Just as a fair forewarning, I'm new to the game. So forgive me.
I downloaded it a few days ago, and realized that every time I try to jump onto stone platforms, I can seem to stay on there for my first step. Usually by my second step(or jump) I end up INSIDE of the rock. Its difficult to get out, because I have to find the certain spot I fell in from. On top of getting stuck in rocks, I also can fall through them. When I try to reach a higher platform from a "stone bridge", I always instantaneously fall through and don't get stuck.
Is there any way to fix this or will I forever be a rock ghost?

Try changing the rendering system or lowering the graphics options. {Options>Video>Water Reflection(OFF), View Distance(DOWN)}. It's usually a framerate issue when you fall through rocks, everyone does it. Try walking up the "stone ramps" like in temple. Hope this helps!

It just happens like this. Try what wolffox said, it just happens when the game lags, and such.
It's mainly because the collisions are thin, and if you have a big object with a thin collision, it'll do this.

If you get stuck, try running at the wall of the object, and taking a screenshot. It should poof you out of there. ;)

Did all of those things and shut off all game sounds, with continuous jumping, I can finally get on and up the stone ramps. Otherwise, if I don't jump, I just fall through again. :)

PS - The ramps I kept falling through were infact the ramps that lead to the portal to the temple.

If your having trouble getting up ramps you should try walking up instead of running. The more people around that area you tend to lag more which causes the falling through. Jump or walk onto the rock and stop until your certain no lags are occuring, then go onto the next but walk closer to each rock to jump onto the next.
This is what i would try doing if nothing else works out.
