Unable to Log In-Game

Oh boy never thought I'd have to write up a help thread.

Alright so before anyone says the usual, "Did you clear your cookies?", "Try a different browser tab?", "Keep the Play Game tab open?"[I'm not a new member XD] Yes, I have done those. Still no luck.

I recently changed my username and email address.
I activated the Email address and all that so that's A-OKAY.
The only thing that isn't okay is that I can log in the forums with the new username but not in-game. [yes, I've also tried logging in with my old username but that didn't work, Why would it when the username was changed? XD]
And I haven't been able to log in for the past two-three days.

I need help.

Before anyone says "Just wait it out" I think after a day or two I don't think "waiting it out" is an option anymore. XD
I get the site is being worked on but still people have managed to get on [maybe after a few errors].

Uhm, Sorry don't know if this is related to the annoying questions. But.
Have you tried looking at your emails and seeing if there is a new verification email. As it might have over-written your previous account and need to be verified again.

This has been occurring as of late, though I myself haven't experienced it, yet(hopefully not ;.; ).
If it's working on the forum but not in-game, it might be a server side issue, and i'd suggest contacting a member of the staff. So far, the victims of this glitch haven't found a solution yet.

Hopefully we can get this sorted out, being that the tab has been rather glitchy. I'm sorry that you're experiencing these troubles and I cannot be of much assistance ^^'

Since you've done that stuff with no luck, i'd say ask a staffer. If anything, they'll alert Raz about it, i'm sure he's working things out as we speak. But until then, sorry I couldn't be much help. With all the site work going on, glitches and bugs are expected.

Quite a few users seem to be having this issue suddenly, and we're aware of the situation. It might be a slight derp in the system or we just need to fix a few things, but hopefully this will be resolved soon! Apologies for any inconvenience.

You might have some luck in attempting to have a password resent to your e-mail address.

Try logging in with your old password, it did the trick for me. Sometimes it just doesn't fold over, the new password.

If not, though, definitely contact a staffer about your account problems!<3
