"Failed to connect to map server"

Alphabet:
I can't seem to enter the game with one of my characters, and unfortunately I don't remember which map I last played with them in... I press "Start" and I get the "Failed to connect to map server" error after waiting a while for the map to load.

Let me know if you need any additional information.

Saboomba:
It may be that this character is currently in Eastern Pass, which last I heard, was down. You can rescue your character by signing into the user panel on this website and sending the character home.
