Could someone please convert this custom animations?:(

I feel terrible for asking as a kind user sent me a tutorial, but I admit I am not very smart and it confused me and didn't work so I am clearly doing it wrong...
was wondering if any kind soul here much smarter than me could help?x(

Here's the links, these are the only ones I use. They're labeled by what they are, I did not make any of these. Three I think are by GoldChocobo, one is a canine animation by someone called Undataka or something similar and the other two are just the 2011 ones

Hey Oddone! some seem to be missing. I can't find by name the one by the user with a name that is something like "Undantaka", or GoldChocobo's feline animations. Not sure if they're under another name or not labeled, I don't need the other ones just these specifically...

I cannot download the specific folders from the huge ZIP file I want, I don't know if I am using drop box wrong or not. Can someone just ZIP the ones I need specifically? I can't find the ones I want in that zip folder specifically and I don't want or need to download that huge zip file when I only need about 7, can't find a few I'm looking for either....
Also these appear to be later edits of AquaChocobo's animations, not the ones I want. She had a later version which changed the animations, the ones I have are older.

Can anyone convert the files I linked in sta.sh ? x( if not I'll try it again because I still do not have the animations I want.
