Did not see that in the rules. I provided it in russian to prefer a russian speaker's reply. I don't need a reply to my help question further, however, since it's been a while.

It is not necessarily a requirement as it's not in our forum rules, however, it aids us staff in monitoring the forum properly so we don't have to go through a translator where context can be lost and we can misunderstand what you're saying for something else.
