Dog Park rules
-Keep your dog under control.
-Keep you dog leashed if you do not trust him.
-If you see your dog 'bullying' another dog please leash him and remove him from the park.
-Be kind to other people's dogs.
-No abusing your dog or any other dogs in the park.
-No fighting with other people in the park.

Rules

Alpha Dogs: The Leaders of the park, they usually sit on the biggest rock in the park and talk to the popular pooches and the pedigrees.
Popular Pooches: Always seen gossiping to each other and sit near the alphas.
Pedigrees: The purebreds with all the papers, they always think they are better than the ones lower then them.(If you are purebred you don't have to have this role.)
Stuck-ups: These dogs think they are better and more smarter then any dog in the park, even though neither of those traits are true.
Agility Geeks: Always seen in the agility course or running with their owner, they almost never sit down to take a break.
Adrenaline Junkies: These dogs are always seen doing something 'crazy' or 'wild' just so they can feel 'The Rush'.
The Geeks: These dogs have to be the smartest of them all, they are always taking anything you say to them logically. Some others find it hard to talk to them but others find it fairly easy and don't mind their Einstein like brain.
The Outcasts: These dogs don't seem to fit into any of the roles the alpha has created, they usually will hangout with any of the lower ranked dogs in the park.
The New Kid: These are the new dogs to the park that have yet to find the rightful role that fits them.

Scents of trees and pines greeted the dog's nose as he approached the park. His tail stub wagged endlessly as his owner unhitched his collar, setting him free at last. This was a new dog park, and the only thing on the young doberman's mind was joy and excitement. As fast as his legs could carry him, be bolted into the field running in circles until he came to a stop and slight pant. Dark amber eyes peered into the distance where his master now sat on a bench staring into some object that Boyd could not quite understand what it's purpose was. Every now and than it would beep or ring, causing him to jump in alarm. Turning his head, his gaze came intact with a shady spot not fa off into the distance. Regaining his stamina, he hobbled over to the patch of grass and laid in it's green bristles. A large sigh escaped his mouth before he raised his muzzle high staring at the mass of trees and branches above him. The chittering of squirrels told him he wasn't alone as he tried to focus on where the furry creature was located. With no luck, the doberman placed his head between his paws in defeat and waited for other dogs to arrive at the park.

Laika
Laika walked down the empty sidewalk with Derek in tow "Slow down girl." she perked her ears and looked up at him "Hurry up Derek!" she barked "Okay were almost there!" she was excited for the new dog park the recently opened and could barely wait to sniff around and meet new dogs, most importantly the new agility course. In the distance she could see the front gates which made her tail wag excitedly, as she was looking at the gates she saw Derek run past here "Come one Laika!" he laughed "Not today." she smirked as she darted past him, her claws clicking against the cement as she nearly slammed her head into the gate, skidding to a stop she waited for Derek to open the gate. "Okay ready?" she jumped up "Yeah!" as if he could understand her he opened the gates and let her into the open field, she charged forward and ran around the field before finally slowing down and sniffing the ground "Seems like not many dogs or people have been here yet." she could smell some scent trails dogs have left but ignored them. She lifted her head and saw the agility course "There it is!" she yipped, she ran over and ran through the poles and over ramps. After running through the course she took the time to sniff the fresh air, she could smell the sweet scent of pine and grass. She trotted away from the course and went to lay under the shade of a large oak, she looked over to see Derek reading a book of some kind. With her ears perked she surveyed the area before laying her head down between her paws.

Sheila
The Akita strutted in front of her owner as they approached the gate. A blur of black raced by her and almost slammed into the gate. Sheila had a look of disgust on her face, "Uck, the manners of the dogs these days." A similar sound came from Kylie. Kylie reached toward the gate and opened it delicately before being led in by Sheila. The Akita sat down impatiently as Kylie reached down and unclipped her leash. "So slow." She scoffed and trotted away. In the corner of her eye she say the same dog that almost ran into the gate take off to the Agility Course. Not so far away a black shape lay in the grass. Sheila sniffed but didn't smell anything as the wind was blowing her scent to him, instead of the other way around. Muttering something under her breath the pedigree padded over. She looked him over and sniffed once again. The scent wasn't quite familar with her but she reconized his breed to be a Doberman. Sheila burst out a with a bubbly, "Hello! I haven't seen you in the park before." The Akita hoped that he was like her, and not like the other.... less sophisticated dogs.

