Strays of New York have come together, to create a Stray Pack, they have called it 'The City Pack.' They trust each other to look after each other, and hunt. The pound is lurking about, looking for the reported sights of the pack, but no luck so far. The pack fend for each other, in best and worse they stick with each other. Its a hard life in New York, but nothing can separate these trusting members of 'The City Pack.'

Plot.
Food is scarce as it is winter, and dogs are getting cold. Just as bad as it is, a rival pack have moved in close to 'The City Pack's' Territory, and the rivals are planning for a attack to take the territory... And worse of all, the pound has came to destroy the dogs, as they can not be catched... Life is hard....

Age: Quite.. Rude.. He has just turned 3 Years old, and has many years ahead of him.
Personality:
Samuel/Sam is a very relaxed, and will not react greatly when some one says something mean to him, or snaps at his face. Many people like him for his 'Relaxed' trait. At times, when you get on his bad side, he can turn very aggressive in a matter of seconds, especially when he's tired! He is rather friendly, and likes to meet new dogs. When you are his enemy, you are HIS ENEMY! He will not tolerate, and just go mental at them in fight, in talk he is more relaxed. He is a bit over-protective over his pack, and lets no one go out alone, unless they sneak out!

Yellow light skimmed across New York City, but didn't touch the alley way where the pack were resting. The sun touched the edge of the alley way, but couldn't go any further, as the shadows of the towered over the alley. At 6:10, orange eyelids fluttered open to show chocolate brown eyes. The Novia Duck Tolling Retriever was in a solid, silver bin, along side with his mate, Sophie. Samuel, or Sam as he is preferred to be called, made his way out of the metal den.
He sat at the edge of the alley way, and enjoyed the sun that soaked on his pelt. Less people walked on the streets, and the ones who did barely noticed the Retriever. He shook his surprisingly shiny for a stray, pelt, and watched the clouds float above. The wind blew at his golden pelt, and he felt his whole body shrivel up in a deep, long shiver. His belly rumbled, and he quickly trotted to Strong's and Lexie's bin dens. The pairs bins were right next to each other, as they were both hunters. "Lexie?" He barked, to the Labrador Cross, then barked, "Strong?" He let would let them wake up before he would carry on.
Whats the best place to hunt? The male thought to himself, still waiting for any signs of waking up from the pair. The park? Maybe the hot dog stand, he usually gives us a snack or two.. Sam thought, his chocolate, teddy eyes blinking thoughtlessly.

Strong
Strong body quiver as he heard his name called. The young male husky woke up and begin blinking his eye, ready for the morning start. Strong begin stretching until he heard his board..meaning it was good to go start the day. Until suddenly, a crack randomly appeared. Strong yawned and straighten up. Then answered Sam's bark. "Yes sir?" he answered with a respected tone. "Another day for hunting" he asked,as he walked out the den, walking towards Sam--Whom was thinking of a good hunting place-- "Thought of something yet for me and Lexie to start the day?" he asked with a grin of his face. Strong was always happy to serve his Alpha.
Minutes later, Strong throat was acting up..or started acting up every morning. Strong turned to Sam and told he would be right back. The young husky traveled to the pond and began taking sips of the fresh,clear,and cool water. Seconds later, Strong was feeling back and ran back to the alpha, seeing if he made his decision yet on where to hunt. When he finally reached, he saw he didn't decided yet, so Strong slightly nodded and sat besides him. (Is this short?)

Lexie stirred in her sleep as she heard a trash can bang, the sound of cars beeping could be heard from her trash can den as the smell of petrol was quite strong. The sound of humans voices could be heard the alley was cool as the suns rays didnt shine into the alley as she let out a shiver as she turned over in her sleep. Her tail wagging side tapping off the sides of the can.
She heard the Alphas bark then followed by "Lexie?" and "Strong?" as her eyes shot open, her eyes still slightly shut with sleep as she shook her head and crawled from her tin den. She lowered her front end the the floor as she stretched her work of muscle showing as she let out a yawn, her jaw flexing as her sharp, pearl white teeth showing as her jaw clamped together as she shook her pelt.
She urged forward a bit further away from her den as she spotted the alpha "Yeah Sam?" she replied with a smile to her face her curled over tail wagging as her brown eyes glittered in the day light her black eye lids fluttered as she waited for a reply from her alpha and as she waited for Strong the crawl from his tin den.

