Title: :Need help looking for a texture mod:

Not entirely sure if this is the right thread for posting this but here it goes.

A long time ago there was a mod that got rid of this annoying thing:

And that was all it changed, nothing else really. (Not that i recall anyway.)
Been looking for it for ages and fail to find it, perhaps the post was removed since it was a LONG time ago, like around the start of FH long. *Shrug*
If anyone has any ideas where i could find it i would be forever greatful

It seems that it could just be a fix that any mod could do. It also looks to me like ye could possibly edit the texture ye 'ave and texture over the smudge, if y'er up to it. I do 'ave a good mod texture, but I'm not sure if it fixes y'er spot. Also, I am far from m'computer so it may be a while before I can guide ye to that mod if ye want it.