Captain
Captain trotted into the park, his tail high in a alpha position. 'Alright Captain here we are.' His owner said as he took off the leash. Captain gave a grunt and trotted off towards the park center, his hazel eyes watching the dogs already in the park. Captain noticed that Sheila was talking with anouther dog "What's this?" Captain asked him-self starting to trot over towards them. "Greetings Sheila and-" he stopped and looked at the dog "What is your name?" he asked the doberman, Captain could tell that this dog was new but also a pure-breed and not some mutt.

Jamie whined as she watched from the bushes as more and more dogs entered with their owners. Jamie watched also as some dogs went around and played, Jay wait for an opening or break from people comming in. When no one came in Jamie bolted into the park heading near the agility course utill she stopped. Panting Jamie looked around and gave her tail a wag as she slowly trotted near the agility course and sat down, watching the dogs run around and do all sorts of things.

Personality: Bullet is just your typical fun-loving, adventurous hound. He'll never back down from a good adventure and tends to risk friendships for the fun of it. He's really fun to be with and he'll try his best to make a sad canine's frown turn upside down. Bullet's always trying to make new acquaintances but sometimes likes to just be alone and spend time with just himself. He's not really into the love business but is mostly found saying compliments to the girls. But there would always be that opposite side to these kind of beings, especially with Bullet. For one, he's a bit of the over-protective kind, having been trained to defend livestock ever since he was five months. Also, Bullet doesn't like to be taunted and insulted and so can easily get angered, leading to fights with brutes and sometimes with those bratty kids.
History: Bullet was born in the Autumn season in England, both his mother and father purebred Labrador dogs. He had two older siblings, one boy and one girl. But soon after they were weened , they got separated from each other. His parents got too old and they had to be put down and his brother and sister was taken to the pound after they tried to escape from there home with no ID tags. Bullet was left alone, until he was found by a kind family that was moving to America. They took care of him and let him explore.

The sound of paw steps brought Boyd back to the present as he lazily lifted his head from his paws. A well-groomed Akita continued to make her way to him and soon broke out into a friendly hello. Boyd's ears twitched in interest as he studied the dog. "Greetings", he spoke softly, dipping his head as he did so. The warm breeze caressed his smooth fur as he closed his eyes to enjoy its touch. Licking his nose, he scented another male heading their way, only more dominant than the others he had scented upon entering. Must be the alpha. Turning his hazy gaze over to what appeared to be a large german shepherd he watched him carefully keeping his guard up. Twitching his ears he watched the two dogs before him exchange greetings before the alpha questioned him further. "I am called Boyd." He words trailed off near the end as his attention was now focused on a small brown dog who had darted away, smelling of fear and discomfort. Narrowing his eyes he let his gaze drop before turning back to the shepherd and akita.

Laika
Laika perked her ears at the two new dogs an Akita and a German Shepherd, there was something about them she didn't like. she watched the way the Shepherd walked into the park, his tail raised and her head held high "Must be the 'alpha'." she spat out "He isn't an alpha he is just a jerk that likes to boss others around." she huffed, then she moved her gaze over to the Akita, the way she strutted like she was better then the rest of the dogs here "A pedigree." she huffed. She looked away and sat up, she could smell another scent that didn't smell like the others, it was a 'dirty' smell, she glanced around and could see a light brown dog hiding in the bushes, she watched for a moment and saw as the dog dashed through the park and into the agility course. Laika stood up and shook some leaves from her pelt ad followed the dog "Hello?" she called "Are you okay? the dog smelled very dirty and she could sense some sadness and loneliness in her, Is she a stray?, she thought to herself as she sat next to her "I'm Laika." she smiled.

