Title: Image Decode?

It happened when I was making a character. Every time I tried to use the stripes it said something about the image not being able to be decoded. So instead I used a the backleg stripes, which was fine. But then when I tried to go into ficho tunnel, it said the same thing! Can somebody please tell me what to do?

I have never heard of this before O.o Uhh, try uninstalling FH, deleting the FH folder in your C: drive, and reinstalling. If you did the download last time, try the torrent, and vice versa.

I never heard of it either but I know what it means xD Your computer doesn't think it has the files.
Like Ringo said, just reinstal.
