Baning because of wrong pasword

Dear Helpdesk,

I really need help.
I can't log in, cause it's always telling me this:

,,Incorrect Username or Password. (5 failed attempts causes 15 min ban)''

But I am sure it's the right Password and Username...
I also tried to change but it's still saying me it's wrong..
And I am waiting now for like more than 1 hour.

Is it possible to fix this?

I would be happy about an answer!

Hey there!

Make sure you keep the topic of banning off the forums - it is better to PM a staffer about that.

About the wrong password, you wanna make sure you don't have any special characters in your password/user, make sure caps lock is off, and also make sure, if you have numbers, that you are typing them in using the top row of numbers and not the number pad.
