You put the file in the FeralHeart folder named "Presets". You just simply copy and paste the file into that folder, and it should show up in your presets area in the customization.

OK, so I put the file in 'presets' What does BrokenWing mean by the customization part? Like, Log In>Create? Or what? x3 Sorry I keep asking, I am just so confused about everyone saying different things.

Hailey, sorry my stupid computer wont let me quote people, what he means by customization is when you go to create a character. You go to the last page in the character creator and click preset then scroll down to the number preset you asked for the first time you posted on here and clicky it.

@Bloo See that's the thing. Nothing showed up when I went to presets..it was an all white character. Then when I went to Character Creator, nothing showed up under presets there either.

Hmm, maybe you misplaced some files. Check to make sure the preset you downloaded went FeralHeart>Presets If that's what you did then maybe try placing the file in FeralHeart>My_Presets>Whatever number is on the preset put in the right folder then go to preset maker and see if it's there.

Presets often may involve some changes to the material file to make it work. Open that up and make sure to change all your file names into it so it'll pick it up.

I tried to go to the link of my present, but this popped up:

Ok, first of all, I just wanted to say that I completely and utterly love it. :) It's so perfect and just exactly what I wanted.
Slight problem though - of course there always is. ((Haha)). But it won't open.
I have had this problem in the past before and the simplest way to do it is to upload the images that you used to create my fursona and put them on Photobucket. From there, I can take and copy those images and place them onto Gimp, then download them onto Feral Heart? Would that work for you?

My present will not show up still. I don't really know if it is my computer, Feralheart, or the file. It is really hard when the textures are just in one file. I am used to separate textures that works with WinRAR.
My my, my Feralheart and computer is such a "big poop". >XP

Did you right click it and press 'copy'? Then just went to 'presets' not 'my_presets' and pasted it in there? Don't extract anything at all, just copy and paste into 'presets.' Then when you go to Create a Character, on the last tab, should be a 'use preset' button. Click that and your preset should be there.

His scar is one-sided. :D And if you can, make his eyes glow, please. Pelt needs to be DARK. Not black, but almost. It's part of the species. He's blind, so maybe use the blind-slits from FH if you can. o3o

The blind slits from FH fit perfectly with her eyes and if you're in the mood you can make the hair metalic or sumthin... So nothing really special for the preset, although the tie and headset isn't needed. :3
