Game Help / Cannot enter the Grounds ("Failed to connect to front server")

Is the Grounds temporarily down at the moment? I can't seem to get on any of my characters and the site isn't cooperating so I can't reset their homes. The only maps that I can seem to get into is lonely cave or cape. The Grounds won't connect no matter what I do. Just wanted help or a confirmation that the grounds is down. Thanks!

I think it's probably the servers, because I can't seem to fix the issue no matter what I try. Won't let me make new characters, keeps staying on the "creating" or "loading" screen and never loads. It also sometimes says "failed to connect to front server" randomly when I try to log in.

My game has lost connection like 5 times in the past 3 minutes, and I have no idea why. I am fully connected to my wifi, tried resetting my router, etc, and nothing I do is helping. I can't even select a character because it keeps staying stuck on "loading.." when I try to use the arrows to select a character. Is there something going on with the servers, or is it just me who is experiencing connection issues?

If you look in your FeralHeart folder right after the crash for a file called "badfile.reminder", open that up in Notepad and read what preset file is listed there. Hello. The issue seems to be my friend’s heavily animated preset, as I can enter the Grounds fine when they’re not on the character with the animated preset. My laptop is a good 5-6 years old now, so this may be due to an old outdated graphics card. Thank you for the help though!

Hi, I was playing FH and suddenly my game forced closed. Upon trying to enter with the same character, it always crashes when I try to enter the grounds. I tried resetting my char's home, and it still didn't fix it. Still crashes. Idk what more to do, but help is appreciated. Thanks.

So when I tried to get on FH today, it didn't matter what char I went on, every single one got stuck on the loading screen. No error messages, no bad tokens, no nothing. Just stuck on the loading screen. Is the server offline? My wifi is working fine so I'm not sure as to why it's getting stuck. :/ Help is appreciated. Thank you!

The site isn't letting me reset my characters' home on the user panel after I got a "failed to connect to map server, retry?" message when I tried to enter Seaside Grove. Please help, it keeps glitching on the site and won't bring up the user panel.

Thank you! I did try the reflection thing and it didn't seem to do anything. I'm thinking it may be my mods, but before I resort to reinstalling, I'll try some of the other things listed. I don't have any anti-virus so that's not the issue. I usually run Discord, Chrome, my music, and Feralheart so I'll try closing one of those and see what happens!

Hello! So, I've been having this issue for awhile. Every time I try to go to ANY map besides The Grounds, my game will go to the loading screen and then immediately close out and crash. I don't have duplicate particles, and the only mods I have are brand new ones. I'm seriously at a loss, I have no idea why it keeps crashing. Besides Cape, Lonely Cave, The Grounds, and downloaded maps, all the other in-game maps crash upon entry. No error message or anything. If you have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
