Title: I need to reset my character and it wont let me login

I usually have to enter my username and password twice before it goes through, but now I can't login at all :c

If you want to log in into that little yellow box then you have to use your game username... and your game password not forum username..

If you're logging in using the yellow box at the top right, that could be why. That login is a bit glitchy at times. Try using the login at the left of the forum, at the top.
If you're still having problems then I'd recommend PM-ing a mod or admin

 Just like everyone said before me said, the yellow box at the top right corner is always to sometimes glitchy. Try logging in on the side left one. It's more better.
