but the officer,who must have forseen she was about to run quickly grabbed her by her arm and despite her pulling in order to release her,it was useless."Let go!she cried.In disperation,she did something she didn't intended to do,she punched the man hard right in the nose.Her doing caused the man to give a loud scream,almost all the forest could hear and let go of her arm,dropping the clothes he was holding earlier.In pain,the man covered his bleeding nose with his hands,his face facing the ground.When he wasn't looking,Alina shifted into her fox form and ran away,vanishing in the snow,making the man confused of her sudden dissapearance."I'll find you you little brat!"shouted the officer,taking his gun and running in a different direction than she did,leaving the clothes he head earlier in the snow.
Alina felt relieved,but then she realised something that happened before she shifted yet didn't mind it much in her rush.My necklace!It fell!I'm sure I'll find it in the same spot he droped those clothes...that if he didn't took it!"she thought.
