((Ok, so, recently, I've taken part in a human RP. ^.^ /-Town of Mystery-/ by Crystwolf~ in case you're curious and you wanna join, too. It's pretty awesome! Anyway, thanks, Cryst, for unintentional help with an idea.))

You can cuss. I have to admit, I have the habit... It's bad, but... Meh.
You can have many characters that you believe are needed for the RP. Just don't over do it, and try to keep track of them... I'm horrible at reminders.

As the mayor if Korisu City, I am proud to introduce the creation of the SANITY program.
The organization known as SANITY (Sustaining All Neutrality In Tomorrow & Yesterday) is a team of scientists who have achieved the amazing super soldiers.
The soldiers will keep the city crime in check, and will make certain activities safer for our city heroes.
Once anyone heard the news, they were ecstatic. The SANITY project was a beautiful thing, and made life easier.
Wives, husbands, children, friends, family... All were relieved to see that their loved one would be safe.
However, many didn't know that the super soldiers were only teenagers who had been stripped of their SANITY, and their humanity...
Once teenagers began disappearing, and appearing on the front lines to where they could be recognized by people, a buzz began going around town, pissing off the creator of the SANITY project more and more.
When the mayor's own child went missing, she knew something had to be done...
September 6, 2021
As your mayor, I have taken suggestions into consideration, and have decided that something must be done about the SANITY project.
I am afraid that I must send out a call to arms, and beg of you to stand against the soldiers.
Please, Korisu City, I beg of you... Let us right the wrong that this project has caused.
Moments later, during the live broadcast, the mayor was killed.
However, not all hope was lost. To stand against the project, a group was created. It wasn't made of adults, no.
The remaining teens had formed END (Ending Not Determined).
They fought valiantly, sending the project underground...
The victory was grand, but it wasn't without fatalities... Many had been KIA, or mutilated in the crossfire.

It has been ten years since the SANITY project claimed so many lives.
Unfortunately, no one can be replaced.
However, the new generation has arrived.

Description/Picture: Yumi stands at about 5'8. She is normally seen in jeans, a shirt with a band logo on it, and a leather jacket. Her skin is very pale, and her eyes are a glowing red. Her hair long, down to her waist, is neon blue, and her bangs cover her eyes completely.
Personality: Yumi is normally quiet, and always thinks. However, she is very protective and tough. She is also honorable.
Bio: Her parents were killed by the soldiers when she was seven. So, her sensei took her in. Since then, her training has increased, and she is a considerably skilled martial artist. However, she mixed with the wrong crowd, and wound up becoming a mercenary as well.

Description/Picture: Asuka is a tan girl that is about a 5'5. She has long, curly lemon yellow hair that usually has a white bow on the side. She has deep electric blue eyes. Her clothes consist of a white shirt with elbow length sleeves. On the shirt is a design of golden metallic wings. She wears skinny capris and white converse.
Personality: She has a bubbly personality, and usually wears a smile. She looks on the bright side of most things. But when herself, a friend, or family are threatened, she becomes tough and serious.
Bio: Asuka's father, a skilled gunner, had always hoped for a boy. When he ended up with three daughters, he decided to teach them how to shoot anyway. Asuka, the oldest, was the only one that really was interested in learning. Over time, she was very handy with a pistol. Soon, while SANITY was still going on, her father became ill and died. Eventually, the middle daughter, Kazumi, was taken by SANITY. Asuka then bowed to protect her youngest sister Sayuri. With gun in hand, she joined END for that purpose and the avenge all that died before her.

Kohaku has the looks of a boy. Her hair is a straight black and stops at half of her neck, in a boyish hairstyle. Her eyes are a dark violet colour, and she usually wears a long, white jacket over a plain black shirt, as well as black jeans and violet sneakers matching her eyes. Sometimes her dressing habits are just strange. She often brings around or wears a cap on her head as well, black and purple with her own name there. She has a long scar running across her left cheek, as well as a longer, stitched up one running the whole length of her right arm. She has a black band on her wrist, and it holds the sign of a wolf's head. In addition, she carries a hunting dagger around with her.
Personality: Kohaku is a tomboy, and acts more of a male than a female. She adores sports instead of knowledge, and claims that she's the 'best' at Basketball. She's stubborn, yet kind and willing to risk her life for another's. She tends to push herself into trouble quite often as well, and likes to butt into other people's troubles. If she's in the mood. Usually will be unable to keep still and isnt the patient type. She likes to hide her true feelings and replace them with some arrogance. And so far nobody's been able to see through the mask, not even her own family.
Bio: Kohaku was the only child born in the family, and as she grew up she became further and further apart from them. Mostly because of their disputes. Eventually they split up and she ended up having to stay with her father. Turns out that they became thieves, for they were poor. Her father was captured during their daily stealing. (She was only seven that time, so it was counted 'normal' for SANITY to catch him, I guess.) Since then she's been an orphan, living and stealing on her own, and when things started to go downhill, she decided to search for her long lost mother. She traveled far to her mother's home, only to be greeted by the sight of said mother being killed before her eyes. She escaped with just her life again, and returned with nothing more but her broken memories. She never really had a proper life. <3~

Yumi sighed faintly and stretched. Training was rougher than usual this morning. Her shoulders ached, her back hurt, and she was starting to have a migraine. After a hot shower, she got dressed and walked out the door after slipping her steel toed boots on.
As soon as she got to the gates, her phone began to ring. She knew the ringtone well. Once she answered, her quiet demeanor changed to serious. "Yes?"
"You're getting pretty good, mercenary." a voice on the other side could be heard. "I have another assignment for you, sweet heart."
"Where am I going and when, Arbitro?" She said as quietly as possible. Out of her locker fell something that looked like a bamboo blade. She picked it up and placed it back.
"You don't know? I'm very disappointed!"
"Yeah? Well my job isn't really stalking. That your schtick."
"I'll tell you during lunch. Right now, you're supposed to be in school!"
"You're the one who called me..." Before the other person could respond, she hung up and walked to gym, the first class of her day.

Yumi sighed as she got dressed out for gym. Before she could leave, she was stopped by another girl. Almost there...! But, this girl was in the way.
"Well, the freak is here today!" The girl said with a laugh.
Yumi rolled her eyes. "If you don't move, I'll be forced to use my violent streak to my advantage." She pushed the girl out of the way, nearly making her fall on her butt. Then, she walked over to join the class.
The other girl walked over again. "So, what was that call about?" She asked, trying to find a way to get under her skin.
"I highly doubt that's any of your business... Now, if you're done with such ill repute, go somewhere and die... In other words-"
The coach looked at Yumi with a raised eyebrow. "Don't forget, your streak isn't gone yet, Yumi." He said, holding his clipboard close.
Yumi nodded and stood up straight to get stretched and ready for the class to begin.

