Failed to Connect to front server

I recently redownloaded the game, I put the new markings and Items in the game, Downloaded PReset sync aswell, granted at first I forgot my password before figuring it out again, so I figured I triggered the whole wait 30 mins so I waited but I just tried again and its still saying failed to connect to front server (I also brought my old presets back but I can see them perfectly fine in creative den.)

I have gone a few of the help topics that seemed similar to mine and none of it helped so far, Helping me out will be greatly appreciated.

The preset sync doesn't work with the new update. Not sure if this could have anything to do with your login issues but it wouldn't hurt to delete it. As far as I know, the sync won't be in use anymore, there will be another method in the future.

Have you checked these things?:

1. Wrong username or Password?
2. Do you have the most recent patch?
3. Check so there's no security software blocking the game.
4. Make sure that you've a solid internet connection.
5. Be sure you have the log-in page open and running in the background.
6. Are you even connected to the internet right now?
7. Are you running any downloading/streaming programs?
8. Are there any other computers/devices using the same internet?
9. Are you currently using a wireless connection, if so, are you getting good signal?

1. I used the same log in, as I did to get into the site so it should be fine.
2. Yes.
3. I will double check this.
4. Its very solid, Im using my Mobile Hotspot, And my partner has the same issue and his using his home wifi.
5. Did that from the start.
6. Yes
7. I might have been, I'll try again in a second.
8. Other than my phone, No.

There’s a chance your IP isn’t matching up, so I’d also suggest checking that out >here<

If it’s a proxy that’s preventing you from connecting,
“ you can turn them off by going into your internet or computer settings. Oftentimes a proxy is in the form of a private browsing session-- make sure you turn this off and are not using one while you open the page. ”

Also since you’re using wireless connection, try and put the device closer to the modem. And turn off any other devices that might be using the same Wifi

I'd also recommend that you change up your rendering subsystem!
