I just found this, after all these years... I love the markings, but the download only gives me an empty folder. :c I was able to download the stars and the stylized feline pack just fine, but not the markings.

Realism textures.

You'll want to click "Direct Downloads" in the upper right of the Dropbox screen and it is pretty self explained after that. MAKE SURE to extract the files with winzip or such by right clicking the downloaded folder if they don't show.

All of the images should be copied and pasted into Feralheart > Media > Textures > Masks. If asked to replace, say yes. Do that for all of the files you want in-game or used for presets etc. At the end, click the "This goes in Materials" and drag the file inside to Feralheart > Media > Materials and when asked to replace say YES!

Did you click on the markings folder in the Dropbox link that was given? It should show a folder titled "media>textures>markings" and the markings should be in there.

Mine didn't come with a tail texture ._.
