Title: What is your strong fear?

Well you know what the question is and I am interested.

I will share my one that I am having right now at this moment is trying to take a SMALL TINY TINY tablet, which I can't take because I think I am going to chock and die... .___. I have gone through like 3 gos? And threw the tablets against the wall and yelling at it like an angry ape...

So, whats yours? xD

:3 I'm serious, I've seen pictures of them magnified to the size of your screen, all I would say was; "... Cool."
But I saw one in my room, and freaked out so badly... I was crying. o_O

I like snakes too, I know I'm fine with slithering, I've seen a real snake before. XD

They apparently adore my house, and they freak me out >.> I found over 4 of them in the basement, I screamed and ran upstairs. >.< One almost came to me, but I ran.

I can't STAND being in a room with any type of throwable ball. Especially basketballs!
I'm not scared of much as far as physical conditions meet but for some reason.
Ball approaches Shiro.
Shiro becomes deer under headlights.

But this tends to be a more surface fear VS Deep fear.

Hmm, I'd have to say my deepest fears would be to be abandoned, being unloved/unappreciated, MEN. >> This is deeply rooted into my mind - because the men in my family are all.... back stabbers. You tell them one thing, they twist it around to make it your fault somehow. Its not very healthy and since I grew up with it, I fear all men will be like that toward me. D: They also have anger issues/depression issues/compulsive lying disorders... ect, etc.

xD YEAH a nice screwed up family. I love'em - but ...|: they scare the heck outta me.

I experience the same reaction to a ball, Shiro :C

But, my biggest fear is something you probably don't come across every day.

I am horribly, terribly afraid of gorillas. Not monkeys, just gorillas. They're like big, fat, muscular, hairy, ugly people who look like they want to take their giant hands and STRANGLE you D':

Fairly scared of hocky pucks, when I play defence at school (We are forced to play sports...) I go defence, and I almost always get smoked in the face. But I'm more scared of getting stuck in a small spot, like a space, and I'm not able to get out.

- Spiders, well I don't scream when I see them or anything like that. I just avoid them. I'm actually fascinated by them but I don't want to be anywhere near them. If they are trapped behind a glass wall in a zoo or in a jar then I'll observe it.

Today in Physical Science my teacher opened a bag full of deer hearts and showed them to us as she got a tad bit of blood on the floor and I thought it was cool. What shocks me is that I can handle something like that but I can't handle being around insects. Something about the eyes of an insect creep me out. Perhaps it's the fact that they seem to be staring at you every second. To be honest I'm not even sure what's with me and insects. Just the thought of insects will give me chills. I'm also scared of dying. I'm pretty sure most of us are scared to die too.

Funnily enough, I'm not afraid to die. I am afraid to live actually. Can't you just tell what a fun and out going person I am? ^_^ *obvious sarcasm*

I'm scared of blood tests. Not needles in general, just blood tests D: I'm also afraid of immense pain >.< If anyone is in a great deal of pain, I feel sick. But only when it's actually happening, if that makes sense. Like, if someones been cut with a knife badly or something, it won't bother me unless I actually see it happen.

I try to not have fears, but sometimes it's impossible not to be scared of anything.

Men ~ Mostly the middle aged un-shaven ones.
Spiders ~ The longer the leg the scarier it is.

I used to be pretrified of cigarettes. But, that's passed.

1.) That someday a Modern Warfare Device (a virus type-thing) will be thrown down close to where I live or something and cause the people to catch the virus to go insane, resulting in living zombies.
2.) Swimming and not knowing what's underneath me.

Falling. I hate heights, not because I'm high up, but because I'm afraid I might somehow fall and end up paralzed and in a butt load of pain the rest of my life.

Lol yeah I'm scared when I have to take those small pill things but I always think I'm going to choke :/ But my all time biggest fear is sharks and oceans. Idk why I hate both of them, but I always freak out when I see a pic of a shark or the ocean... especially in video games *shivers*

Edit- I also hate boys... I just dont get along with them half the time in real life... I guess its ok on the internet... but they are just like... weird, annoying, creatures that freak me out >.>

hmmm...o_o

1. some bugs, but sometimes I have the courage to pick 'em up or trap them and let them outside...XD if I kill a bug though....I feel guilty....o.o I mean, they're so small and cute and like any other creature that deserves to live! D:
(holy cookie crums I sound like my dad...O_e; )

2. last night, I got shaky all over from watching a news report on all of those dying animals.....bleh, let's just say I HATE the sight of dead bodies...O_O;; hence one of few reasons why I'm vegetarian...xD

3. losing any of my loved ones and ending up lonely forever :c (this fear is 'cause of people who back-stabbed me in the past....D: )

4. body builders.....AGH, they scared the life outta me O___O;; big muscles on anyone scares me and I feel like darting out of the area...but at the same time, I don't wanna be rude so I end up stuck with the person D: ....although there are only a few friends of mine who kinda make it pass my fear...and I'm glad 'cause I love those friends to death xD (one of them also has a VERY body built dad O_O;;  but he's also a little chubby at the same time 8D)

5. uhhh....I had another to list...oh yeah, people more than 6 inches taller than me, or people at any height taller than me even though they're younger D: (it just feels....horribly awkward x__x )

EDIT:

forgot a few more....o.o and one fear is a weird one...XD

6. purses....for some reason, I'm scared of purses.....curious as to why? let's just say it was from a giant purse in one of my nightmares that the lady accidentally hit me over a rail with while turning around.....I was falling and falling for a while before waking up x_x so now I feel nervous around any of my girl buddies if they carry a purse....very sadly, yes....XD

7. this one seems normal....I'm also scared of heights o.o; yet, I love being in high places as long as they're secure...I guess I just love that feeling of "flying" or something XD

Heh. I'll have to say the usual ones- Some bugs and all snakes. No offence to anyone, but I HATE snakes. I don't know why... I don't really like any reptiles, amphibians, or most bugs, but I'm okay as long as they're in cages, or they're just cockroaches or something... Here's my other fears tho:
1: Being killed... I am very imaginative and I "play" different scenarios in my head a LOT.
2: Heights, again... imagining the fall.
3 Any sort of paranormal stuffghosts, Bigfoot, mutated creatures, zombies).
4: When people jump out of closets, from behind doors, etc. My best friend does this and I scream every time.
5: Loosing family or friends.

-Insects. They are just, so gross and nasty. >:I They all hard and fuzzy and fangs and just eww.
-Sharks. Old fear, I'm always terrified that a shark is going to attack me in the pool or something. [I don't go in pools anymore x3]
-Clowns. Especially those insane whatever ones. They just...scare me. :'( Though I'm starting to get over this fear.
-Dying alone. I hate being alone. ;3;
-Needles. When I have to get a shot the nurse has to get help to hold me down. xD
-The end of the world. My mom just has to play all those, 'IT ENDS TOMORROW IN A HUGE PAINFUL EXPLOSION, THEN IT'S GOING TO SUCK IN AND EXPLODE AGAIN' >:U
-Losing my loved ones.
-Being outcast. It's always a fear in my mind.

Everyone has fair enough fears, the clown one makes me laugh though because my friend hates clowns too, and these idiots at my school put a clown as her wallpaper and when she turned the screen on she pooped a brick. D:

I can't stand certain patterns like tree bark, a centipede's many legs, a Suriname toad with its eggs on its back, Morels... Stuff like that. Ghosts freak me out as well seeing as I believe in them and all.

i forgot these ones sharp objects being waved in my face,getting hit by a car (again),giant squids (dont ask),im slightly afraid of the dark(trippy nightmare realted fear),falling of my skateboard at high speeds,and being on the wrong end of a gun.

2. Spiders. Just... ugh. Though I don't mind looking at em. Just as long as we are separated by glass, and not inmy house.
3. Ghosts. I'm not really AFRAID afraid, but, the thought freaks me out.
4. Bugs. Again, I'm cool, just not in my house.
5. Shrinks. I have mental issues, and have seen quite a few of them. They're so fake sometimes "And how does this make you feel?" -dies- x.x
Just a few other things... Having my heart broken by a dude again. Sad to say that its happened a total of -counts on her fingers- four times. Not just like-love, but seriously-would-die-for-them love. I dun like clowns... Being emo again. Not fun. Wanna see my scars? xP Dying alone. But, my mom's a nurse, so I have no problem with bleeding and such..... This is long. O.x