Yumi blinked. She started walking over to netball, but... The girl from before went to join her friends over there. She knew that they would wind up starting a fight together, and all three of them would wind up with a ball caught in either their eye, or their mouths. She tried not to laugh at the thought as she walked to the basketball courts as well.
"Awe! We scared her off!" The girl screamed across the field.
Yumi allowed a canine-like growl to escape her chest as she turned and began to stride towards her. "If you don't watch it, Princess, I'll-"
The coach held her back once she started the usual growl-and-threat. "I swear... Go play basketball, and stay away from her if she ticks you off so much. No need to settle things here, Yumi. Wait until you're off campus." He practically had to drag her back to the court. "Stay here, please?"
Yumi nodded and sighed.

The coach blinked and looked at Yumi. "You're strong, but short. Point Guard." He said, handing her one with a PG written on it.
She sighed in response and slipped it on over her workout shirt, then got in position. Her job is simple: get the ball to the right people at the right time, and hope that they can catch it.

Yumi sighed faintly as she was passed the ball. She didn't spend much time with it. What she did was a fast pass to Zodiac, hoping that he'd catch it. The other point guard had a hard time following the ball, and nearly tripped.

Tsubaki finally arrived at school. It wasn't normal for her to be late, but she really didn't care at the moment. The purple-haired girl rushed to her locker, collecting a handful of books and then slamming the door closed before rushing to the gym. She blinked when she entered. "Crap, I missed the start of the game," she murmured, hopelessly throwing her books down on the bleachers. She knew that she wouldn't be able to join this late, so she hopped up to the top row, and sat there. She watched the game, becoming more content with watching rather than playing. Besides, she wouldn't want to injure herself playing.

Her eyes opened, revealing beautiful violet irises beneath. The owner of them groaned, before shifting about trying to get up. She cringed when her wounded elbow scraped across the hard concrete of the floor, making her hold back a pathetic whine and instead used her bloodied hands to help push herself up. She grunted, placing a hand on the brick wall beside her to balance her, only to realize a wet liquid running down the side of her face. she raised a hand and touched it, curious eyes staring at the wet blood that stained her once-clean hand. She smirked, stumbling forward - further into the alley. she didnt want anybody to see her in this state. Shaking her head, she made her way down the empty area, having to stop now and then to force the bile back down her throat. She may have gotten sidetracked on her trip to school - gangsters were always very tough. She shrugged to herself, sighing and leaning against the wall when she saw the back entrance of the school, now not very sure on how to deal with this.

A pair of lemon curls bounced down the hall. White converse happily skipped past the students. The electric blue eyes sparkled. Asuka hummed to herself as she skipped to class. She waved at a friend as she approached the door. She opened it and went in, taking a seat next to her friend.

Name: Yoru Shiba
Age: 16 years

Profession, if any: Flourist, Fortune Teller
School, if any: Kisuna
Description/Picture: Yoru is a very particular kinda girl. Her eyes are an emerald green, and her hair is long and black. Compared to Asuka, she is pale. She stands at 5', and weighs at around 120 lbs. ((she's freaking tiny!)) Anyway, she normally wears a royal blue dress with a silver, heart shaped locket around her neck. She wears black Mary-Janes.
Personality: Yoru is a shy girl. She only usually opens up to her friends, or when she's telling fortunes. She is also very curious, and tends to let that get the best of her at times.
Bio: Her mother disappeared when she was born, and her father left her with her grandmother and never came back. So, from her grandmother, she learned of fortune telling. Right now, she is into horoscope guessing.

Yoru was in the middle of reading a book on horoscopes when Asuka walked in. She jumped lightly as her friend plopped down next to her. "There you are!" She said with a smile. "Another prediction was correct, then." She smiled lightly as she spoke quietly. She was figiting with the locket around her neck, and tracing its shape.

Wiping her mouth with the back of her hand, she took in a shuddering breath and attempted to straighten herself up, only to be greeted by a wave of dizziness. "Freaking alley-people." She muttered to herself, before entering the school and staying to the walls like a cat. She was in a corridor with no people in it, but she'd have to to past the centre of the school to get to the toilet. She groaned in frustration, eyes searching around for an easier way. The gym? She pondered for a moment, before stumbling to the entrance of said gym. She peered in, eyes taking in the game that had started. Well, she missed her favorite sport. Oh well.

"Hey, Yoru! Watcha been up to?" Asuka said, pushing a lock of lemon yellow hair behind her ear. She set her books down and pulled a pen out of her capris pocket. "See you've got your nose in more fortune stuff. Typical." She said with a giggle.

She only smiled. "Yes. Grandmother tells me that I've got a knack for it." She stretched and showed her the book. "I find it interesting, really. I've got my tarot cards, my knowledge of palm reading... And even my horoscope things." Her smile grew. "So, how've you been, Asuka?" She asked.

Muttering something inaudible under her breath, she limped past the gym, eyes attempting to focuson the main center of the building. She stopped beside a corner, watching as people moved here and there, minding their own business. She stopped and pondered for some time, hand coming up to wipe her mouth once again.

Yumi blinked. The scars she had streamed down her arms, or crisscrossed on her back. She sighed, using more and more speed passes as the game progressed. One, she slid around the other player and intercepted the ball and passed it to someone else, still not spending much time with it. First it was a pass, then it eventually progressed into a rough drive.

Sighing, she slid down the wall until she was sitting. Eyelids threatened to drop, but she managed to stay awake. Removing her soiled bag and placing it on her side, she opened it and searched inside. If she couldn't make it to the toilet, might as well attempt to help herself, right? She grunted with frustration as she didn't manage to find anything but a singular, last piece of tissue. Having to make do with it, she tried to clean up most of the blood with the small, soft object.

The coach looked over at the clock. "Alright, that's the first quarter!" He shouted while trying to break up a small argument between a couple of people.
Yumi sighed lightly. She had grown bored of the game, to be honest. "Coach." She said quietly, making him turn to look at her. "I'm gonna sit the last quarters out."
"What? Again?" He sighed. "Yumi, you always do that... Every time you start a game, you never finish it."
"I get bored very easily." She said, walking back to the girls' locker room.
The coach sighed again. "Geez... Some of the kids these days are strange..." He sat down in his chair and kept an eye on the score board.
Yumi sighed as she changed out of her workout clothes. She winced lightly and whimpered as the scars on her back began to sting... "D-damn..." She managed to say through the light yelps of pain, and paranoia of reopening the wounds.
Once she was dressed normally, she walked out of the gym with her hands in her pockets. She blinked as soon as she saw a girl that was trying to clean up blood with a tissue.
She went to the girls bathroom and put a paper towel under the sink water. Then, she walked back out and gently offered it to her. "Blood's hard to clean up." She said quietly.

