Title: Failed to connect to front server

I reset my router, but it seems it's still not connecting?

Did you use the play game tab? If not then you need to log in before you play the game. If not check your fire wall to see if Feralheart is blocked. Also check your anti virus.

I'd just like to add on that if you're feeling confused as to what Fireboss is talking about by the 'Play Game' tab, THIS (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php) is what said floof is on about. ^^'

This allows it to communicate so this is very necessary. I'm surprised the devs didn't include that (Unless of course they forgot or expected people to have it as a default which is understandable.)

Yea, I know how to play.

I made my firewall accept whatever was going on with the game a long time ago,

I'll test it again before restarting my computer.

Have you tried using a tab refresher? Sometimes it can help sustain the connection better.
If the login page isn't the issue, maybe try this:
1. Open login page
2. Open FeralHeart, attempt login, and close it (keep the login page  open the entire time)
3. Refresh login page
4. Open FeralHeart again and spam the Login button (may take 2 or 3 or sometimes even more tries to connect)

If that still doesn't work, try opening your task manager (if you're on PC) and look for any other background programs that could be disrupting you and close them (via end task).

Simply adding on.
You can try and see if it'll let you on if you login into the tab via cellular device or running the game as an administrator?

Yea, Both of those aren't working.

It did this yesterday to a certain time but I want it to always work and it's starting to irritate me

Could you specify more as to what's going wrong? Is the tab logging out? The game being unresponsive?

Login Site is fine, doesn't refresh.

It's just the game itself that isn't letting me connect

Ive tried resetting my router (R: No Change)
I've restarted my computer for its update (R: No Change)
I've ran it as Admin (R: No Change)

The whole ''Java'' I've seen is for people in Australia, But that's not my case, I'm in the Texas region.

I'm Confused.

Edit: All I get is ''Failed to Connect''.

Java won't install, It'll just error out, so now that I tried that option and it has failed, I'm starting to question things since other people have had this problem.

Update: No Change, Still can't log onto the game.

( Not sure if I overlooked it ).
Can you see if there's a java download that's available for the US(?) And have a browser that supports it (?)

Another thing, you can see if the internet provider is making changes to the WiFi and maybe that's the reason(?)

Day 2:

Still no Luck logging in normally with the Login site open, I'm going to try all the options again to see if that helps, I'll update this with results.


Day 2 Results:

Resetting Router: Failed
Switching (Computer) Wifi off: Failed.
Opening With and Without Admin: Failed
Restarting Entire Computer: Failed
Opening with and without admin #2: Failed

I have decided that this is on the Server side, Since nothing I'm doing with all my power is working.

That means you either have a proxy configured somewhere..

There's a little guide to turning them off.
Edit:One other thought if you find you have a proxy setting that refuses to turn off chances are you have a virus :(

Or your internet is forcibly pushing your we connections though some other proxy.
Which for one is very anti privacy and also a little out of scope of what I can help you fix.

All of what it said, I did and no change.

Virus Chances are odd to the fact I only download stuff the staff or You gave me.

the virus note is that some viruses make it so you cant turn off the proxy when you go back into settings you will find they re enabled themselves.

But no if your still getting mixed IP's with the proxy settings off something somewhere is doing something with your traffic and its probably not something on your pc within our control....

I'll see if they are different and then If it doesn't work with anything,
Edit: Still different.

What will I have to do to get back on, perhaps update my computer to windows 10 finally?
Edit: I'm going to update to the wretched W10 and see if that helps anything, wish me luck...

I got W10 to get it off my back.

THE LAG ON FH LOGIN IS REAL

But still no luck, Guess I'll have to wait it out, since I'm getting new internet soon. uwu...
