Can't login into the User Panel

When I was making my account I made my password longer than 16 characters so I guess that's the reason why. So I tried to change it by clicking "Forgotten Password" but all I get when I put my email and submit it is "Oops Somthing went wrong. Please go back and try again." I tried different browsers and everything, I think it's just broken. I managed to change the password on the forum though, I'm not sure if it's also changes it on the game. Anyway, I still can't get in. Could you please check what's wrong? Thanks!

The forgotten password reset feature changes your password on both the forum and the game, if that's what you're wondering

Passwords can be more than 16 characters, the 16 characters limit is only for usernames c:

Oh, so that's not because of the password then. It's still wouldn't let me in for some reason. I put my User and Password in, click Login and nothing happens :C