Wind chorused with the snow, battering the shallow alley way, full with dogs. Most dogs bone's were sticking from there bodies, and they were all shivering deeply, well except for Strong and Lexie, they both were made to survive the cold. Sophie's pups were lying on the floor, there skinny tummies not moving either up, or down. Panic flooded through the Labrador's body, and she looked towards Sam. He was lying on the floor, his eyes wide open, but with no expression. His tummy was lying flat, not moving. "Sam?" Sophie whined, her eyes filling up with tears. "SAM! Wake up!" She cried, tears streaming down her yellow face. [/i]
Sophie's eyes jolted open, and her breaths were heavy and deep. Her eyes were full with liquid, and her tongue lolled out of her mouth. Sophie sighed, and relaxed her head on the cold bin. The den felt rather warm, as it was facing the opposite way of the flighting wind.
About a couple of minutes later, Sophie stumbled out of the den. She was due to give birth today, and she was kind of worried for her pups to be born in the winter weather. Sophie saw Sam organizing a hunting patrol, and sighed, she wished Sam would stay with her the whole day, supporting her. She stumbled back in her den, and lay down. She wanted to cry, as pregnancy made her quite emotional these days. She closed her eyes, but forced them open.

Lexie sat infront of the alpha the winds cold breeze blowing through her fur as she sat motionless waiting for his orders on where they were to go to hunt, her tail continuously waging across the ground as she looked at Strong giving him a smile then looked back at the alpha. She heard Sophie come out of her den as she looked across her shoulder giving her a smile she the returned to her den Lexies focus went back onto the alpha.
The sound of a large beep was heard from the entrance to the alley as her head sharply turned as she spotted a few cars 'Looks like traffic' she though to herself as she yet again turned back the the alpha. Beeps were sounding off left, right and center as she tried not to loose focus the sound of the humans voices still heard as she let out another yawn.

"Yes, hunting," Sam barked to the Siberian Husky. Then he watched him race of, probably because of his throat problem thing. His sandy pelt swished in the wind, as he looked at the Akita. He saw she was just waking up, and he gave a short smile. Patiently, he waited for Lexie fully wake up. "Yeah Sam?" The dog finally barked.
He waited a minute or two, to figure out where they were hunting, then finally spoke, "I was thinking me, you and Strong could go get some food at the Stand, then go to the park for some food." He sat down, and his tail brushed on the concrete floor. When they were both up and ready, Sam went to the edge of the kerb, and waited for them to follow.
People looked at him with disgusted looks. He just looked at them, not caring what those lousy creatures thinks. Sam waited patiently, as he started to remember where the Hot Dog Stand was.

Lexies tail wagged even quicker at this point as she sat listening to the alpha "I was thinking me, you and Strong could go get some food at the Stand, then go to the park for some food." her tail wagging again "Sure, i would love to go on a hunt!" the she dog replied as her ears flicked as Sam got up and walked out the alley to the kerb.
She lifted to her paws she she shook her pelt as she began to pad out from the alley towards Sam as she kept looking back towads strong, a human walked past her and mumbled something whilst giving her a horrid look as she let out a snarl whilst walking past the human. The woman let out a sort of shriek and hurried along as she snapped her jaws shut as she stood beside Sam.

Strong body quiver as he heard people passing by, giving them disgusting looks. Strong began growling under his breathe, then glance over Lexie and smiled a bit. Then exchange glance over Sam and nodded. "Come on,Lexie..Sam gotta watch over Sophie and also the unsuspecting the pups, so he gotta stay" he chuckled "Come on!" he added with a joyfully and began leading the way.
Minutes Later, they reached to the Hot Dog stand. Strong mouth began watering with hungry,but there's was one problem. How was they going to the hot dogs without being spotted? This made Strong frowned, but suddenly a idea popped up. "I've got it" he barked. The young male smiled with a sneaky smirk and began barking for the man's attention. The Hot Dog man starred at the dog and began shoo with the newspaper. "Shoo,dog,shoo!" he said in a angry tone. Strong ignore and barked happily. "Come here,you mutt." he snarled and still continued barking. The man became ignored and follow the dog. "What is it?" Strong smirked and jumped on the man and began licking his face. Then began barking for Lexie..trying to get the hot dogs while he's distracting the man. "Hurry!" he added,still licking the man's face.

Lexie followed strong across the road as she looked back at Sam "Come on,Lexie..Sam gotta watch over Sophie and also the unsuspecting the pups, so he gotta stay" as she shrugged then looking at strong as he said this "Oh, okay" she said with a bark as she jumped next to Strong as they headed to the Hot dog stand.
Lexie waited for Strong to think of an idea as she sat looking at the brute her tail wagging side to side her head slightly tilted as she looked back and forth from the human to Stong. "I've got it" she jumped at the males quick remark with his idea as she looked at him "What!?" she barked with excitement as she waited for his reply. She watched as Strong began to bark at the human as he looked at him and began to follow the brute "Come here,you mutt." as Strong continuously barked at the human as he followed him again What is it?" Strong jumped onto the human and began to lick his face as she jumped to her paws "Hurry!".
"Got it!" she replied with a bark as she ran up to the hot dog stand standing on her hind legs as she began to sniff around for the hot dogs, she came across them and snatched up a few as she jumped down hitting the floor with a thud the stand shuck a bit "Come on Strong!" she barked to the brute as she slightly ran forward hiding the hot dogs from the human as she waited by a large pond her tail wagging slightly.

