Praise / stumbles through doorway, toppling over a table in the process

i'm sorry i'm so late to the party, folks, but i literally just heard about what's been going on and even then i'm a bit confused about the whole situation (am i even in the right thread for this?). tea's been a busy lady as of late, ya know!

anyway, from my understanding, like many of you i am of course distraught about the news about the future of feral heart. i cannot even begin to express how much this game has meant to me and how much of an impact it's had on my childhood. i've been playing this game for a long, long time.

but of course, all good things must come to an end. if i'm going to be honest, i could smell this day forthcoming from stars away, it was only a matter of time. i turned 18 a little under a month ago, so it almost feels expected to me. losing something so near and dear to your heart has never and will never be easy (trust me, i'm literally just out of a funeral) and of course a part of me hopes that somehow, someway, this will all be resolved and feral heart will continue as strong as it ever was.

i understand that feral heart is not exactly shutting down ~~yet~~, but without the moderators who spent countless hours of their days being involved within the community and keeping the game alive, it feels like it is. i am so thankful to all of the friends i have made within the feral heart community and thankful to all of those who are set to continue playing this game. i'm sorry i've not been much help but as i said earlier, lots of things are happening at the moment and i'm afraid i haven't got time to do a whole lot of anything anymore.

Discussion Board / Congratulations Netta, Eurovision 2018 Winner!!!

i've always been a huge fan of eurovision and eurovision tonight proved just as joyful and ever! a big congratulations to israel's netta for winning this year's eurovision with her song "TOY"!

this was definitely one of my top favourite entries and i'm so happy it won! i would've loved to see finland's entry and of course my own home country of ireland's entry to have done a bit better, but of course it is all in the joy of music and bringing the continent together under one big giant party and i'm happy with the results!

what did you think of eurovision this year? do you normally watch eurovision? who did you vote for? (please remain respectful to everyone, i know how intense eurovision fans can get!)

*YAAAAAAWN* oh boy, that was a nice nap. what'd i miss, everybody?

heheh, sorry i kind of just disappeared for a month and a half there. truth be told, i got distracted by other video games (*cough* WoW *cough*), as well as school having me by the neck, i didn't seem to have quite a lot of time for feralheart much.

but with most of my deadlines finally out of the way and the school year coming to a close (and me FINALLY getting my ahead of the curve achievement and mount) i've decided to pop in! needless to say the april fools joke gave me a shock, i thought someone had hacked my account!

i know i didn't spend a lot of my time roleplaying prior to me being MIA, but i've been thinking of returning to it, so if you have any warrior cat roleplays specifically, feel free to let me know! i know my main character is a lion but i just find warrior cat roleplays to be the most entertaining.

Presets & Markings / Lady Sylvanas Windrunner Costume (Free!)

if you remember, for this year's halloween party i dressed up my character tea as the banshee queen herself, lady sylvanas windrunner. i've been digging around a little bit through my computer and found the original files for it, so i thought it'd be cool to share it for everyone to use!

please note, i did NOT make the textures. they are from world of warcraft by blizzard, and i simply adjusted them to make them fit on the feral heart model (it took a pretty long time too, since i'm obviously very inexperienced when it comes to preset making). i used the feline model when making it, but i think it should work for canines too. also, i apologise that it's missing quite a few features from her armour! as i mentioned before, i don't know a thing when it comes to preset making and i spent quite a while on it already, but you're more than welcome to adjust it and add some of those missing features if you so choose!

no credit to me is required, but it'd be appreciated! here are some screenshots of it on tea, so you can get an idea!

if you'd like to see the original texture sheet, i'm pretty sure i still have that too, so you're more than welcome to pm me for it if you'd like to make your own (and hopefully much better) sylvanas costume!

Commissions, Trades, & Requests / Tea & Melee?

hiya!!

i'm just going to post this here, if anyone's got some spare time on their hands, i'd really like maybe a drawing or two of my characters tea and melee!

here are pictures of them:

tea's design is very simple, so if you're just looking to practice or maybe if you're bored, she'll be pretty easy to draw!

melee's got a bit more to her, but if you're down for it, you could take the challenge and draw her!

Request Other Mods/Creations / Wooden Shade/"Fur" Texture?

hi!

i was wondering if anyone would be able to make me a wooden shade/"fur" texture for a preset? i've been looking around for one but to no success except for maybe this, but it is private and i cannot access it.

the one i linked above was more of a bark kind of wood, but i'd prefer one more like finished wood, like it's been sanded down to create a sculpture, if you know what i mean. however if that for any reason isn't available the bark wood will do just fine.

as well, if you need this information, the character i'm planning on using it on is a feline.

Presets & Markings / Tea's Halloween Preset (Lady Sylvanas Windrunner)!

here it is (and crash-free this time)! i've had this up on the preset sync for i think a week or so, but now it is here for you to download by itself! (the image above may just be a teensy-weensy bit edited... hehe...)

this will also be up on the halloween map's download (if you get the preset included version), more information about that here!

i chose to do lady sylvanas windrunner because she is one of my most favourite lore characters in world of warcraft! she's smart, brave, powerful, and kicks butt despite everything she's been through! though, i suppose you could say that she's a bit... unlively.

some features were excluded (e.g. the skulls and the feathers on her spaulders), but i'm not terribly experienced with preset making, and i didn't want it to be too cluttered, so i stopped at a point where it was at least recognisable as sylvanas windrunner. i also added a bow item, but i did not feature it here because i wanted it to be mainly focused on the preset, since that is what i worked on. if you have the legendary items pack, you'll be able to see it in game (though, it's not her actual bow, unfortunately)!
