Medicael
Medicael is literate. We will accept people who are close to literate, as long as they are willing to improve.
Medicael will be mapped. There are currently six regions. Each region will have its own map, and within those maps will be more maps for caves, hidden locations, etc. At least this is how it's planned so far.
Medicael has six regions in the Medomne realm, each with its own way of running things~
North Province, a totalitarian monarchy with a strict king, nationalistic people, and harsh anti-magic laws.
Provectus, the prosperous and most advanced kingdom with a mostly accepting society. Hardly any magic restrictions, aside from obvious “no dark/destructive magic” laws.
Palus, the peaceful trading hub of Medomne ruled by two leaders who share power equally. The people are usually kind and earnest.
Bandit’s Den, the lawless home of bandits. It serves as the hideout for the deadliest criminals, especially the Pirates, who are hidden deep within the den. The people who live there are mostly very dangerous and wanted by the law, be wary of them.
Phantom’s Isle, the group of isles almost as lawless as Bandit’s Den. Most of the isles’ only life are the humans’ and elves’ villages within the region. The isle is the homeland of a dark magic and deadly beasts. There are three isles; Diablo, The Lawless Zone, and The Capitol Isle. Diablo is the last isle to hold native plant life and a somewhat intact ecosystem. The Lawless Zone holds no law, making profit off of the lawlessness in the area and allowing most crimes to go unpunished. The Capitol is the most tame isle, having some form of law, being somewhat peaceful and more civil.
Misty Valley, the humanless land to the southeast. A mysterious fog covers the entire valley, aside from the shoreline. Strangely, and beast that was once tame goes feral after being exposed to this fog. It is unknown where the fog comes from. Any colonization attempt made, specifically by the Phantom’s Isle, has been stopped due to the inability to keep their pets tame. The only intelligent life there are the tall, winged, feline-like creatures known as Hornids. They are peaceful isolationists that live in three tribes, the Cliff Tribe inhabiting the walls of the valley, the Tunnel Tribe, inhabiting the massive underground tunnel systems, and the River Tribe, inhabiting the rivers hugging the jungle like walls of the valley. These three groups hardly interact with each other.
Medicael is a fantasy themed roleplay, however there are mature themes such as character death and violence, so keep that in mind since Medicael is mostly built around characters' actions and the lore.
Medicael has no script to follow, everyone can build their own stories with their characters. You may create scripts, just be sure these scripts are flexible incase you pick up some extra people!
Medicael is multispecies, allowing animals, beasts, custom species, and humans.
