You can reinstall the whole game if you want.

I know a program that deletes everything a long with junk leftover things c: http://www.revouninstaller.com/ (http://www.revouninstaller.com/) there ya go it takes away any program that doesnt show up under Control Panel and uninstalling things exc exc~

It is a modification for FH. I solved it, I reinstalled the whole game, patch, and maps. Now if a mod could lock this for me.. could you please?