Strong
Strong raised his head as he saw Lexie with a few of hot dogs. He nodded and quickly jumped of the man and also went to get a few more, just in case. The hot man saw the two dogs with his hot dogs, he struggle to get up,but he was so fat. So he decided to scream."Ahh! You crazy Mutts bring back my Hot Dogs!" he demanded, trying to get up. Strong just chuckle and quickly lead the way back to the camp. "Nice job" he complimented {Did i spelt that right?) while walking besides her side.
Finally, the two of them reached to Sam with few of hots for all of them. "Sam! We did it!" he barked cheerfully, gently setting down the hot dogs on the floor, waiting for the Alpha to take some. Strong stomach begin to growled.

Lexie turned to see strong jump of the large human then collecting more hot dogs as she dropped hers to the ground waiting for him, letting out a giggle as she watched the human try to get up. Many humans walked past her giving her more horrid looks as she began to grow tired of humans keep hating the strays getting annoyed she let out a snarl, she knew she shouldnt but she couldnt help up.
Her head then sharply turned to the pond where a few ducks and swans swam around making quacking noises as she let out a growl then turning her attention to the human who began to shout "Ahh! You crazy Mutts bring back my Hot Dogs!" letting out a snarl as she didnt like being referred to as a 'Mutt' then stopping as the large brute stood infront of her.
Strong then said "Nice job!" Lexie give Strong a smile as she looked at him "Hehe thanks, you to!" she barked as a reply as she picked her hot dogs up as they began to walk back to the camp smiling as she realized Strong was beside her, her tail wagging continuously at the speed of lightning, her heart pounding with happiness.
[They turned down the street that was outside the alley as many cars and humans passed, turning around the corner to the alley they came to their camp where Sam and the rest of the pack lay "Sam! We did it!" Strong barked to Sam as he gently placed his hot dogs down. Lexie walked next to strong then placing her hot dogs on the floor as she lifted back up. She backed away from the food letting the pack eat before she did as she sat ontop of a dumpster her stomach growled as her tongue hung from her muzzle.

Strong
Strong began panting as he saw the hot dogs wanted to him to get closer. It was like the hot dogs was to him. Strong rolled his tounge back in his mouth and turned to Sam. "I'm getting to hungry..I'm going to be in the Hunter's den when this is over" he said, as another growl cam from his stomach. Then when he was turning his back,Strong saw Lexie was also drooling. He started to chuckled and smile. "I understand" he mumble and walked away. -Super short-

Lexie lay in the den as many cars began to beep from outside the alley as their tires screeched along the tarmac road as she got a strong smell of petrol. There was a continuous sound of chatter coming from the humans along with shouting and babies/children crying as she rolled her eyes turning her head the the entrance of the alley, then turning her head back to the back.
A gust of wind blew through the alley as it drifted the smell of the hot dogs to Lexies muzzle, her mouth began to water as her stomach growled even louder her tail thumping against the wall of the den. She perked her ears as Strong said "I'm getting to hungry..I'm going to be in the Hunter's den when this is over" she turned her head as she watched him heading towards the den as she gave him a smile, then her tongue stuck of her mouth again, she then began to drool.
She heard Strong let out a chuckle as he looked over then gave the she dog a smile as she returned one back the large brute then went on to say "I understand" her tongue slipped back into her mouth as she replied "Guess hungers taking over us" as she chuckled then going on "Well i guess we will be able to eat soon, i mean...they wont take that long" her head slightly tilted as her tongue stuck out once again.

Sam shrugged, when the two went off with out him. More time to spend with Sophie! His claws tapped on the solid ground, as he went over to the bin. "Hey Sophie," He smiled, his golden tail wagging softly. "How are you?" He asked, wondering if anything had happened while he was gone. He wondered if the pups would come soon, and shook his fur...
Soon, the two Winter dogs came back, there mouths full with juicy, thick sausages. He licked his lips at the smell, and whispered to the Labrador, "I'll be right back.." He exited the bin, and watch Strong and Lexie put the sausages on the floor. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8! He thought, they had got 8 sausages. The wind started to freeze him again, so he took three sausages, 1 for him and 2 for Sophie. He nodded his head at Strong, as he quickly walked away.. The smell was irresistible!
When he had finished his share, he took the two sausages to Sophie. She needed her strength for the pups! He lay down next to her, and put the sausages down in front of her.