Jamie quickly looked over towards a voice with surprise. "M-Me?!" she said jumping up. Jamie looked at the black shepherd. "I-I'm Jamie..." she said pinning her ears back in submission. "Are you an agility dog?" Jamie asked Laika. "I am sorta new here, I've been in the town for a while but I never came to the park..." Jay said as she sat back down.

Sheila smiled a very convincing fake grin at Boyd. Her insides were churning and she felt like vomiting from all this niceness. "Well I'm Sheila and this," The Akita paused to nod at Captain. "Is Captain." A cough slipped out of her muzzle as she tried not to gag. Another fake smile appeared on her muzzle. "I hope you've been having a lovely day at the park." Sheila woofed. I only have to play this act until Captain rejects him to be a high rank. She kept promiseing herself. "I would love to take you on a tour of the park."Sheila said, once again with a fake smile. I hope he says no. All this niceness was making her sick. Anymore and she'd definately barf. Her tail wagged awkwardly as she awaited the answer.

History: Lilly was brought up in a fairly big home, with 3 huskys. She also had been bred in a straight line of Husky's, like almost she is the 20th generation! She got sold when she was 9 weeks old to a kind owner, who kind of jumpy and nervous.
Crush: Captain! But she knows she can't be, because 1st her owner wouldn't let her, and 2nd she will never ever ask anyone to go out with her! Shes to shy!

Bullet
The young labrador streatched in his sleep as the early morning rays shone through the window pannel to beam on him. The day was looking to be quite good, and the great thing about mornings for young Bullet was that there was always something tasty left in his feeding bowl from the night before.
Peeling open a sleep crusted eye, Bullet's tounge streached as he yawned, ending in a small squeek and he bit down accidently on his tounge. He rolled off his side from which he had slept on all night, and getting up was very painful because lots off pressure had been put onto one place, and the dinky little dog bed he had in the living room did not help with the soothing at all.
Shaking his thick coat of blonde fur, Bullet walked for a while, heading for the kitchen in search of leftovers, his nails clicking on the laminet flooring as he went. Reaching the sun filled room, he bent his head down over the bowl to eat, but there were only a few scraps of raw meat left here and there, but all the same, he devoured them. Looking up, he licked his maw happily whilst looking around at the cupboards, cupboards most likely filled with food. He bounced towards them, looking up at how high they were, and no normal dog would have attempted this, but Bullet was not normal, in the head. He raised his front paws and placed them on the granite counter, shuffling along to a breakfast stool and bounding his hind legs upon the comfy seating. The lab swiveled for a while, as the chair could spin, and Bullet got highly sick at this. He closed his eyes and reached out to the counter top, stopping hemself but knocking over the chair with a loud clang. He manged to climb on the counter before he could fall aswell. His nose worked around a large silver cupboard knob as he tried to prise it open. He was quite succsesful at opening it, but the clang of the chair could not have gone unoticed. A young girl by the name of Dora had ran to the kitchen with a teddy bear in a tight hug to see Bullet, greedily munching away at some cereal. Bullet turned his glowing blonde face to Dora and wagged his tail under his legs, ashamed of what he had done to wake up his little girl. Please don't tell dad-- He thought, but the father quickly looked into the kitchen with a threatening look in his eyes. He walked upto Bullet, who cowerd, and grabbed him by the scruff of his neck, (since at night they took his collar off) and pulled him down. The young dog quickly obayed to avoid any pain and followed the tugging of his neck fur to the garden. He was thrown outside and Dora quickly followed, throwing her arms around the Labrador and crying. 'Why do you have to be so mean, Daddy?!' She yelled, hugging Bullet around the neck. Her father did not reply but went through to the kitchen to clean the mess up. Dora's mother sighed and looked through the window at the pair. Bullet whined and hung his head over Dora's shoulder in misery as the mother came out bering his worn collar. 'Honey, Daddy wants little Bully (Bullet's family nickname) to grow up a good dog. I know this is the wrong way but Daddy gets frustrated sometimes.' She said soothingly to Dora, clipping on the leather collar. 'It's best if we take him out of Daddys way for now, to the park maybe?' She asked, going over to the thrown teddy bear and whiping off some blades of grass and settling down besides her daughter. Dora sniffled a 'Okay' whilst her mother directed her to get dressed for school, and Dora took Bullet inside and clipped him upto his leash and upstairs to her bedroom to change for school.
Dora was only six years and she could get very emotional, and Bullet felt more for her rather than himself. Bullet mother (He calls the girls parents his own mother and father) was fully dressed and ready to go out. His father seemed to have left for work in a storm, because his work car was not there, but the more stylish Jaguar was left for house wife mom so she could drive to the places she wants. She unlocked the car and opend up the boot, and which Bullet shot into it and barked enthusiasticly as he was tied to a built in pole for dog leashes. The boot closed and his mother went back inside to collect Dora's school books and bag, aswell as Dora herself.
Once all in the car, the engin rose and they were off on the road, Bullet watching out of the back window at the trees, school children pointing and waving at him and other people in there cars getting distracted by his barking. The young male waved his tail back and forth as they were directed past the turning to the dog park and a half a mile away to the childrens school.
Dora got out and so did mother. Dora waved to Bullet and enterd the school with her mom to be checked on the register as attended. The mom came out of the school gates and got back into the car, drove off the car park and towards the dog park.
It was now around nine O'clock as the arrived the the park. The car died down with the roars and his mistress got out, closed the door behind her, opend up the boot, untied bullet, locked the car and they enterd the park together. Bullet wagged his tail as the park had only a few dogs, and he preferd his this way rather than being packed.
His mother walked him around a spot of the tree's as he sniffed it, the Alpha's scent spread clearly on most the tree's to tell him it was his park. He can't have all the tree's! He barked softly, so he cocked his leg and urinated over the Alpha's scent. He was then let off the leash and his mother had exit the park, but not got into the car. She walked around the corner directing to a coffee shop were Bullet presumed she would go. Heaving out his chest, he trotted forwards towards a dry patch of grass under a large oak and layed down on his belly, searching his eyes around the Alpha's park.