She stopped her actions when she saw a hand offering soaked paper towels. She took it gratefully and resumed her actions, this time with the paper towel. "Thanks." She muttered back, letting out a small, strained cough afterwards. Afterwards, she looked up at her helper, eyes studying the face as she continued attempting to wipe off some dried stains. She sighed in relief when she noticed there was nobody else around.

"Some of the beings around this city are troublesome." She said, laconically. "They'll pick unnessicary fights." She said, waiting just in case this boy- no... Just in case this girl needed help getting up and to where ever she needed to go.

She nodded in reply to the other's words. Not wanting to trouble her further, she pressed her palms against the wall behind her and pushed herself up, wincing at the wounds. "Thanks, again." She spoke, leaning against the wall behind her as she swallowed up a few gulps of air. "I don't look...Too bad, right?" She asked, pushing her sweat and blood soaked hair out of her face.

"You look like you've lost a lot of blood." She said, digging something out of her own backpack. She had gone through losing her fair share of blood, so she knew what to do. She handed her an unopened bottle of water, along with a Hershey bar. "The water will cool you down and get rid of the taste of iron, the chocolate will help your blood produce more sugar so it can replenish."

She eyed the food for a moment, but nodded and took it. She drank- No, gulped down the water greedily and ate the chocolate bar more slowly. She smiled her thanks again, glad that the disgusting taste of blood was gone. "I'll be going now, thanks for the help." She replied, giving a respectful bow to Yumi.

Yumi returned the bow. "Be careful." She said, putting her hands back in her pockets and walking to her locker to wait for the bell to ring for second hour.

She nodded once more, following Yumi to the lockers. Where could she go, anyway? She tried to stop the limping that she was forced to do from the pain, but failed. At least she was sort of presentable, save for the remaining spots of blood and a few visible wounds. She stopped beside her own locker, eyes scanning the area.

As soon as Yumi opened her locker, the bamboo blade fell out of it. The sound it made didn't really sound like bamboo... It clattered like metal on the tiled floor. She winced at the sound and quickly shoved it back into the narrow space.

Her eyes moved to the source of the noise and she raised a brow. A blade? She hummed and watched as she placed it in the locker. "Why do you have that?" She asked in curiosity, voice now clearer as she spoke, having drunken the water.

Startled, Tsubaki jumped in her seat as the boy spoke to her, "Uhm.....I-I.." she stuttered, lost for words. Knowing her, she probably seemed flustered about now. "I got here a few minutes ago. Late to school." she said finally. She never really liked to talked to anyone, but conversations always, always made their way to her some way or another.

Yumi cleared her throat, having to think quickly or she'd be caught in a lie. "I have martial arts during advisory, and I don't really like carrying it around with me, or having to go get it from home." She closed her locker. "Being in the advanced class, I get to have a bamboo blade that has metal in it."

"That's dangerous." She spoke, but chuckled at the same time. Her eyes continued to watch the other, brows furrowing in concentration. "Name's Kohaku. You?" She asked, tilting her head, wanting to know the name of her helper.

(Herp...my cat won't leave me alone. She kinda just popped up and laid in my lap XP)
"I've been fine, though I barely made it to school today." She said. Just then, the Teacher walked in the door and sat at his desk. The class got quiet and waited for him to speak. "Ahem. Hello class. Today we will be blah blah blah learning blah..." The teacher began. Asuka barely listened. She had a lot of things on her mind. The lemon-haired girl rested her head on her fist as she spaced out.

"I'm Yumi." She smiled lightly. Her locker door opened, only to be shut and locked again. She moved her bright blue hair out of her, equally bright, red eyes.
((My main OC. XD She glows in the dark, apparently, from what my friend told me. -3-))
Yoru blinked and only half listened to the teacher. Her attention was on a butterfly outside the classroom window. It was an oddly colored one; its wings spored green, black, and blue... It was a strange one, yes.

"Nice meeting you." She attempted a smile from her cracked lips, watching the girl fiddle with her hair. She absentmindedly ran her fingers across some of the cuts on her hand, tilting her head slightly.

"Are you sure you'll be alright?" She asked, seeing the other girl's hands.

"Yeah." She muttered, now inspecting her own hand. "I'll just bandage it up when I go home." She smiled, turning to Yumi. "Thanks, again." She chuckled, letting her hand fall back down to her side.

She nodded and looked towards the clock in the hall. Ten minutes... Still a lot of time to kill.

Yumi blinked as she placed her back against the wall. She winced faintly, having scraped the scars. But, her phone began to vibrate in her bag. "Umm... Excuse me, I have to take this." She wandered over to the staircase and stood under it before she took out her phone and answered it. "Yeah?"
"Is now a good time?" the voice from before asked in an impatient tone.
"No, I'll call you when I can, dammit...!" She said through clenched teeth, trying to keep her voice down.
"Well, you'd better hurry! Don't wanna lose precious coin from such an easy job, do you?"
"Look, the money's no problem... It's the fact that I have to find the right time to sneak out..." She whispered.

She pinched the bridge of her nose, eyes following Yumi's gaze to the clock. She mumbled something inaudible before glancing outside the window quietly, tilting her head as she stared in the strange silence.Her gaze returned to Yumi, who was now walking away. She shrugged, watching in curiosity.

Yumi cleared her throat as the voice continued on. "Look, like I said, I'll have to sneak out later... If I skip now, I'll find time later..."
"Right. Just hurry, and make sure you do just as our client asks. I don't want you getting caught again, and don't lose interest like you always do."
"Last time wasn't my fault... Koganei had a trap ready, and I wound up having most of my blood rushing to my head... He got there before me, y'know!" She sighed as she crossed her arm over her chest in boredom.

Zodiac licked blood off, of his lips and looked over to Yumi which was talking to someone on her phone. He raised a brow she seemed to be secretive about the conversation but, he did not say anything and turned his head back to the games.

Yumi jumped lightly as soon as the bell rang. "Listen, I have to go. You can fill me in when I find a way to leave without being caught." She hung up her phone and started walking to second hour, but nearly ran into Zodiac. "Morning." She said with a blink.

