Hmm, very odd. I get the same WaterMillGates.cfg error, so I don't think they're related.

- Log in on the browser BEFORE starting FeralHeart, sometimes it can be finicky.
- Make sure you're not using any browser proxies or a vpn, as they could potentially cause conflict.
- Try logging in on a different internet browser.
- If none of that fixes it, try turning your internet router off for about 10-15 mins then back on again.

Have you tried just deleting the installed ENB files?
Firstly, run FH and make sure you toggle ENB off (shift + f12)
Exit FH, locate "enbseries.ini" and "d3d9.dll" in the Feralheart folder and delete them both.
Run FH, see if it will start and that ENB can no longer be toggleable.

I tested this and it seemed to work for me.

Somewhat related, you can also change the emote hotkeys (0-9 buttons) by holding down the number & clicking the emote you wish to change it to! c: It saves, so next time you hop on it should still be set. It even works in preset maker! (I like setting one of the emotes to tongue/lick so I can make sure the mouth texture looks right!)
