... go through your old posts and die a little on the inside?
i've always been one to go back and look through old threads or discussions, regardless of the community i'm in. or even if i made them.
sometimes it's educational and i learn about stuff that came before my time in said community, or in the case of FeralHeart...

... wonder why my mom let me on the internet, lmao.

been in the mood for this recently. wondering if anyone else has as well.

Especially when I used the Comic Sans MS font lmao

But hey, without the beauty of growing up we wouldn't have ever gotten to where we are now.

lmao why is this thread so relevant to me right now... I was literally just doing this. I had a good laugh at some of my really old odd cringy posts. Nothing like reading really old stuff you wrote and wondering if you're the same person who wrote those xD

Even though I've been a player since 2011, I only started to properly use the forums since 2017 so unfortunately (or maybe luckily?) I don't have a wealth of old posts to look back on. I guess I've been spared.
Although, I am surprised at how relatively fast things accumulate just in my 2ish years of frequenting the forums. It still feels weird to look at posts that are only a year old or so.

I went through so many personal changes over the years so I usually avoid looking back on my old posts for my own sanity. I used to be rude as hell both intentionally and unintentionally so looking back at posts I made in 2011-2015 makes me cringe.

This was my first post/first thread. (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=9339.msg130063#msg130063) My social skills were next to none and my grammar was terrible back then and it shows lol

It's old because it's blue. I used all kinds of colors when I started posting on this forum.
I seriously lacked sense of logic and had no insight to things and I didn't really understand people back then, and I was the age where the average person would have that common sense.
I was 14 years old. I turned 20 last month :) Not saying I've become mature, but I have changed, a lot as a person since then.
Nowadays I focus on... bigger things? I spend way less time on the computer in general, and I've started eating healthier, been more social with my family, getting exercise and achieved an even more healthier and closer relationship with my bf. So yea. That's really good for me.
But hey, I'm on vacation now. I am sometimes in situations where I having nothing better to do, so I can happen to check by the forum when I'm bored, during this long summer vacation. Seeing what's up. And I post if I like. I'm around, but not active like most of you. ~

I try to avoid looking at my old posts. I was an edgy and annoying little kid. Every now and then I look at my old dA and read through the screenshot collages I used to make... and then I die on the inside because I was 11-12 and shouldn't have been doing what I was doing.

Nothing too bad on this account. My old account, however... not a day goes by I don't think about some of things I've said and cringe bc I was like 10 years old and had no filter or brain cells

And then the edited ones on forums where that glitch where you have 2 tabs open & it cross-posts to the thread you were reading, not the one you were replying to happens...

Looking back at old posts from early 2010's made me realize how much internet culture has changed.

Remember when "XD" and ":3" were commonplace? Yeah those are considered cringe when done unironically nowadays.

Honestly, there's been times I've wanted to make a new account. I joined a good 4-5 years ago if I'm correct. I generally avoid looking back, but I need to find some good ol' outta context birb.

The rest is pretty much me stupidly replying to help threads or weird advertisements for groups or projects. There's also some "no filter" kinda posts that I wish could just be deleted.

In short, yes, I regret basically everything I've said that's probably even older than a few months, but the weird stuff I said years ago is even worse.

the fact that i joined this community four/three years ago, and in the present I am still very young scares me.

I didn't really use the forum most of the time I played the game, but I feel like old screenshots of my conversations would be powerful blackmail material "xDDDDDDDD". I'm too scared to even look at my old posts. I didn't know you could do that.


The real pain is looking at my old feral heart music videos. I thought they were so cool and edgy, which really adds to the cringe. oof ^^'

Gosh, that very reason is probably why I don't like using my old YouTube account. Copyright-flagged bad FNAF music videos which I think are deleted now thankfully.
