Hi! I tried my best using the search feature, the closest I could find is TorikkiTheWolf as those direct names did not show up any members. However the Torikki account was made in 2014, less than 12 years ago. Also found toralei which is one of the names without `TheWolf` part to it but it was made in 2013.

It can be tricky, I have made a quick "how-to" guide, it could also depend on the device you're using. I use a Windows PC/laptop, so I am unsure if it will affect for other devices such as Mac, Linux, phone, tablet, etc. But the basics are/should be more or less the same.
Step One: Forum profiles can only be accessed by going to the forums page of the site, circled in red. Sign in if haven't already, after that click the "Profile" option circled in blue.
Step Two: Now on your profile page you can click onto "Modify Profile" where a selection of tabs are shown, click the top on: "Forum Profile" which should take you to the profile editing page where you can modify anything basically.
Step Three: Profile picture! Of where most seem to be having troubles with. From my understanding you can either a) No Avatar, b) Specify by URL, and C) Upload Avatar.
I find uploading the avatar is the one that gets the job done a lot better than URL, which is just a simple press the checkmark "Upload an Avatar" option then upload whichever image, i believe it works best if the canvas size of said avatar is 100x100 or 50x50. But sometimes this also does not work depending on how many bytes the image itself is so IDK how to fix that personally, or it may take a couple retrys as the site server may be experiencing traffic all at once.

come to think of it I have had been having troubles changing it recently too so it's very well possible it's site server side especially with the forums code FH is using (Simple Machines) so it could be a bug. Also hope I'm not stepping over admins toes by answering/coming up with an explanation here, but I figured I'd try to help somehow? Lols :3 best of luck, might have to deal with the No Avatar look for a bit though if its a site server issue.

Welcome back! There is sparse activity from what I have noticed in game, but that's what happens when a majority of the player base are adults now XD, but nonetheless: welcome back!

Howdy, posting for my friend who would like to get back into the game.
However, they have since forgotten their password (we tried a lot of times to see what words work but no luck), when it came to password change via email we have also discovered that they also lost access to the email they used for FH, as well as the password for said email address even if they did know which one it was.
Could really use some help here, take time if need be. I can provide their username in PMs.

Hi, I assume people are busy. A lot of the old player base were in their early tweens to early adulthood, I started playing FH when I was 12-13 years old, i'm 24 now) and now most of said playerbase are adults. Real life is a thing even if we are all wanting to hop on sometimes there isn't that time in the day.