She blinked. "It... Was a friend of mine. He wants me to do him a favor, and he's called twice, and..." She sighed lightly. "He's getting annoying." She looked at her shoulder where he had poked her and tilted her head questioningly.

Kohaku tilted his head when the bell rang. Letting out a small smile, she moved to the entrance of the school, slipping out without a second thought. She walked a short length until she reached the market, and there she stopped at the side a few moments, eyes scanning across the different stalls.

((Sorry, guys. I had to get up early and go to my great grandma's. I conked out at 2 in the morning. XD))
Yumi blinked then nodded. She watched him leave with a tilt of her head, then headed into class once the bell rang for second hour. She left her phone in her pocket, meaning to put it in her locker.
She sighed as soon as she sat in her seat.
"Well, you finally showed up, Yumi?" The teacher asked, turning towards her from the board.
"I already turned in my absence slip. That, and I believe I stated to the effect, at the beginning of the year, that I would be absent at random times." She said with a polite yawn.
"Either way, you should get your work done before you're called away for work again..." He didn't know what she did for a living, but he knew that she was always leaving.

Kohaku returned to school leisurely, a rather large half-eaten apple in her hands. She ate the last pieces before hurrying back to class, slipping in quietly when the teacher was talking to Yumi. She quickly sat down, but he was already looking at her, brows raised. "And you, Kohaku? You've been absent since the first hour." The tomboy merely shrugged, eyes moving to the window.

Yumi smiled lightly and made her way to her desk and sat down.
As soon as she sat down, she got out a little blue journal. It wasn't the one that she kept her assignment details in, but it did contain other things, such as pay records, and records of mementos from her targets.

Fingers fiddled with the necklace at her neck as the teacher rolled his eyes and returned to the lesson, with a small warning given to her. She ignored it as always, giving a small glance to Yumi before inspecting her other hand, which was now covered with bandages she stole from some person.

Yumi took a small piece of a mirror out of her pocket. The light reflected off of it and onto her pale face. She sighed and started writing, after taking out a pen with a scythe blade as the dull end of the pen.

Reason: Kaisuke scanned mob boss, Tetsuya Katakura. Katakura wanted him to pay for cheating him.

She sighed as she looked at the board when the sound of chalk tapping and scratching against the board stopped, and the teacher's voice became silent.

Kohaku raised a questioning brow as she glanced over to Yumi, a look of curiosity passing her eyes as she stared with interest. She didn't want to pry, however, and remained silent. She looked away when everything fell silent, making a confused and thoughtful humming sound as she turned her gaze to the teacher.

Yumi started to put things up. Almost as soon she did so, the bell rang for lunch. She stood up, and walked out of the classroom. Then, she went to her locker and got her stuff.

Kohaku got up slowly and walked out as the bell rang, hands shoved in her pockets as she glanced around. She wandered about a small area in the school, before moving outside and simply sitting on a bench as she gazed at small, random things.

Description/Picture: Taiga stands at 6'4, and is quite muscular for his age. He wears a chain around his neck with his father's ring on it. The ring sometimes has an eery glow to it if you stare at it too long. His eyes are a deep yellow, and it's almost as though a tiger is staring back at you, if you gaze into his eyes. ((Which explains the nickname.)) His hair is messy, and blood red.
Personality: Rough, but he tries to be polite around girls.
Bio: His father was one of the SANITY survivors, and his mother was part of END. Not really wanting to follow his family's path, he became a mercenary, and Yumi's rival at that. He lives alone in an apartment.

Yumi sighed lightly. She was hoping to come back to school after her job was done, but she knew it was impossible. She walked over to the gates and leaned against the wall. She took out her phone, and pressed a few buttons, the put it to her ear.
"Oh, so you're free now?" The familiar unamused voice came up.
"Yeah... Now, tell me what my assignment is, Arbitro..." She said, sighing.
"Well, there seems to be some remnants of the SANITY project. They don't really take too kindly to the likes of us, so be careful." The man on the other end yawned.
"You don't really seem too enthused, boss man." She said with a stretch.
"Well, the tiger's on the prowl for them too."
"No! Someone needs to tell him that they're MY targets!" She tried her best not to shout and draw attention.
"But it's so much fun to watch you fight over who gets the kill!" He was laughing as he spoke.
"'Fun'...?" She said with a growl. "I'll show you 'fun'... I'll strangle you with your own-"
"Temper, temper!" He continued his laughing fit.
She sighed. "So where am I going, and who's gonna far a katana through their head?"
He went into detail over who her target was, and where he was hiding.

Yumi sighed as soon as she took off... With her luck, she'd come back covered in blood again.
She made her way out of the gates, ditching her blade's bamboo disguise beside the entrance. Now, there was a sheathed katana that clicked lightly. She stared at it for a while, then glanced over towards the school. Then, she decided that daylight was burning, so she started walking away, katana in hand.

The mercenary sighed faintly, trying to run a map of where to go in her head, and which way would be the shortest way. Her destination was in the slums... A place for theives and murderous beings. It was the perfect place for those from the SANITY project, as well as its remnants.

Kohaku watched as Yumi walked off, before her attention was brought to Zodiac. She furrowed her brows and tilted her head slightly, but made no move to do anything. She sighed and leaned against a random locker. This was getting stranger and stranger, she noted.

Having decided the way to go, Yumi continued to walk. Pretty soon, she arrived at her destination. Now... She needed to find a man in a clean white coat, and a handlebar mustache. She figured that he'd live in a nice, large house, but one that was small enough to blend in to the environment of the slums.

The tomboy pushed herself off of the locker, walking out of the school as well, but parted a different way from Yumi, back to the market from before. She tilted her head when she saw the vendors of the stalls yelling at each other. Curious, she walked into the lane, stepping over fruits and vegetables spilled on the floor. She caught a few words in the argument, and could make out that they were fighting over the twentieth theft of the week. Had she overdone it? She shrugged to herself, entering an old, abandoned building at the end of the street - her home, basically - and climbed the broken steps to the roof, before crossing a broad wooden plank that led to the other roofs of buildings. She stopped when she was on the roof of a building behind a stall, and sat at the edge, legs dangling over as she watched the argument turn into violence.

Yumi sighed. The door was guarded, but the guards were so top heavy, that she could refer to them as "muscle heads" or other insults. She wasn't an assassin, so she had no need to stay in the shadows. She walked towards the guards.
Before they could say anything, they each got a katana tip riled through their throats. Once the bodies fell, she flicked the blood off of her blade, sending a couple of splatters onto the wall.

