I know this might be the wrong section to put this, but is there an FAQ on how to exactly Download them ?

FH has no Meshes to download.
You can only get Meshes from other Users, and those can explain you what to do with their Meshes.

Lmfao well yea thats what I meant.  Downloading ones that others have made, like you have you shop you know?  
I just don't want to have to depend on 'READ ME' C:
