So, yah, as you can see for the title, you must be wondering why DETENTION?! OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!?!?!? Yeah you have a detention with me.

What is your reasons for getting a school detention?

I've never gotten detention until now.

Meh. Talking in class. Only for break tho not after school. And the techer didn't count it against me.
Or most of the homeroom class talked while I didn't, I still had to go. >.<

I had a half an hour detention not long ago for playing knock down ginger on a teachers door while she was teaching her class. xD

I once got one because i was whispering to my friend during class. In first grade.

We don't have detention at my school, but I've been suspended several times. Punching a kid, slapping a girl, putting my foot through a wall (I still lol at that one) and various other misdeeds that I can't remember. It's like getting a day off except more boring.

Well.. I've only gotten a detention when I was in elementary school, LOL and it was because I put my hand inside of my jacket sleeve (so that just the sleeve was hanging down) and swung it around and lightly hit someone with it..
yup.. when that teacher told me to "pull my card two times" i about cried!
that was my first.. and only detention, LOL

Oh god. I've gotten a lot of detentions, and out of them all, probably only attended.. a third? xDD

Uh, worse was either telling my teacher to go "F-f-f-f-fack yourself. (:" or when I threw a kids books out the third story window. |D

When I was in high school I remember my entire class got detention for something really trivial. I know it was trivial because I don't even remember why we got detention. It lessens the effect when you give the same punishment to an entire class, anyways.
Other than that, I was a good child. ;D

I am most likely going to get detention though.
I'm already planning several pranks for my teachers *evil grin*
They consist of:
- Buying a fish and putting it into the teaches toilet.
- better: Digging up garden worms and putting them in the teaches toilets XD
- Loosening the bolts on my music teacher's chair
- Super Gluing the math subs daily planner to the ceiling.
- Bwahahha... Prank calling my LA teacher in the middle of class, asking for Grey Pou-pon (any one see the commercial?)
I is an ebil, ebil little child.
But I probably wouldn't dare do any of these -_-`

wow. i only got "detention" once.. i was BANNED from my kindergarden school beacuse at recess, i limbed the fence to go play at the park across the street. LOL thwy never woul;da found me if a motehr hadn't saw me playing while taking her baby for a stroll. :P
i was COMPLETELY BANNED from there. FOREVER. harsh, man....

Detention at my school used to be super fun. It was during lunch and called Academic Focus. What made it fun was all the punk kids doing stupid stuff and watching the teacher yell at them at the top of his lungs.
I didn't get it a lot per se but I had it a few times. The most ridiculous time I got it I had it for a week and the reason was for calling my teacher a dyke and throwing a "Big Mistake" eraser at her. It was so worth it because that broad ticked me off. A week later someone set off a stink bomb in her class during CST testing. Lets just say that stupid teacher's reaction was priceless.

um... I've only been kept in with the rest of my class, never by myself for a detention. In primary school I got sent to the "time-out bench" which didn't help improve anyones attitude cause we would just talk to our friends across the time-out line

Still no detentions for me. I just don't do bad things!
But someone else in my class got detention for throwing a stink-bomb into a bin in the First-Year resource area... The whole place smelled of rotten eggs, and everyone knew who did it! XD
And another time, but I don't know if they got detention, it was really, really, really cold in a classroom, and a student asked for the teacher's coat. Since she was a good student, he said yes and she put it on. During the lesson, she searched through the pockets and found a packet of...
...what you never want to find in a teacher's pocket. To keep it as suitable as possible, I'll just say a packet of plastic. She like screamed: "OHMIGAWD, -------! *Blanked for those who would be... offended?*
So... yep. Good times XD

My school has ISS [in school suspension] not detention, and OSS [out of school suspension]. I've gotten both x3
Lets see, the first time I did something bad was when I was in first grade. I was always acting like a smart aleck in class and was mad that my teacher told me I could never get away with anything, so at recess I hid behind one of the tire tube things when it was time to go in and stayed there for half of the day thinking "hurr hurr i cant get away with anything can i mrs. mean teacher?" =D. My parents never got told because my teacher was freaking out when she found me X3
Second time was in sixth grade when I flipped someone off. Unfortunatly, the teacher was right there and seemed to think I was flipping her off :C ISS for Whip.
And I got suspended for three days in eight grade [only a few months ago, actually =D!] for slapping a girl c:

Be teh school I in, have no detention. You get yelled at abit and thats it. SO NO DETENTION FOR MAW.