Strong came out the pin (or den). He went back to the area that he settle the sausages. The young male nodded when Sam walked away with a few of the food in his mouth. Strong smiled and two himself and the just for Lexie. Strong quickly ran into the Hunter's Pin and settle in with his sausages and began eating without distribution. Strong was so Devi with sweet scent of Hots Dogs. It's been awhile he had those, but now he's back with them! Slowly as he ate without rushing,so he can be full besides being starved to death.
Minuter later, Strong was finish was one hot dog, and began nipping on the second one, slowly as can be. -Short-

(Sorry) Sky woke after everyone else. She had a big day yesterday she have ever experienced.Sky quickly rose to her paws as a slight yawn came out. "Ooh, what another day" she whispered to herself, crawling out the pin. When she came out the pin, the scent of sausages came through her nose. The she dog body started to quiver and her stomach starting to growl. "Is that sausages" she tilted her head, going closer to the smell of fresh food. When she reached, she saw Lexie there with her tongue lolling out. She smiled,"Morning,Lexie. How are you? Say, may I have one" she smiled, looking at the sausage. Then looked her way to the hunter's pin then back to Lexie. "Is everything okay with you and Strong" she asked, then exchanging glancing at Sam's and Sophie's den. "Hm..I going to check on Sophie" she commented, then left Lexie alone again.
When Sky reached, she barked on the Alpha's entrance, giving respect besides bragging in..And that would be rude. -short-

Sophie lay her head on her paws, and watched her mate lye next to her. "Hey Sophie," He barked, and Sophie lifted her pale head. "Hey Sam," She replied, her tail wagging slightly. "I'm fine, nothing yet..." She felt worried, but excited at the same time. She watched him walk out, and suddenly a lovely, meaty smell filled her nostrils. Yes! Sausages! She thought, her tail whipping faster!
Soon, the Duck Tolling Retriever came back, two hot dogs in his parted jaws. Her eyes followed the hot dogs, as they lay in front of her. She looked at Sam with a smiley look, and she then looked at her Hot Dogs. She parted her jaws, and started to snack on the juicy meat. When she finished one hot dog, she licked her lips, and started on the other one.
After the hot dog, she looked at Sam with a adoring look. "Thanks Sam," She put her head on her paws again...

Lexie watched out the den as the pack began to gather their food, her mouth watering as the tasty scent of sausages filled the air. Strong padded out from the den and walked over the sausages bending down and picking a few up, turning he headed back to the den. Lexies tail wagged as her mouth watered even more as a smile grew on her face slightly.
Strong dropped the sausages infront of her as she gave him a smile "Thanks, Strong!" she barked with a smile on her face as he lay on the ground and tucked into the fresh meat as the scent of the hot dogs filled the den.
Her stomach growled once more as she dipped her head down and began to tuck into her hot dog, the sweet taste made her smile 'Its been a while since ive had a hot dog' she thought to herself as she shortly started on her 2nd sausage. -quite short-

Finally finished with his sausages. Strong smiled as he heard Lexie saying 'Thanks Strong'. That made the young husky smiled and nodded. "You're welcome" he smiled at Lexie, then rested his down; taking a short nap for later on. -Super short-

Lexie let out a smile towards strong as he replied with "Your welcome" as she bowed her head to the large male as she got butterflies in her stomach, she left the brute to take a nap as he lowered himself to the ground as she let out a yawn. She decided it was best she also had a nap lifting to her paws she padded deeper into the hunters den as she lowered herself back onto the ground.
Her eyes slowly shut as she began to nap her tail wrapping around her slightly to try and keep her warm, many things were happening outside the alley as her eyes kept twitching. A loud bang sounded as her head shot up 'Must of been a car, or someone shutting a door or something' she thought to herself, then lowering her head back onto her paws the black&white Akita drifted off into a light sleep.

The lab looked at her newborns, her hear softening almost instantly. "Sam," She whispered, facing her Novia Duck Tolling Retriever mate. She rested her head on the bin, her chocolate eyes watching the three. "I've thought of one name," She barked, her tail flicking from side to side. She pushed them closer using her right paw, "Jo-Jo." One pup squeaked, sounding like he liked the named. Her tongue rasped around the tubby body, as the pup crawled to her belly. Then a door slammed. Her eyes rounded up with fear, her heart beating. NO! She thought, The pound. "Sam! The pound!" She whined, and shuffled to the back of the bin, followed by her pups.