She chuckled when punches were thrown everywhere. Settling her bandaged arm on her lap, she watched silently, dodging quickly when somebody missed their aim horribly and threw a cabbage at her instead. She snorted, wondering if she should intervene or not.

As soon as she walked into the door, she was under a black light, making her hair and eyes stand out even more. She could hear heavy foot steps clunking quickly towards her. She took step forward, setting off the loud, annoying alarm. Its low beeping quickly became annoying...
She ran forward, meeting the source of the steps. She cut through one man after another.

Zodiac let out a sigh and then quickly and swiftly beheaded the boy before walking away, taking off his mask and cloak and stuffing then into his back pack along with his bloody knife gloves. He acted as if nothing had happened and walked to the market to buy some food. He went to a stall and looked at what they had on offer, his attaching drifted over to another stall which a fight was at. He chuckled.

Yumi rolled her eyes like the heads when they hit the floor. "Security's shitty..." She said, walking towards a pair of double doors.
Once she kicked them in, a man stood up slowly. "Well, looks like Arbitro's puppet has arrived!" He laughed, choked, then laughed some more.
She huffed faintly, seeing what he was working on. It was the body of a girl that she had seen roaming the streets, as well as some of the school... Her memory told her that this was Yori. The girl was laid open like a dissected frog... The bones were mixed around, and she looked like something that someone had transmuted, and failed at bringing back to life. "Better me than END, am I right?" She said, twirling her katana.
"No, I wouldn't say that..." The man laughed again, taking a scalpel out of the body, as well as a syringe filled with what looked to be tranquilizer fluid.
This one's been hitting the novicaine pretty hard... She thought as she prepared her weapon. "Renosuke Maeda, I hereby set you a cause of death..."
The man charged at her, stumbling a little. The smile on his face screamed that he wasn't really sober. "No, no, no! You see, you're the one who'll die here!" He shouted.
Once he became deathly close, Yumi ducked under him and charged at the body he was operating on. It had begun to rise and choke, not very humane at all... She riled her blade into it, then flung it at her target. While he was distracted, she riled her blade through his chest, as well as the body. But... She got a foot to the face.
She flew back, slamming into the operating table. Upon regaining her sight, she saw the tall man that she knew very well... "Taiga!" She shouted. "Don't you have a fight to clear up downtown?!"
"No. Besides, you've gotten my target. I'll just bring him in, since you did all of the work for me." The taller boy chuckled and picked the two bodies up over his shoulders.
"Koganei!" She screamed, throwing whatever wasn't nailed down at him.
"You'd better hurry and get out, Wolf. This place was set to blow if Renosuke was killed." He began to run.
She screamed profanities at him as she chased after him, jumping from wall to wall to catch up. "That's my kill, dammit!"
Taiga ran out of the front door, followed by Yumi.
The mercenary panted as she exited the building, and looked around for him... He was nowhere in sight. How could someone disappear in such a short time?! Suddenly...
An explosion rang through the town, sending the lab that she exited up into a cloud of smoke, and sanding her flying forward and face planting into the road in front.

Kohaku tilted her head when a boy walked in. Swinging her legs, she studied the person until she realized it was the strange boy from the school. She tilted her head in interest, attention slowly moving from the fight to Zodiac. She watched him silently, running a hand through her hair to ruffle it up a bit.

Zodiac shook his head slightly and grabbed a bag of apples, gave the man at the stall the money and then walked over to a bench and sat down. He let out a huff and ripped open the bag, and began to eat one. As he ate he had a funny feeling that someone was watching him, but just shrugged it off.

Her head snapped up when an explosion rang, and so did almost everybody else's. Silence suddenly rang through the air, as the argument stopped and now most were staring at the cloud of smoke, including Kohaku. She tilted her head a little at the rising smoke, before glancing over to Zodiac. What the hell was going on now? She muttered something to herself and got up, crossing the low rooftops to where Zodiac was sitting.

"Hi." She replied, eyes fixing on the quick movement that the boy had done. She swore she saw a flash of red. Pushing the thought out of her mind, she gave a fake smile. "What are you doing here?" She asked, but her voice was polite. If you take the roughness out of it, I suppose. She sat down at her perch, legs over the edge once more as she studied the boy.

After a couple of seconds of blocking herself from flying debris, Yumi picked herself up slowly. She stumbled a bit and started walking with a certain stagger in her step. She sighed, redialing a certain number. "Arbitro... Taiga scavenged the kill..." She said, obviously about to rage quit. "I'm going home..." She winced as she hung up before he said anything.
The fact that she lost the cash cow didn't make her very mad. It was the fact that she had to make another katana, due to the fact that it had been shattered in the blast.
She kept walking, reaching downtown. All she had to do was pass through the market, and she'd be home free. She didn't want to cut through. Large groups, to her, were the worst. She sighed, standing up straight, and trying to look presentable even with her staggering steps. Then, she began walking through the market. Might as well pick up some things before I head home... Let's see... Crab sounds good.

Urufu turned her head to glance at the familiar girl, Yumi. She looked with curiosity as she noticed the dust clouding around her, as though she'd been in a wreck. Was she in the explosion? She shrugged to herself and leaned over the edge, eyes still fixed on Yumi as she waited for Zodiac or something to break the silence.

Yumi sighed as she looked at one of the seafood stalls, and browsed the crabs in the tank.
"Ah! You're here again!" The woman said with a smile. "I should have guessed that you'd come today. I just got a shipment in, and I was waiting."
"You... Didn't have to..." She said quietly, watching as one of the crabs tried to pinch her finger through the glass.
"Well, so long as you bring us some more Kanishich?, you can have all the crab you need." The woman smiled as she used a pair of tongs to pick up the crab in the tank, and put it in a Dunlap bag, along with another. "I'll see you soon, alright? And please, get some rest."
Yumi nodded. "Yes ma'am." She smiled as she laid some money on the counter. Her hands were shaking lightly, still in shock from hitting the ground.

Her eyes narrowed slightly as she watched Yumi with interest, fingers tapping against the roof's edge. She took a bite from a stolen apple she had this morning, head tilting slightly as the small commotion in the market started up again.

Zodiac said nothing and just ate his apple. He let out funny growl-ish-moan as Yumi came into sight, his eyes quickly looked to the girl that was talking to him then back to Yumi then finally to a random rapper on the ground.

She bought a pound of green beans, two pounds of red-skinned potatoes, three stalks of celery, six radishes, a red onion, and a bottle of lemon juice... she had most of the other things at home, and only decided to pick up a couple of things.

