This is the brief summary of Cats & Dogs - The Revenge of Kitty Galore: Kitty Galore’s a bad kitty and she wants to take over the world. Dogs won’t stand for this. Luckily, it turns out there’s a new recruit who’s called Diggs, a former police dog who has a problem following orders when he does undisciplined heroics at a car dealership being blown up. He’s put in a kennel where he’s recruited by Butch, an elite veteran dog spy agent who really knows the ropes. In their search for Kitty Galore, Diggs and Butch find a wisecracking pigeon, Seamus who holds the key to catching her. Diggs and Butch also find another agent, a cat called Catherine. Diggs and Butch form an uneasy alliance with a competing a spy organisation consisting entirely of cats led by Tab Lazenby and try to crack the brain of a jailed criminal mastermind called Mr. Tinkles. They finally stop Kitty Galore’s evil plan where she will use the Earth’s satellites to relay a signal around the world that will drive dogs mad and attack their owners.
