Ive downloaded it it worked a few times but now its not working

  You probably have yet to install the patch itself. The downloaded file is an executable, like the game itself, and needs to be run to work. You also have to make sure that you install it to the exact same place that FeralHeart is installed, so it can overwrite the neccesary FeralHeart files. Also, make sure that you close all FeralHeart windows, or an error message will come up while you are installing the Patch and it won't work.

Also, There is a brand new patch out, in case you actually have an older version and need to update. The new update changes it to version 1.9
