Title: Can't log in?

I can't log in to my recently created account to play FH (this one).

I've tried:
Changing my account name
Changing my password
Adding the new patch
+ I have the play tab open while the desktop app is open.

When adding the new patch into the C: folder I'm told it can only be run/used with administrator permission, and when I try to do that nothing happens.

If there's anything I'm missing or info anyone could provide, please help me out! I appreciate it very much.

I was able to log in now by reinstalling the game, I apologize for any inconvenience! The one thing I didn't try! :^P