Captain
Captain looked at the two and saw the unease in Sheila as she played nice to Boyd. "Well have a nice time at the park." Captain said to Boyd as he nodded to Sheila and started to leave. Trotting off with his head and tail high in the air. "I wonder what rank he can be..." Captain said to him-self as her was out of their earshot.
Slowly Captain slowed and smelled some trees here and there. One had a diffrent scent which made a growl go though him. But Captain just shook it off and covered the new scent with his. "Too much trouble to go and find the dog." Captain said as he trotted back off.
'Captain! Here boy!' his owner yelled across the park, waving Captain over to him. The german shepherd gave a scowl and ran over towards his owner giving him friendly barks. "What now Jeff?" Captain said aloud, but only sounded like a bark to the humans. 'I snagged you some hot dog, just off the grill. Here boy.' Jeff said as he set the plate with the hot dog meat down. "Better than dog food." Captain said to him-self as he wolfed down the hot dog, liking the plate clean of all possible meat.

Lilly
The Alaskan Husky looked up at her owner, her tail flipping from side to side. She started to trot on ahead lifting her head high to get the new scents of the dogs... She was now near the park.. She heaved on her lead making her owner start to run "Lilly..." She nervously said.
Lilly gave a short snort of cheekiness and carried on barking, she loved the park.. But she wondered if there were any other Popular Pooches, there weren't normally any. She entered the dog park gates looking back at her owner who was struggling to keep up with her.
Amelia clipped Lilly's lead off and she ran free her tail flipping happily from side to side. She looked at Sheila, and a new dog.. She wondered to herself 'what was that about?' She was being nice... Pretty rare for her. (Im guessing...) She shook her red and white pelt and fluffed her fur, looking about wondering what to gossip about!