Urufu smirked, glancing once at Zodiac before muttering something inaudible under her breath and moved away, walking over from roof to roof, getting onto the building closest with Yumi. She smiled slightly, sitting on the edge of the building. "Hey." She spoke, hoping that the blue haired girl could hear. "Were you in that explosion?"

Darcy made her way down one street, across the plaza. She saw a blue-haired girl walking through the market, staggering slightly. She watched as a girl and a boy parted, the girl going over to the blue-haired girl. Dars shrugged. They all did that; that interaction between creatures, was normal. Instead, she wondered what she'd get for dinner. She counted the dollars in her pocket, given to her from the many jobs that early afternoon. Money was very little, but everybody had to find a way through. Dars went up to a stand selling salmon, and bought one pound of fish meat, thrown into a canvas bag. She went to a different stand, and this time bought lettuce. She picked up her bags, and bought a pint of apple juice. She picked up her bags, and started making her way home, going into the direction of the blue-haired girl, her intention to pass her.

Yumi looked up, hearing someone nearby. "Hello?" She had to think for a moment before activating her sieve-like memory. "Oh, you're the one who was in a bloody mess... No, I was walking by when it blew up... I take a walk that way when I can." She cleared her throat. "How are you feeling?"

"Pretty good. You?" She asked, taking another bite from her apple. Her eyes momentarily flew to a girl who appeared to be coming their way, carrying a bunch of bags. She fixed her gaze back on Yumi, tilting her head slightly.

"Have to say I've been better." she said, smiling faintly.

Darcy quickly picked up her pace as she neared the girls. She didn't like that girl who had just went over and talked to the blue-haired girl, and she most certainly didn't like the blue hair. Bad kids, she thought. Bad, bad, bad. Go, go, go. She was near passing them now. Dars kept her eyes focused away from them, and kept up her fast pace.

She nodded, not sure what to say next. She found her gaze moving back to the girl from before, now for some reason walking really fast. She tilted her head, brows knitting together. "So, you making your way back home?" She decided to keep up the conversation, seeing as she had nothing else to do.

"Yeah. I have to cook for my boss, or he'll invite himself over." She chuckled faintly, and sighed at the true thought.

She smiled lightly. "Well, I guess you should be going now, then." She spoke, not wanting to bother the other anymore. Urufu sighed softly, swinging her legs over the edge for a Small moment.

"I'll see you at school, then." She said, bowing lightly then turning and walking in a known direction. She was now on her way home, so she could cook.
Once she rounded the corner of the building, she could hear the faint screams from a theatre... The people in there must have been watching a horror movie. She walked by it, glancing at the building from the corner of her eye, then continued towards a mansion.
Outside the gate, she pressed a button.
"Yes?" A woman's voice could be heard over an intercom.
"It's me... Is Kise in?" She asked with a faint smile.
"He's rather sick... Are you sure you should be visiting?" The voice had an annoyed tone in it.
"Look, I don't have all day... He's a close friend of mine, and I've been wanting to see him all day. I was even tempted to skip school." She sighed, knowing very well that the woman who was speaking to her wasn't about to let her in. But, she could hear a near muffled voice speaking in the background.
The woman sighed. "Fine. But don't be staying to long. He has school work."
The gate opened slowly upon the woman's words.

Kohaku nodded again, a small smile upon her face. She watched until Yumi was out of sight, before sighing lightly and leaning back on her elbows, eating the last chunk of her apple before carelessly throwing the core to the already dirty streets of the market, eyes sweeping over the area as she waited for something exciting to happen...or just go 'home' and sleep. Maybe mess with those guys again.

Yumi walked in through the gate and approached the house, then entered the door, removing her shoes beside the door. She sighed and placed her groceries in the kitchen before making her way up the stairs. She was approached by a woman who only glared at her.
She sighed and made it to the top and knocked on the door to a room.
"What is it now?" A masculine voice said from inside.
"Relax, Mr. Popular. It's me." She chuckled faintly, realizing that he had pissed his mother off. "No need to snap at me."
"S-sorry, Yumi-chii..." The voice said. "Mom has been on a rant today, and... You probably already know why..." He coughed. "Go ahead and come in."
She opened the door slowly and entered the room. "You ok, Kise...? You don't look so good..."
"Thanks..." The source of the voice coughed again. He was a considerably a good looking guy, despite the sickly paleness of his skin and dark circles around his yellow eyes. His hair was mid-length and blonde, and he had a single ear pierced. He was laying down in his bed, looking rather upset. "Close the door, will ya...?"
She nodded and closed the door behind her.

Darcy hurried past the other girl, hurrying down the alleyway. she looked all around before ducking through a hole in a building, hoping nobody would follow her.

"So, how's school going?" The boy pulled himself up out of the bed, revealing his upper body, then slung his legs over the side. He was wearing Dr. Pepper sleeping pants.
"Pretty good, actually. I've finally met other people." She rubbed the back of her head and smiled genuinely at him.
"I see... You look like you caused another explosion." He said, eying the scar on her nose, and the dirt on her cheek. There was also some ash around her chin.
"I never cause explosions." She laughed a little. "My job is to keep the SANITY Project from rising again."
He chuckled. "I see." He stood up and put on a pair of insulated house shoes.
She helped him slip on a jacket. "Are you sure you took your medication, Kise?"
"Yes, Yumi-chii. I'm pretty sure." He smiled and hung on to her arm so she could escort him out of his room.
"Have you been eating?" She asked, opening the door and leading him to the stairs. He looked thinner than the last time she visited. His silence only told her that he hadn't been eating. "Why haven't you been eating...?"
"The cook was told not to put in any seasoning when cooking for me. Mother thinks that's what made me sick in the first place." He sighed as he cautiously made his way down the stairs.
"That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard..." She sighed, helping him along and keeping him from falling. "If anything, it made the food better."
Kise nodded and walked with her to the dining room. "I think she's gone... The cook and butler went to the store, and the maids are on break. I want you to cook." He sighed faintly as he sat at the table.

Kohaku narrowed her eyes at the suspicous stranger from before. Very suspicious. Humming, she slid off the low roof to land on her two feet with the gracefulness of a cat, before jogging to the hole in the building that the stranger had disappeared into. She hesitated for a moment, until the mischievous part of her mind reassured her that she had nothing to lose, and she slipped in silently, eyes squinting a little as dust threatened to fly into her eyes.

Yumi blinked and went into the kitchen. "He's so stubborn..." She sighed, taking the things she had bought out of the bags. She then started to boil some water for the crab.

