Title: cannot connect to front server

hey everyone, I'm brand new to the game and just joined. since I was unable to get into the game from my web browser, I downloaded the game twice. both times it has told me it cannot connect to the front server, despite carefully entering and I even changed my password multiple times. I've been waiting for a few years to play this game and now that I finally can, I would love to have help asap.

Hoi there!

As @D-ead7Dog said previously, you have to keep the login page open while you play the game!
You have to keep BOTH login page and the actual game open!
