I'm open for two requests like this! Sorry about the transparency, I don't have a program that'll make it cleanly transparent.
I'll hand you the regular file once it's done if you want to make the background transparent yourself.

I will not take your request if you don't have a reference picture of your character.

It is a PNG, the quality just looks off because the transparency is so messy, rofl.