Dars slipped down the tunnel, into the the underground sewers. She raced along the edge, hurriedly and quietly. She turned into another section, where it was a little wetter. Then she came upon a hole in the wall, one that led to dry places. She looked around, and spotted somebody following her, the girl from the shop. She jumped into the hole in the wall, then ran down an alleyway, until the paths split into two. She took one, and this time jogged silently.

Kohaku chewed on her lower lip when she found that she was caught. But instead of confronting her, the girl moved onwards. She tilted her head in confusion for a moment, but soon enough quickly bounded after the other silently. What was up with this person?

Once she placed the crab in the pot of boiling water, she started making other things. She sliced up the onion, the potatoes, and chives with expert timing. ((*sings* Everybody was Kung Fu fighting!))
She didn't notice that the pale boy had made his way into the kitchen to watch with the curiosity of an arrogent cat.

Yumi sighed, and turned to see Kise in the doorway. "Uh-.... Hey there." She smiled at him.
"Do we have time to go outside? I haven't been out since-"
"I know. I really don't want your mother getting pissed off at me."
She knew what was wrong. His mother was one of the experiments in the SANITY project. Yumi knew his father well, and the man had done something to snap the woman out of her deadly trance. Before he died, they had a child who got sick easily, despite being what people call a good-looking-kid.
"Yeah... How's school going?" He asked.
"I met some new people. One reminded me of that assassin everyone's been talking about, and the other was bloodier than me."
"I doubt that's possible." He joked with a tired smile.

Darcy hurried down a hidden lane, then stopped and picked up a bag. She stuffed all her groceries in it, then got combat boots, leather bracelets with spikes all over, leather ankelets with spikes all over, a leather collar with spikes all over, and a leather belt with spikes all over. She jammed her feet into her combat boots, sticking the legs of her jeans in, then wrapped the anklets tightly around the boots. She wrapped the belt around her waist, over her clothes, she put on the bracelets and the collar. Then she ran out of there, rushing through the sewers. Finally she came out into the homeless section of town, where teens steal from the common passerby and up. The girl in armour didn't look too appetizing, though, and the different groups just watched. "Some body coming your way," Darcy called, and they gathered around the sewer hole far enough so that they weren't seen, waiting for their target.

The tomboy sniffed, eyeing the girl in front, unaware of the boy behind. When the girl ran, she did the same, almost wanting to call after her and simply ask why. A part in her mind just kept nagging at her to leave the other alone. Curiosity killed the cat. Pushing the thought aside, she continued, pausing slightly at the sight of the homeless area. She remembered living in here for a long while in her childhood, before she moved to the market because really, stealing there was easy. Not many rich people would go through the section filled with thieves. The girl in front called something inaudible, and she tensed, but continued.

"Also..." She stopped what she was doing for a moment. "There was a girl who really didn't seem to like me while I was in the market..." She continued to cook.
Kise sat against the counter beside her. "I can understand why. You're covered in blood again. You look like you caused an explosion. Again."
She scoffed. "So, have they figured out what was wrong this time?"
"No..." He said quietly. "I... Don't think this 'doctor' is all he says he is... I've had so many injections, and I haven't gotten better yet... It bothers me."
She blinked, her red eyes narrowed. "That bothers me too..." She growled inaudibly. She wanted to protect him, of all people. But what was she supposed to do? Go through every doctors' records to find which one had been playing doctor for him...? If that was what it took, she'd do it. But, she'd wait until the staff came home... Or maybe, she could take him with her. At least he'd be safe.

Darcy ran on. The group of mean thievers waited. Then, the girl from the market came out of the hole. They crept behind her, and others hid themselves all around her, surrounding the girl (Kohaku). A mischievious male with bright blue eyes stepped just behind her, and grasped her waist with his hand, breathing on her neck. He knew she was going to struggle, and he was ready for that.
Darcy ran on, without stopping. Suddenly, she saw someone she recognized. It was her friend, Erica. "Hey," she said, slowing down.
"Hey there!" Erica came over. "The band's gonna play again on Tuesday, it's just been confirmed."
"Sure! I'll be there." Dars grinned.

Kohaku froze, eyes widening slightly. Sneaky cow, she cursed the girl. That was who she had been talking to. Gritting her teeth together in frustration, she did as anybody else would. The teen attempted to spin around, her hand going to wrap around the boy's wrist, while at the same time speaking. "Fellow thieves." She muttered, telling herself not to panic. She didn't have anything to offer them, so they'd have nothing from her. Unless they weren't thieves, and just a gang like before.

Kise blinked. "What are you thinking about?" He asked, noticing that she had gotten quiet.
"How would you feel about leaving the house?" She asked slowly.
"I would love to!" He shouted with a smile. "But... Mother-"
"Do you trust me, Kise?" She blinked, dicing the crabs after breaking the shells.
"Of course..." He said with a smile. "I'd follow Yumichi everywhere and anywhere, if I can."
"Alright. When the food finishes, I'll take you to the dojo."

The boy laughed as the girl in his hands tried to struggle. "I like you," he said in her ear, before lifting her up over his shoulder with a grunt. He held her there.
Another male approached, and the boy swung his fist at the other. "She's mine!"
The other boy backed off. "Yeah, Kyle. Like you're going to keep her."
Kyle snorted. "Of course! What else could you think would happen? She's the sweetest, most durable girl I've ever known."
"You can't own all the girls in the neighbourhood, Kyle."
"Jealous, Tommy? You can have your mummy all to yourself."
The kid named Tommy went off, snarling.
Kyle snickered. "This'll be fun." He walked down a street, then turned into an abandoned house. He walked around, then found the bathroom. The bathroom had no windows, only a sink, toilet, and a tub. Kyle went in, threw the girl down onto the floor, then closed the door. "You're trapped, sweetie." He smirked at her.
Dars went along the street ways. She wondered how that girl who had followed her was doing. Hopefully Kyle hadn't gotten her. Tommy was much nicer. She sighed. Or Jet. He was better than any of them. Kyle was the absolute worst. Darcy grimaced and walked quicker, still listening to Erica talk.

Kohaku grimaced in digust, still struggling futilely in his grip. She could hear another's voice, and turning her head slightly, was able to see him. She made a mental note to remember their faces. As she was being carried away, her mind raced to form a plan, anything. Okay, maybe these people weren't even thieves.
She grunted as she was thrown to the floor, realizing it was a bathroom by looking around. She tensed at the boy's- Kyle, was it?- voice, narrowing her violet eyes at him. Subconsciously, her hand felt around behind her, on her belt, trying to find her dagger. It was missing, probably left at the other place where she got beaten up. She grit her teeth together, pushing herself up to stand. Her eyes slightly moved to the side, to find anything to use as a weapon. "Well, that's nice." She said in response to the boy's words.

