Eagleify:

Hey guys, It's me, Eaglify! I have just started with meshing, so forgive me if they are derpy :3 I can't make stuff yet (though I am getting better) so I have just been converting things :)

Ignore this thread's bad looks. It is a WIP.

While I have experimenting with meshing, I found Hammy's Blender tutorial VERY useful. Here it is: http://feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=11025.0 Thanks again, Hammy!

Rules:
THE MODELS ARE NOT MADE BY ME. I convert them.
You may download any of the meshes here, they are for public use.
Feel free to edit and modify the meshes, though please credit me if you distribute them.
If you distribute a map with my meshes in it, please credit me.
Don't steal them. It stinks.

All the meshes are in .rar files, so you need an unzipping program to access them. Winzip is a free unzipping software, you can download it here:http://www.filehippo.com/download_winzip/

All of the meshes should load their materials automatically. The only thing you have to do is enter the mesh name :)

'Tis a Medieval style chair! A converted mesh :)

Here is a cart I converted, perfect for old-themed maps. Note the white spotunderneath the cart, for some reason it appeared when I converted it. Just change the material in the object maker if it bothers you, otherwise it isn't seen very clearly. It is a little bit laggy, but not very much.

Here is a request that I had on DeviantArt, I thought I might as well share it with everyone. It is a nice fence, ferfect for sitting/perching on, and it is made to connect exactly with itself. Yay!

I have lots of meshes in store for you guys, I am just working on them now. In the meantime, here is one that I have finished: The Skyscraper. I a lot of people seem to be wanting building/city meshes, and this is one of them that I have been working on. Enjoy! :)

Only two meshes today, sorry. I have been working on my preset comp entry, and I finally finished it. Check it out in the contest thread :)
These two meshes were created pretty much for personal use XD I needed them to put in my Alaska map, so expect some more Arctic ones coming soon.

And my last mesh, a demented Eustreptospondylus!
His face is a little mucked up. But oh well.

Yus... finished my second one today, as well. Here I bring you.... the derpy faced Diplodocus. Again, another dinosaur.

This one is a bit laggy as well, so don't go placing too many of them around XD

Woop, finally found a decent exporter that does not chop off bits! So here is my first decent offering, a Pteranodon. (I am supposed to be working on my presets... shhhh. ;))

Yup, it is laggy if you are near it. But ideally it should be placed in the sky anyway, so no problemos there.

Back after a little time off making meshes! x3 I have been busy working on my presets. So, here is my newest thing, a crocodile mesh for you. Here is a nice pic:

Sorry for not making more meshes, but I am back at school now DX and have also been working through my preset requests, as well as my preset Comp entry. But here is my latest offering, an Orca whale. Because they are awesome.

Well, here is my latest project.... a Liopleurodon! XD
Somewhere in the process, he kind of lost his teeth... so now he is a friendly Lio! (seriously, I have no idea how they disappeared....) Perfect for submerging in your rivers and lakes, to surprise that unsuspecting feline...

He is just a tad laggy when you swim directly over or under him, because he is detailed. (I really need to stop doing such detailed stuff :/)
Download it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?kxgx6kmgix5p5ky

I also need some suggestions for other meshes! Please share your ideas, as I have no idea what to do next. I need inspiration :) (I'm thinking about doing a few more bridges, as people seem to like the Stone Bridge, and some more dinosaurs? Because dinosaurs are awesome :))

OK, so I finished my first two meshes for FH. These are my first two, and they have been converted from other free sources, I take no credit for the designs at all!

My first FH object... A bridge :)
The edges are kind of weird.... it looks fine when between two river banks x)

Download it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?av84f86v7itazcw

And here we have a Cabin. It is furnished minimalistically inside, with a bed, fireplace, table and seats. It has two rooms, upstaies and downstairs. It is a tad laggy when you go inside though, as it is quite detailed.

Ok, so that is my work so far. Don't worry, I plan on doing many, many more! ^^ (Once I get through my preset requests, I had better get back to them now :P)

If you have any suggestions for future projects, or feedback on my work, please comment :)

Eagleify:
How to get the objects in-game:

~)Download the meshes from the links provided. Winzip or another unzipper is required, as they are .rar files. Winzip is free, you can get it from here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_winzip/

~)Unzip the the .rar. Inside you will see images, a material file and a mesh file. Copy ALL of these files.

~)Paste them in the "my objects" folder in your FH folder. It is important to put them in this folder, not in sub-folders, otherwise they won't work. (At least, they don't for me :P)

~) Open up FH, and go to the object maker. Click the meshes tab, and enter the mesh name in the box. Make sure you put .mesh after it, "Liopleurodon.mesh". They are cASe SenSitIVe, so be  sure to put in the right capitals. Once you press the "Add new" button down the bottom, the mesh will appear. The materials will automatically load.

~)You may have to rotate some of the objects, or change their y-axis value, so they arn't upside down or under the ground.

~)Tick the own collision box. If you don't, your character will just walk straight through the objects.

~)Now you have to save the meshes, so that you can get them in-game. Click on the object tab, and save the object in a group, and name it. You can now get them in maps!

Tip: When saving your the object, I would recommend creating a new group, and calling it something original, and avoid saving them in the original folders (MyRocks, etc). This is so people don't have to overwrite existing files when you distribute your map.

Tanglemask:
OMG! I love that bridge! -downloads-
Nicely done. I can't wait to use these in my map :3 -will give credit-

But uhm... The link is kinda messed up.

Tetsune:
I so snagged that bridge! xD Very nice!

Fantasia_Cross:
The objects are only solid at defualt size. When I make them bigger, I fall through them, how do I fix this?