Reading people's fears made me realize....i fear none of them o.o
But one of my biggest fears are [don't laugh] ...trucks.... and motorcycles. It's just so scary when you're walking on the side walk and there's this loud ''WROOOOOOOOOOOOOMM!!!'' sound comming closer and closer and louder, making you feel like it's behind you and is going to hit you... I always get nervous when I hear truscks behind me and I keep looking at them, making sure they won't drive over me *-*

Mirrors in the Dark in long hallways = creepier
Spiders larger than a few millimeters, except daddy long legs because they just sit there and do nothing.
Cockroaches - The common city type, not the ones who live in forests and such like the giant burrowing cockroach (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_burrowing_cockroach)

Yeah, lawl I remember having my jab; the girls one only, in year/grade... 9 or 8, I cried my ass off on the last one, which was the third one, had to have 3 every 3 months. x-x

Not blood guts and gore, I've seen real human bodies, sliced and skinned and everything at a human anatomy expo, bodies donated to science were whatever it is that stops things rotting and sliced up.
Spiders? Don't make me laugh. I'm the kind of person who cried when I accidently flicked a red back off because I hurt it.
heights? makes me nervous because even on solid ground I get dizzy when I stand up too fast or look up, so that's just worrying.
sharks? I'm in love man
crocs? come on, if you are smart you won't get hurt.

my skin is ultra sensative due to a certain condition of mine and to touch certain fabrics is like putting me through hell. I get chills, i seize up, i scream, and i through the fabric across the room. For me, touching fabric is like someone running their nails on a chalk board!!!!

Now I'm not your typical girl, I love insects, getting muddy and messing with disgusting things ;D
I would say fire but that's not really true, I'm a right pyromaniac but I am terrified of electrical fires, I guess it has something to do with my old TV setting alight, once something electric is alight it can actually blow up, I learnt that the hard way, I wasn't hurt or anything though. Maybe its explosions then? I'm not to sure though.

I can't stand it; getting burned is the worst pain to me. Truthfully, I'd rather have my hand lopped off with a rusty butter knife that have it burned in the slightest. I have no idea why it is, it just is :\ Perhaps because when I was two I burned my butt on a heater [...strange story n.n] and still have scars?

I'm afraid of needles because I get sick afterward and my arm goes numb and doesn't feel right for at least a few days. I'm afraid of heights because I get vertigo whenever I'm high up. I don't like the thought of drowning or the world ending either...So it loosing someone close to me.

i are afraid of bugs, frogs because i are afraid they will jump on my face, hieghts, clowns, people laughing at me, being hit with something, if you rais your hand in the air i will flinch, im afriad of... miss spelling words, failing the TAKS test, the teachers, the dark, sharp items, animals, noises, people that scream and cry, pink, bright colours, flowers, little people, the word "babies", my closet, ghosts, zombies, guns, the game dodge ball, gym, pencils, scisors, pure pressure, dieing, being alone, allie ways, cars, police, the hospital, blood and gore, people jumping out infront of me, AND *breaths* being happy. :'( i are dead meat :o

Well, I'm super glad I'm not the only person with odd fears here <3

Yeah, I got some of the common fears like Spiders (Think they're friggin awesome but not in mah bed.)
Afraid of heights except if I'm in a roller coaster or in an airplane (I want to flyyy D:).
Jump Scares. I HATE them DX

My weirdest fears are these;
Seeing a broken bone. I have no idea why I hate seeing snapped bones and stuff, but I just do. I can handle seeing someone get sliced in half in a movie, but a broken wrist, nuuuu X.x

Another one is standing on the ground with some unfamiliar noise like footsteps. I usually try to run to a chair/bed/couch to get off the ground when I hear that kind of stuff. I have no clue why; must be an old experience that my horrible memory is keeping from me :C

I also have this weird thing going on when I HATE my neck or stomach touched. They're like so sensative and I'm afraid of anything touching them, especially my neck. No idea why; just how my body is.

