Title: The game won't open

Ok, I made sure that I have the most recent version and everything, but for some reason everytime I try to open the game it says:

An exception has occured!
OGRE EXCEPTION(0:IOException): Cannot create settings file. in Root::saveConfig at c:\Ogre_161_tag\OgreMain\OgreRoot.cpp (line 329)

I really have no clue what that means, please help me  :'(

Reinstall.

I reinstalled it but nothing changed, I still can't open the game. The little black box appears and then the Ogre rendering setup thing appears, but when I click ok it still shows that message. :(
