Unable to connect to front server

Hi there, long time player and coming back for the first time in about 4 years. Downloaded the new patch no problem. Just unable to connect to the server. Any suggestions. Is this a known problem?

Hey there!

Sometimes it can take upwards of a few minutes for the website to connect to the game in that way. I'd try it a few more times

Does FH still have that required browser log in page to function?

Oh yes - the "Play Game" tab should be open in the background while you play.

Alright, so, it's asking me to download the patch again.. even though I did that?

I downloaded a zip from another forum that gave it all packed up properly. Problem is, I'm unable to directly download 1.17a as the download link does nothing. So I'm unable to replace.
