Not receiving messages.

My friend said that she messaged me a little while ago on the forum and I never got the message. o_o I tried logging in again, refreshing, restarting my computer and waiting. Nothing worked. So... does anyone know how to fix this? xD

There is more than one "Rapid" on this forum. You need to change it to something unique.
Like, mine used to be Ruby, but that didn't work out, so I changed it to xRubyx. c:
