Title: how you put photo in a forum?

I do not know how to put picture please help me

1) go to wwwBannedImageSite (http://wwwBannedImageSite)
2.Click Upload
3.Search your computer for the photo
4.Select your photo
5.Enter the words in the Captcha
6.Find the linnk in the Forum Url box and copy it
7.Paste it into a post
8. Preview the post, and you will see the pic
9. If satisfied Post!
