Odd Map Problem O.O

Yeah, so I already looked up all the standard map issues and such, and this is new.
Okay, so I made my heightmap, and I put it in my map in mapmaker. (YES, I checked like 15 times, there is nothing wrong with the heightmap, I even remade it a few times.) Then, only part of it works. Half the map is jacked up, and the other half is fine. Jacked up how, you ask? So, I have hills on that side, but, I go right through them, as if they're not there. Like it's an image, an object with no collision. Then on the very end of the map, there is a serious issue. There is a spot of land, and it extends upwards, with no end. And it's on the messed up side, and/so as expected, I can't touch it.

Help please?
