Okay. My friend really wants to resister, and it's ALWAYS closed. Is there any way to determine when it opens? Because it probably opens when I'm asleep or something. I know a bit of other people are wondering this too, but it's making me kinda mad. I've been refreshing the page for like a week, every 10 minutes or so. God, help?

No the registration opens at random times, I'm sorry but there is no way to change this. Your friend is just going to have to wait sorry hun. I'll be sure to let you know if I see it open. It's sorta based on luck.