Boyd dipped his head in greeting to the two dogs, leaning on his haunches. His ears began to twitch with uneasiness at the sound of Sheila's gag. Two can play this game. He told himself as he sensed the fake happiness in her voice. Maybe if she turned out to be different from what he observed, he could allow the matter to slide. "Pleasure to meet you," he barked miking Sheila's tone. "Why, sure. I don't see any harm in doing so," He replied to the Akita's proposal for a tour. He wondered what was doing to make her uneasy about him, and he wanted to find out.

Laika
"M-Me?!" she watched the dog jump out of her fur "Yes you." she nodded with a smile "I-I'm Jamie.." Laika watched as the dog layed her ears submissively, Why is she acting like that?, "Are you an agility dog?" Laika perked her soft black ears "Yeah, I love spending my time with Derek here." she nodded her head over to Derek who was reading something on the park bench. "He is a good guy, maybe you can meet him sometime." she wagged her tail excitedly, this was her first 'friend' ever since she moved a while back. She looked over at the 'alpha' and saw him running up to his owner and wolfing down a hot dog. "I am sorta new here, I've been in the town for a while but I never came to the park..." Laika looked back at Jamie "Well let me tell you about the dogs here." she looked over at Captain "See him? The German Shepherd? Well he thinks he runs the park but in reality he doesn't. He just bosses the other dogs around and sometimes they obey, so he thinks he has the power here." she looked over at Sheila "And her, the Akita. She is one of the pedigrees, they basically are primped and pampered dogs that don't like getting their paws dirty." then she motioned her snout to the red Husky "That's Lilly, she is one of the popular pooches, they basically sit around and gossip to people who could care less." then she turned her head to the Doberman, she tilted her head "I haven't really seen him before, so I can't tell you much about him." she looked at Jamie then spun her head around as Derek called her over "Want to come?" she asked wagging her tail as she stood up ad began walking towards her owner.

Jamie looked at Laika and sent her ears back against her skull "O-Ok..." Jamie said with a shutter. Would Laika's owner know she was a stray? Would they shoo her off like the other people? Jamie didn't know. "Wait up!" Jamie barked as she trotted up towards Laika, stopping a bit behind her, letting it so Laika could lead them towards her owner. A uncomfurible feeling rised in Jamie's stomach, hopefully she would be shooed from the park...

Lilly carefully watched Laika with the new dog, she tilted her head slightly to the left wondering who this stranger was. She decided to go find out. She trotted to the midnight black dog and slowly asked her, whispering so Jamie couldn't hear "Who is this?" She pointed to Jamie with her beautifully white muzzle.

Sheila
Sheila's ear twitched slightly as she recognized her tone. Hmm, hes... different than the rest. A slight suttle grin broke out across her muzzle. The Akita shook her head to try and clear it. "I see, well lets begin" Sheila woofed before trotting to the agility course without looking back. Her eyes landed on the three dogs. Sheila shook her head again. Something isn't right, I feel... Just plain strangeShe felt something in her chest, something she had never felt before. "Well this is the agility course!" The Akita burst out, trying out a fake smile. Although it just didn't fit quite right on her muzzle and looked rather strange. She quickly stopped the smile and glanced around.

Laika trotted over to Derek and licked his hand before turning to Jamie and letting out a loud bark "Who is this?" he asked with a smile on his face as she reached his soft hand out to Jamie "Aren't you a good girl." she smiled. He turned to Laika and began to rub her head "I just got a call Laika, we need to go in." Laika let out a long whine before turning back to Jamie "I got to go." her ears perked back up when she saw sheila showing the new dog around, "Well ain't that something." she laughed to herself. "You can come if you want." her tail began to wag vigorously "I'm sure Derek won't mind." she looked up at Derek with her tail wagging. "Okay Laika, we got to go." he clipped on her leas and led her to the main gate, she turned to Jamie and waited to see if she was coming.
