To add to Kedamono's post these files are safe and won't harm your computer, my suggestion/what I did was turned my anti virus off for the duration of the download then turned it back on when it was done.
The most common reason this happens is because many virus can distribute part of their malicious functionality in different DLLs using very popular DLL names, so they can try to evade some anti-virus so your anti-virus is picking up a suspected DLL.
This doesn't mean that the DLLs have viruses, I personally like to think of it as a warning.
