Login issues on specific PC

My account info does not let me open the play game site, but only on my PC (It works just fine on a different PC that is not my possession but doesn't go through on mine) Can I please receive help shortly?

some things to check:
do you have any browser extensions? sometimes these can mess up the login page. especially ad blockers.
be sure that you don't have any proxies enabled on either your pc or browser.
do not use a vpn.

I checked and none of the the things named above are the cause, because when i click login, it doesn't delete any of the info entered. Can it be possible that the cause of this can be too many incorrect attempts on this PC?

I'm not sure, but if it is then I'd give it an hour or so before trying again.

Does it do this with all browsers?

Yes, I have tried in Google Chrome and on Opera and none of them work.

I`m the person who tried to log in on Cosmo`s account, and it worked on my pc. I was able to both log in the Play Game and on the game itself. But for some reason he gets stuck in the log in screen and his game itself says "not able to connect to front server".

Yes he has the feralheart.exe installed and replaced the other file
