Making Links That Aren't Yellow ~ Solved

Not really urgent or anything I was just curious to know how some people make their links blue. Whenever I make a link it turns out to be yellow but I've always wondered how others make their links a desired color. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about 'cuz I'm not very good at describing things. If anyone could answer my question that would be great.
