I have a problem with my FH i have 2 users and one of them work very fin but my other user keep crashing when it come to some characters without a warning i have tried to do user-reset home it dose not help But i can log back on too that user just fine but not pick my Alpha Female in a pack i have it crash everytime when i come to a specefic character, I could play just fine on her for a couple of days ago. ;/ i have tried to change username as well not helped tried to change password did not either work.

Does that character use a specific item or markings the other characters do not? Depending on it, said item or marking is what caused the issue. If you can edit the character, removing said item or marking is wise. If you just keep getting 'bad tokens' or fail to connect to your character's home map in all the others characters, then the issue might be with the map server itself.

No i use 22 augh markings and leghendary item pack and all my char has same item/Marking pack, i don't get any messege at all it just crashes down without a warning.

Hmm, alright. At which point, exactly, does it crash? Right away when you click play or during/after the game loading screen?

Do you happen to have a preset for the character? Also, have you tried a removal/fresh install of the marking pack

I can scroll to some of my chars before it says loading then crashes.

I do have a preset on that character can that be the problem? c: if so how can i delete the preset without crashing before i get to that character?

The best way would be to go into the files themselves and delete the .fhp file of that specific character. Also, whenever you get a crash you can always go into your main FH folder, look for a notepad/paper labeled "FH Log" or something similar and that will tell you the reason it crashed! c:

When you log in on a character that doesn't crash in character select, does The Grounds cause a crash?

I do have animation installed but it crash before i even can get to TG

So when you crash in FeralHeart you'll get a new text file to pop up in the main FH folder. I believe it is called FHLog but I may be wrong on that one. Anyways, if you look at that file, it may give you an answer as to why TG is crashing~!

If you swap the animations for the standard ones & it doesn't crash, then you'll know it's something in the mod that needs fixing.
