What happens if there's only 2 MOTS qualified? Is the MOTS postponed or does it still continue? Sorry if I'm confused someone.

MOTS will still continue regardless of the nominee count, yes =) If we only have three, two, or even just one nominee, we will just skip the voting faze and head straight to the winners (as there wouldn't be any need to vote).
