Title: Mouse won't Move

Oddly enough I've been having this issue with a few other games, but for some reason it's happening in this game too?

I can start up the game just fine, but all I see is my cursor in the middle of the screen unable to move. For some reason none of the keys will work either on the game.

My computer is new and up to date and I have a excellent graphics card.

Any ideas? :-[

How old is your mouse? It could be that you need a new one if it’s happening with other games. Maybe try playing on full screen? Or switch USB ports with your mouse. I used to get this problem in one game I played, but I don’t remember how I fixed it.

It's new. I just got it this year and it's wireless. The option to have the game full screen never comes up either, which makes it more odd. It happens on games like Feral Heart. (Dragon's Den, etc.)

The only thing I can think of is that the game might not be in focus? Click on it or push Alt+Tab until the game is selected and then try doing stuff. I've had moments before where I would be 'tabbed out' and wonder why the game cursor didn't move.

Odd problem o:

Have you tried switching rendering systems?
Is your computer completely up to date? I know new computers often have a lot of updates they need to install regardless of how new they actually are!
Are you using Windows 10?

That does not do anything, unfortunately. :(

The only rendering system that pops up is OpenGL. I don't know why the Direct one won't appear for me. Everything appears to be updated but alas, it still hates me lol.

I am using Windows 10!

I'm having a similar issue. I'm an old player that's just returning to the game.

But the mouse movement issue is only happening with Feral Heart for me, and no other games. I'm certain I'm tabbed into it correctly, but the cursor is stuck in the middle of the window, and I'm not able to interact with the window at all, using mouse or keyboard shortcuts.

I tried to follow the tutorial above, but I could not find an ogre.cfg file The only files I could find that had "ogre" in the name were .dll

I'm using windows 10 if that helps.

I would give re-installing the game a try as it sounds like you're missing files.