Next one is cars going up and down the street without me hearing. Now usually, this isn't a problem because I rarely need to go in the street, but I have to when I'm going home after school every day... What's funny though is that I have excellent hearing, but the way my neighborhood is set up echos happen EVERYWHERE xDDD so like it's pretty scary and I've seen maniacs speed down this one hill almost every day OwO


The last one is anything unfamiliar behind me. Like, mostly people following. I guess this is branched off from the jump scare fear, but this fear has been really dying down now but it still affects me in a dark hallway when I'm climbing up the stairs D: I hate the feeling of eyes in your back... -shudder-

Well, I thought long about this one.
Normally I'm not scared of anything, except for one thing.
I'm a Kemetist, so my Gods are all them Egyptian ones. In our religion, when one dies their heart is weighed on a scale, and if it weighs the exact same amount of weight as a feather, You are clear and You can enter a holy haven-like place. But if the heart doesn't weigh as much as a feather, one is eaten by Ammit.
so my fear is to be eaten by her.

Hmm...fears, eh? Well, normally I'd keep the really weird stuff (like the "no one would understand, and if they did they would most likely make fun of me" kind of stuff) to myself. But I'm sorta bored right now, yet I'll probably regret I ever posted this by the morning. xD Oh well.

- Spiders. Not a big surprise, I'm sure, but I just...don't like them. If I find one in a room, I'll refuse to even take a single step in until I'm positive it's gone. This sorta goes along with any other kind of bug that crawls. The only bug I feel secure around are fruit flies, (that's sad, I know xD) and any other type of fly. But then again, moths sort of freak me out too...I could go on, lol.

- Heights. Pretty common as well, I suppose. The last time I went on a ferris wheel, I was scared out of the mind (Which is strange because this one I went on often, when ever we'd go to that park, anyway. Guess I was just jumpy that day.) We taped the ride, (I did, actually.) and it was sort of funny to play it back and hear my frantic yelps.

- Being the center of attention...probably one of my worst fears and experiences. The last time everyone was making ME the center of attention, (whether it be cheering for me or making fun of me) I was paralized for the rest of the day. I just don't like everyone's loud noises around me. I am a very anti-social person, as you can guess. Not shy, just anti-social...

- Torture. *Shudders* I can't stand the sight of it, what ever kind it is. It's just haunting, and the screams of agony....yeah, I'm being weird again. xD

- Okay, this one is really odd, but...eh...I used to be terrified of costumes. Not like Halloween costumes, but full body costumes...like, say, a mascot. Don't ask why, haha. It's a long story that I don't really feel like getting into. Not sure, since I haven't been around any in a while, but I'm pretty sure I have gotten over it, and/or currently getting over it.

I might have more in the morning, but for now, that's it....go on, do it, laugh at me. Dx I know you want to.

My biggest fears?

Being in a small place. Reason being is I was locked in the bathroom when the lights went out. I freakin flipped out D: I kicked a hole through the wooden door...

Anything getting near my face. Reason is I'm not sure but anything gets near it (Other than food and drinks) it starts to tingle. No clue why. o-o

Moderators on the interwebs (No offence) I've had very bad experiances with some which leaves me completely silent if I'm on a chat site. The ones here are nice though :3

And my dad when he's angry. I feel like he's gonna come at me with a knife and stab me

Don't use them against me.

It would take a whole page to list mine, but here are a few :3

I am deathly afraid of the ocean. Look how deep it is! And sharks....-shudder- I'm not scared of the water, just how deep it is and not being able to see what is under me. If you're way out there...it just goes into darkness. For all I know there could be some giant sea creature scientists haven't discovered yet watching me.... x3

I hate being in the spotlight. My face gets all red. People stare at me weird.

I hate being locked in tiny rooms. I can handle tiny rooms if I'm not locked in it. Something about it..just not being able to get out scares the crap outa me.

Being killed. Yeah I watch too many CSI's and what not. Don't get me wrong I love the shows but, the ideas the writers come up with! I've seen so many...it just creeps me out. (I also feel terribly bad for the poor people on the shows.)

And robots. If anyone has EVER seen I, Robot, you will know what I mean. If you haven't, look it up. (If you're not scared of robots x3)

crowds

hieghts
being judged
presenting in front of a class

i love bugs, spiders overall, are my fave don't know why people are scared they are so cool

 welcome back to life forgotten thread :)
I actually have 5 strong fears
1. catching an incurable disease (severe cancer, polio, HIV etc)
2. graduating from highschool at age 20 (I failed 3rd grade due to my poor english and I had to retake it)
3. not being able to financially support myself or my future significant other
4. my parents finding out I'm a lesbian O.o
5. falling off a boat in the middle of the ocean