Yumi looked up, checking the world outside to make sure it was safe. Seeing nothing, she sighed faintly. "Alright, Kise. We're clear. Let's go. We need to hurry before the theives come out."
The blond nodded. "Right..." He was fully dressed, with boots to match hers, and a black hoody with eyes and teeth on the hood. He wore gray skinny jeans. He followed her out into the open, with his backpack slung over his back.
"Keep up, please... I don't want anyone to approach us in this part of the city..." They were in the most run-down area, and she was being cautious. "Put your hood on. We don't need propel mugging us because they know who you are." She blinked and handed him a pocket knife from her pocket.
He took the knife, placed it in his pants pocket and pulled his hood over his head as they krept by a known hideout.

Kyle laughed as the girl in front of him searched for her dagger, but found only an empty sheath. He flipped up the dagger, showing off the blade. He slipped it back into his pocket. "Awww, little girl." He laughed again, and grabbed the girl (Kohaku) tightly by the shoulders. Kyle squeezed her, smirking, then threw her back down onto the hard floor. Before she could attempt to get back up again, Kyle sat on her legs, and pushed her down to the floor.
The group outside had joined together again. Scouts had reported that a rich kid was outside, in striking range. That could mean a lot for the thievers, as they were called. They could ransom the kid, named Kise. Or maybe torment and torture him until the girl, Yumi, she was called, would come and be trapped. Then the males could fight over her, and Kise could be made to go get money. They thought these over, then decided to catch and trap the two first, then decide.
Darcy moved along the river, Erica following in silence. They were on a separate trail, back to the marketplace. They had a meeting to get to, as Erica had already got a text, and Dars would soon.

Kohaku hissed, eyes narrowing. This wasn't good. "What the hell do you want?" She growled, hands clenching into fists. Just keep calm. She wasn't exactly recovered yet, and this was bad.

Kyle whispered to her, "You." He was a hunter, and also a good tracker, and a good listener. He heard someone outside. He pulled a giant pistol with two wheels for bullets out. He loaded the gun with heat-detecting bullets. "These will go right to the heat source. And, of course, kill your little helper. What do I do in my spare time? I'm an engineer. I create things. Most of them are good." He smirked and winked at her, then stood up and went to the door.
Outside, Kyle's little brother, Ordo, grabbed one of Kyle's big loaded guns and shot it multiple times at the clawed boy, then ran away laughing. "Fight bullets! Fight bullets!"
Inside, Kyle listened as bullets shot ever towards them. They would find the closest and most powerful heat source, and pummel it. He opened the door a crack and shot another round for good measure. Then he shut the door.
Darcy and Erica reached the market, and everybody in their group was waiting. Their group, or clan, or pack, was called Thrust. There were other clans, yes, but they had different names: Claw Clan, named after their long metal claws on their hands, Turn Clan, the evil clan in the area that had been known to fight with screws and nails, but also... other things. Kyle was part of that group.

She could hardly contain the wide eyed surprised expression of hers when she saw the gun. Being extreme here. As if a blade in a locker wasn't enough. She chew her lower lip, only now realizing what a huge danger she really was in. Kohaku tilted her head at the Kyle's words, confused. Little helper? She narrowed her eyes, using this distraction to get back up on her feet, hands clenching into fists as she locked her eyes on the boy, nearly growling when Kyle shot a bullet, then closed the door again.

Yumi growled faintly and kept the guns from outside off of him while he stormed the hideout. She used the sheath to bop one person on the head and to pull the other's feet from under him. She only wanted to use the blade if she had to.

(Meh, gonna introduce some fantasy here with Darcy. ^^ This is exciting.)
Kyle laughed when a boy with big claws jumped into the bathroom. He could hear the heat-seeking bullets still storming around outside. "Kid, these are heat-seeking bullets. I shoot you now, I've got ya." He laughed again, placing a booted foot on the girl's stomach and cocking his gun at the clawed boy.
Darcy looked at the gathered kids in the market. "The thieves are rousing, and I've got to go back," she told Erica. She clapped a patterned iron wristband around her left wrist, then took off, back towards the sewers.

Kohaku snorted and without a second thought, grabbed the boy's ankles, giving a great pull in an attempt to trip him down, or at least make him stumble.

(Darcy) Suddenly, a force threw the thieves backwards. One especially determined kid was thrown back in a tumble in the air, and, with a loud crack, hit the concrete wall on the other side of the alleyway, and crumbled into a heap. Darcy flicked her wrist casually, and all the others winced. When she nodded over at them, they ran away. Dars's iron wristband seemed to flash with blue light, and in fact it was. Darcy sighed, and looked toward the sick boy, Kise, and the girl who spent so much time with him. "Hi," she said simply.
(Kyle) When the girl grabbed his ankle, Kyle simply leaned more weight onto his leg, his foot pressing ever harder into the girl's stomach. "Silly girl," he said, smirking.

She huffed, eyes narrowing further. She really was the only one without a weapon, and coming from the sounds outside, she was sure that another fight was going on. With nothing else to do, she merely gripped harder, digging her fingernails into his flesh.

(Kyle) He laughed as she tried to dig into his flesh. "Does that help you, girlie?" he asked as he pressed down onto her stomach further.

Darcy shook her head. "Don't kick in the door-- what if somebody's behind it? Also, that somebody might not be able to call for help because he or she is threatened by somebody else." Dars shrugged. "Here's when a crowbar and a metal sheet would come very useful." She looked around, but there didn't seem to be much of anything.

She shrugged. "I really don't care, to be honest." She said, looking at Kise. "Didn't I tell you to run?"
Kise smiled cutely at her. "Do I ever listen, Yumichi?" He chuckled.
She shook her head. "No."

(Kyle) He growled faintly as he heard someone kick against the door outside. "You knock down this door, both the boy AND his girlfriend DIE!!!" he roared, cocking his gun and pressing his foot farther into the girl's stomach.
Darcy pursed her lips and looked to Yumi.

She hissed in slight pain, growling faintly like a rabid dog. "Pathetic." She mumbled under her breath, before raising a leg and kicking, aiming for this boy's genitals.

"Kyle..."
Suddenly, a white flash iluminated the area as Darcy unleashed a small bomb bullet from her wristband. When the dust cleared, everything was toppled over in a wide arch, and Kyle was down, unmoving, a trickle of blood making its way down from his nose.
