Title: keep getting "failed to connect to front server" error

Hi uh, i hope im doing this right, ive never used a forum like this before
basically, whenever i try to log in in-game, i get a "failed to connect to front server" error. i logged in on the "play game" page and i have the most recent version that i know of installed. are there any things that im supposed to do that i dont know about?
update: ive read through some other posts that were about similar issues but i dont think i found anything useful. i tried running the game as admin but that hasnt done anything so far, ill try logging in a few more times and update this again update 2: going to try reinstalling the game, if that doesnt work i might make a new account, not sure update 3: launched the game with a fresh install and the most recent .exe, logged in on the play game page, tried logging in in-game about 5 or 6 times, didnt work. tried logging in with the game running as an admin and that didnt work either. this is getting a bit long now so ill stop updating it until i get a response, hope this post gets approved soon update 4: OK LAST UPDATE NOW HOPEFULLY, im gonna make a new account and if it works im gonna migrate over to there, if it doesnt then ill stay on this account

Making a new account won't change anything.
Since you've tried everything above, perhaps checking your internet? Try restarting your router?
If not that, is there something blocking your connection?

Or if that doesn't work, try logging in a different browser.

If you haven't already, try having the play game tab opened and logged in for a few minutes before opening the game. I've had a few times where it would give that message after trying to log in too quickly, and it would give that message 3 or 4 times before finally letting me connect.

Hi, im on my new account here and somehow it worked making a new one?? no idea what the problem was with the old one, but thanks for responding
