Hello, I am really new and really new to all the recent updates, and if anyone can spare me some help, that will be great!

So, when I download the new patch do I need to move any files? If yes, inform me so I can download the patch now and we can do this step by step! Thank you.

  Nope! The installer does it all for you. Unless you have any modifications installed, you will have to reinstall them.
